If you don’t purchase anything from this store after your visit, then on your way out of the store a loud alarm will go off all around the store and your cart will cease to move. Notwithstanding that I customarily purchased something there whenever I stopped by, this has happened to me twice at this store — and those were the only two times I’ve ever gone there and did not find something to purchase.

Hands down one of the nicest Lucky stores. It’s a large store (compared to the closed one on Landess). Lots of variety, very clean and well stocked. Staff is very friendly. Lots of parking available. Lines can get long during peak times but they recently added self check out lanes which is a plus.

Sunday. Only two checkouts open. All but one of the self checkouts are off line. No one working here cares. No one is surprised. Managers have very low expectations. Customers leaving.

It would be great if the cooler is in the checkout area. Nevertheless, product inside the cooler always have coupons on it. More saving.

We are buying our food and when we go to cashier to p ay my fiancee paying g while I go infron to look for more. U y one guy came from. One of the room in front and approach me like hey wh a ts up at first thought that's not me when I figured out I ask my fiancee is he t a lminv to .e I said why he Pproach me like that so rude and they don't help us putting our stuff on the plastic bag we do our own and they having conversation they are so rude teach them how to a pproach p r to talk to the costumer they are not Profesional at all thanks

This is the greatest store ever! The friendly staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I can always find what I want, (and then some 😄). The store is always clean and well stocked. This is my favorite store!

The meat department and produce so often looked picked through. I often leave without several items I buy weekly. No chicken thighs or breast multiple times, no broccoli, lots of empty boxes on the shelf that normally holds various sliced cheeses. Been shopping at the new Safeway near the flea market more often than not, they have all these things, I don't think its supply chain issues anymore.Edit: Removed a star. I want to shop here because its so close, but when the meat department looks like this its kind of hard. Put back the few items I had and left. Very hesitant to even waste my time trying again.

One of my favorite grocery store. Many kinds of olive, olive oil, salad dressing. Sandwich breads, fresh produce, vegetables, meat and seafood. You can buy sandwiches and ready to eat food from the deli.

My recent shopping experience at Lucky Supermarket left me with mixed feelings. While I was able to find most of the groceries I needed, there were some notable hiccups that impacted my overall satisfaction.Firstly, I was disappointed to discover that the eggs on sale, which had initially drawn me to the store, were completely sold out. This left me slightly frustrated as I had specifically come in for that deal.Another issue arose when I attempted to use the self-checkout. I encountered a problem, and when I looked for assistance from the self-checkout attendant, they were nowhere to be found. It took an uncomfortably long time for the attendant to return, causing an unnecessary delay in my shopping process.Since the Lucky Supermarket near my house closed down, I have been visiting this location infrequently. While I appreciate the convenience of having a nearby supermarket, these recent experiences have left me questioning whether it's worth the occasional visit. Hopefully, the store can address these issues to provide a more consistent and satisfying shopping experience for customers like me.

This Lucky is our last resort if we need to pick up something in a hurry. I’ve had bad experiences with expired products on the shelf and a lack of variety. We can rely on it for certain items and in a pinch which is why I’m generously giving three stars. They have self checkout now which goes tremendously faster than waiting in line.

Rude employees, minimal selection. "Fresh baked" bread is rock hard no matter what time you shop. Don't think I will be going here anymore. Side note- prices are higher here than any other grocery store by far.

