Convenient with good value, but one big problem...I've been a regular shopper at this local Grocery Outlet store for quite some time now, and overall, it's been a convenient option for me with great value on many items. However, there are a few aspects that I feel could be improved upon.On the positive side, the store's convenience and the value it offers on various items are commendable. I've found some excellent deals here that have helped me save on my grocery bills. The cashiers also deserve a shoutout for their efficiency and friendly service.However, my shopping experience has been hindered by a few drawbacks. One recurring issue is the lack of pricing on numerous items throughout the store. This often leads to frustration as I have to either guess the price or find an employee for assistance, which can be time-consuming and inconvenient. I believe periodic audits of the shelves to ensure all items are properly priced would greatly enhance the customer experience.Furthermore, while the selection is decent, I've noticed that it's slightly limited compared to other Grocery Outlets in the area. It would be fantastic to see a broader range of products available to cater to a wider variety of needs and preferences.If I see any improvement in the future, I would be more than happy to see the changes and update my review.

Grocery outlets is one of those interesting experiences they don't carry all the standard brands, they don't carry the same thing on every aisle all the time, but if your adventurous, you don't mind looking a little harder you can find some really cool stuff at very good prices. Their produce is usually pretty good, they're frozen goods are good, their boxed goods or solid, you can almost find what you want but it may not be the exact brand you were expecting which kind of inserts some fun and an excitement in your shopping. The prices are amazing, the unexpected treasures you find will keep you coming back, highly recommend.

Wow!! This location is clean and well stocked. There is so much to choose from, and we were able to get almost everything on our list. Loved the owners and their interaction with us while we were shopping. I bet we easily saved $150 on just this visit alone. Thank you!!# TheGoodLife#GroceryOutlet

So far so good started coming here instead of the one near me on Santa Clara St. next to city hall. The manger was not cooperative when trying to correct a situation. He was not willing to compromise over a simple problem when a item was left behind on my last visit. This is the second time I had a problem with checking out. Sadly it was over a package of strawberries. Told him I won't be coming back to this location.

This used to be our go-to favorite Grocery Outlet. But the recent changes of the store layout and lack of bargains have me looking at other GO locations instead. Now it's like shopping in a bunch of confusing, dark canyons of high shelves and then there are massive displays of chips and drinks near the checkouts that make getting to the register an unpleasant maze experience. I don't like the whole experience, and there don't seem to be any deals anymore. Too bad the new owners spent all that money on fixing something that wasn't broken.

This is one of two of my favorite Grocery Outlet stores to go to, believe me, not all Grocery Outlet stores are the same. The one closest to me in Sunnyvale - these stores are individually owned, not corporate stores, so different management produces different shipping experiences.Unlike the Sunnyvale one, whose employees are often unhelpful, this one you get lots of discounts especially if items are pushing their dates of expiration; Sunnyvale store still wouldn't mark down. It's easy to get to just off San Tomas Expressway at Williams St, near Winchester Blvd. They carry a very good selection of everything from ice creams, frozen yummies (eg. pizzas, chicken wings, egg rolls, etc) to Jell-O shots (on sales 15 for $1❗❗❗)I take one star away, unlike the one in Santa Clara who just asks you - "how many?" & they trust you, cashier atthis store REALLY dumped everything on the cashier conveyor belt and scanned all 50+ tiny Jell-O shots, C'mon now!!!🙄🙄🙄

I’ve always shopped at this branch for some time. The store quality has drastically gone downhill. They mixed up the wine shop so bad! Pinot with Malbec. Literally need to look at every bottles as I have a specific taste in my wine. This Latina whose is pregnant with hopefully first child in USA cannot speak English at the counter was extremely rude. Ultra nasty attitude which was unbelievable. Very soon she will lose her job here in crumbling America the Bravest.

Great deals here compared to other places! I compared prices of similar item, as I shop all the time! Good customer service. I shop here first to save money. The frozen food section has good variety too. UPDATE: new owners apparently. Store not the same 😞

Very clean and great for larger purchases. Every year we try to buy food supplies for donation to shelters or food banks. Grocery Outlet is a good option for larger size packaging and convenient transportability. This is the time for us to appreciate what we have and give what we can to those who have not. You'll actually find some great items at awesome prices here!

A very clean store! The workers there are very kind and helpful. I also found the customers to be very courteous and friendly. We found pretty much all we needed I just wish they had more organic foods it's not on display so you have to dig for them or pay attention and take your time reading the labels to be sure you are getting organic. They have brand new carpets to go along with the clean store. I was impressed but I think I still like the one near Foxworthy the best

It's nice here! It's pretty par for the course as a Grocery Outlet in terms of stock and such (which is to say, mediocre), but the workers are nice and the prices are decent, with the occasional deal here and there. It's pretty clean throughout too. Sometimes high-demand items like the water jugs are sold out by noon, but that's about it.

Shopped here this one time out of curiosity from the adverts. Pretty good wholesale selection, just not a ton of what I'm already using or plan to swap out in the near future. Might be awesome for other individuals. Great selection of outdoor/garden plants though.

Needs a bigger selection. Most essential products they seem to never have. Inflation is really impacting the more expensive prices there. But I've seen the essentials come back as of late

Good shopping music. I find stuff a bit cheaper here.UpdatePoor service up front and manager is incompetent. Manager accused me of not paying for a 3 dollar item. Never asked me for receipt and blocked my vehicle. Ordered me to go back in store when I could of just showed receipt. Will contact cooporate office. Should be terminated.will not return...ya cannot make this upUpdate: in store again and was chased down for a laundry detergent in parking lot. No one asked me for a receipt and when I asked what the issue is they spoke no English and could not explain why they were blocking my car In. Are they hiring undoc aliens now? Need to be investigated for hiring practices. They just took the detergent without asking me anything and had paid for this. Followed back into store and took it back. They have pathetic staff working there. Find another store...wont return...

I love the Grocery Outlet! Variety of good and other nice goods for select. I have bought the permanent color for hear last time, it costs only $3.99 that is twice cheaper than everywhere. Actually, the cost is about 1.5-2 times cheaper than in the average grocery stores. Good! Thanks!

It is a good grocery store. Clean store, competitive prices, and good products. The one positive thing is kind of a negative, is that while they do have unique products, a lot of times once those unique products sell, they are not back in stock there again. I am sure they have a lot of stock products that are carried all the time, though.

This is a good location for Grocery Outlet. The selection is a little less than other locations and the area is not great but the deals are there to be found. Products change daily and some expiration dates are close but that is what it's all about. The wines are hit and miss but they are priced to make it worth while. They can be busy so the best time to go is on a weekday early.
