Store suppose to be open at 8 am it didn’t open until 830 am this bad business practice managers don’t want to work expect the cashier to do everything I’m willing to come in trained all the employee for free on how to run a store

One of the cheapest place I've been to. Everything is at $1. I went to buy stuff for birthday decoration but ended up buying lot of stuff. They have a good range of stationary, flowers, birthday stuffs, kitchen utensils, cards, toys, soft drinks. I completed loved this place. They also have helium balloons for many occasions. I highly recommend this place.

This store is spacious enough, has a big holiday section for anything you need to decorate your house, as well as plenty useful stuff, including food and beverages. There is a good choice of kitchen utilities. Keep in mind the quality of all goods may not be the best, because it still $1 items. Some of items are good quality of course, just have smaller packaging.

Not all Dollar Tree stores are the same. Our neighborhood one, on Meridian, is nice and has a good selection of items. It is nice to pop over for party supplies and not leave broke.

Just shopped at this location and bought some items in large quantities which requires the use of a cart to take the items to my car once checked out. The carts that are used within the store cannot be taken on the outside, as they have a long extended bar that prohibit this.There are no carts available for customers to take their items to their car and no one to assist them in doing so. Spoke with the manager who stated that they had a total of 4 carts which were all stolen. No refunds only exchanges are given. How and why should customers be able to shop when there is no accommodation for them to take their items to their cars??? I think that is very poor customer service. These were large bulky items, I had to make numerous trips to my car. Having to make several trips to you car is simple not good customer service and disregard for customers time and effort to patronize your business.

First impressions are lasting impressions and I had a very good one the first time I walked into this particular Dollar Tree. Store clean, staff friendly and helpful especially the Assistant Mgr. Cindy who helped me find the perfect party items for my latest celebration as well as some beauty products. Keep up the good work, Dollar Tree

Much, much cleaner and better stocked than the majority of the dollar trees in San Jose.It's not completely wheelchair accessible, they still have many boxes in the aisles, but it is at least navigable in a wheelchair.This is pretty quiet location, rarely see many other customers while shopping. I go to all the dollar trees in the area, frequently.This location is fairly large. It's slightly smaller than the one on union, but bigger than many, such as the one on Winchester.There is a frozen section. Most items are standard, you will see them at every dollar tree. Lots of seasonal/holiday items in the front. Party supplies, cleaning supplies, greeting cards, makeup, toiletries, housewares, candy and snacks.

A bit small and messy but not that big of a deal. However, I went with 3 kids (one I was carrying) and bought lots of Halloween decorations and wrapping paper. As I went to load the bags into the cart the cashier informed me I was not allowed to take cart outside and came around and took cart from me and put back with other carts. She was short with me and my kids. And not helpful at all. Very difficult to carry everything to car without cart.

I arrived at 8:57 p.m. only to find lock doors and two associates standing by the counter talking. As I approach the doors they would not open and I looked at the associates with astonishment because the sign clearly said that they close at 9:00 p.m. a woman named Susan came to the door and said that we're closed I pointed to my cell phone and showed it to her and said that it's 8:57 p.m. she again responded and said that we are closed. Not cool Susan. store hours are what the store hours are supposed to be.

This place has a warm welcome feeling. The manager Georgia is very nice as well as the rest of the staff there. The only thing that I have a problem with is the fact that they close at 9p.m. I wish it was at least 10p.m. but who knows, maybe 1 day lol

Typical strip mall Dollar Tree store except it is about 1/2 or less than the size of other locations in San Jose. So the shelves in certain sections go empty near close on a daily basis! If they get a great deal, it would be gone in minutes verses a larger store! I only shop here because of convenience!

Lots of stuff for a $1.00Make sure to walk around and see everything you'll be surprised what you can find. I originally went to buy Rockstar in 12oz. cans for a dollar and ended getting other stuff. If you see something buy it because the next time your there it may be gone.If your taking a road trip or going to an event stop here instead of a convenience store like 7-11 because you'll get way more for less money guaranteed.

This store is easy access. Limited on stock. Clean inside clean inventory. If you are looking for a dollar store that has everything go to the one in cambell.

Great value, pick your poison. I get gum, serving utensils for work, snickers ice cream bars, 42 oz.. Arizona Teas all for only $1.00 each. Can't beat it!

They had what I needed and put it aside for me. The employees are super nice!!! I called 3 other stores and they said they had the item I needed but when I got there they really didn't. This one really had the item.

It is one of the new stores so merchandise is not pick over. It has not been crowded when I have been there. The staff is very friendly and not grouchy like other stores

Very rude..cashier including store mng..one of the RECOVERY girls followed me and my 2 year old baby granddaughter thru out our entire stroll..just looking at us and every isle I turned THERE SHE WAS..supposedly doing GO BACKS and all these 20 minutes HER GO BACK CART WAS EMPTY!!

This is a small store that really needs to hire several people to clear up the isles. Too many young employees that need to know what work really is. I guess the holidays make people lazy..lol