Just the absolute worst Supermarket I have ever been to in my entire life.The staff are constantly pre-occupied with talking to everyone rather than pay attention to their job, the coupon codes DO NOT work, and the prices are the highest in the bay area.Everytime I have given this "market" my time or my money, they have whole heartedly dissappointed.They do not have a large selection, and they do not have specialty foods/items of any kind. They "deals" they claim are matching other stores prices on the same items.For example a recent deal where you HAVE to download their app, and register an account only gives you $0.10 cents diff compared to HMART on RibEye per LB (7.89 vs 7.99) only the HMART quality is leaps and bounds in a different category.This is ofcourse if the app even is recognized at the register. We were told to come back and try again as the App and the register may not be synced but the display at the item says, "Use this QR code to download the App and Register to get the coupon"I will not patronize this store again, I am so beyond infuriated at the fact we were not just charged for items we didn't have (she didn't count but assumed) but they would not honor their own coupons on items even though we had registered, downloaded the app, and shown the phone with coupon on screen to the register.Service is Slow, and poor qualityItems are old, and not freshly stockedRefrigerated meats are barely cold enough from open displays to be considered to be stored at proper temps,Coupons not honoredForces you to register your personal information to get a coupon.Coupons only meet other stores normal non registered prices.

I visit this Lucky location because it's close to home. It's really clean and well organized. Fresh produce and meats are typically good quality, and their private label products are a great value. Employees are friendly, accommodating, but not always accurate. They can get pretty busy as they usually have some good weekly deals.Be sure to check your receipt before leaving the store. On a number of separate occasions, not all of the items I purchased were scanned, so I was unable to take advantage of quantity discounts. The first few instances seemed accidental, but I'm starting to believe it's deliberate.

Love this neighborhood store. I would give it 5 stars but they seemed to change their baking chef. Their rolls used to be to die for but now they are flat and sometimes burned. Would love to hear where the previous baker went to so I can buy my rolls from them. Aside from that usually a great shopping experience.

I called for stock check on distilled water over the phone. I could tell the lady on the phone took my request seriously. Thank you so much. A lot of people now a days cant do a simple stock check and confirm.

I can’t get bags to bag and check out at the same time, I need to guess how many bags I gona use before check out and then after check out they give you the bags, that’s is why the self check out always have a giant line.

Long lines everytime I go and no self-checkout. The older female cashier with the bandana/head covering is never friendly and barely acknowledges the customers. I find the food here to be quite expensive, too. Only go there if I absolutely need something

I found the store to be well stocked & organized and clean. Shaded parking on a hot day was a great bonus as was the polite staff. As a bargin shopper I found some good prices, yet produce was overall high. Some good sale items. Probably would benefit from reading newspaper adds in future.

It is a good environment with happy cashiers that are willing to chat about your day. The lines are ridiculously long sometimes though, even on a normal day. If there were some more cashiers and lanes available to work then they could be an amazing business.

Great market to have in the neighborhood. Produce is varied and high quality. Meat department isn't the best but there is usually at least one stellar deal going on in meat or seafood.Knocking off a star because the service at the seafood counter can get exceedingly slow and there often aren't enough cashiers open. It makes this place tough for a quick in and out.

It's right before the stay at home order goes into effect for three weeks, and people are power buying everything. I have to say, the people who work at this Lucky have been nothing but nice and helpful. They are under a lot of pressure, but taking none of it out on the customers. The prices are a little higher than I think they should be, but sometimes the selection makes them worth it.

Bakery and meat department horribly customer service I asked for a chicken sandwich she looked at me like we dnt make sandwiches back here so I buy the 4 pc chicken I get back to my truck the chicken is cold like cooked last night cold I will never shop here again smh

Place is stocked, clean and friendly. BUT, the lines are always long. Most places and even CVS have adopted self check out. Please adopt self check out. You typically have 2 lines open anyways.

Wonderful cashiers and great supervisor listens and does everything he can to make sure you are well taken care of. I do wish that at they had a control of the amount of people who go in for our and their employees safety.

The customer service was not great today, which is really disappointing considering me and my family often shop there. However today while we were paying we were having issues with our credit card so the cashier told us to try swiping the card because it might have to do with the chip, but my mom didn’t understand so the other young women who was there to help with groceries said something along the lines like “just swipe the card” and then she kept making small complaints which I could hear and understand. This whole situation made us really uncomfortable so we decided to pay cash and leave immediately. I don’t think I’ll ever want to return to that store ever again.
