4 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I am giving this dollar tree for stars because it is above average. A plus is there is truck parking 🅿️ behind the building if a trucker would like to stop at this location!!When you first walk in, it’s well organized and seems to be fully stocked. The only issue I had with this particular visit was the language barrier. I asked someone that works here if they knew were something was and they didn’t speak any English, nor assisted me to find someone that could help me. I almost found everything I needed. They do also have a refrigerator and freezer section for food not the healthiest stuff but you can save some money. I wish they still sold whipped cream. Lol 😆 this dollar tree has been in this location for years and all the businesses around. It has pretty much collapsed so I’m happy that this dollar tree continues to survive.Like 👍🏻 my review and make sure to stop here to save money!!

Went to this location on 4/2/24 and it was the most filthy, disgusting store I have ever been in. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Garbage everywhere! Everything in disarray. Not the store I remember. Probably won’t be back.

I really liked the selection that the store offers. The employees are very nice and helpful. It was my first time visiting this store, and I felt welcomed.

Wow!!! They have really turned this place around! It's so organized and clean! I can find everything I need and it's not a tornado of a mess anymore. The staff is very friendly and upbeat. It reflects how much they care and the effort that was put in to make the store a better place to shop. This is hands down thee best dollar tree I have ever been to! Great work!

This dollar store has harbored a heavy amount of trauma for me as I was verbally abused and harassed by an employee that was old as the very dirt we walk on. I entered the store with my two associates both of Mexican descent. The second we enter the store, this man was on us like flies on honeypot! He followed us around and said "Hey, can I help you" multiple times while we were shopping in the store. We politely responded, "No we are just looking for stuff" despite this, he continued to trail our keisters. As we were checking out he yelled from across the store "I hope you dudes paid for that!" as we were checking out. All three of us were petrified! Luckily a strong independent woman came to our rescue and defended us while this senile man scolded us for shopping. All in all it was a horrible experience and I don't plan on coming back! :(

Dollar Tree' s worker should get a recommendation for manager position.He has a very good friendly positive personality Salvadore( spelling.he was busy with a long line of customers by himself in that huge store.) This Dollar Store could be restocked soon, it appears it needs more workers many items were sold out, but we still ended shopping and finding lots of other good things. I think it is usually very filled with customers .

The Dollar tree in Cambrian plaza is looking GREAT!I heard there is a new manager, but whatever the reason for the great organization and clean aisles, thank you for all your hard work!!

This place is chaotic, not in a people sense but in the way everything is always a mess. Doesnt matter when you go in, the merchandise is never unpacked, the aisles have items on the floors, there is no sense of order. The lighting is the icing on the cake, I'd stay awake from that poorly lit back aisle.

I always come to this location because the size and selection. Most of the locations are cramped and difficult to find things.2/14/234 years later, this place is the worse!They never have the same employees that were there the week before, always someone new. They don't have much stuff on the shelves, low stock.Online says they close at 10pm.At the location, on their doors - says 10pm.The last 2 times I have gone there, they were closed by 9:05pm.Not okay.**** 4/13/23I haven't made a visit to this location since they closed early last time, a couple months ago.Once again, they are closed, at 9:40pm.There are people in the store working, looks like stocking.They have the flower racks in front of the entry door.Change your operating hours on your door and what you list online!Well actually, the door says:Monday to Saturday"8:00am to :0pm"Whatever that is supposed to mean.My goodness.... it's irritating.I get it, maybe it is a staffing issue - but, that's not your customers fault.

Here's an idea. If you're going to be closing early for inventory, maybe update that information online. Gas is expensive, big trucks take lots of gas, when I drive out to a location that says it's open, I'm using my gas. Today it's inventory, I've had three other instances recently, at 4 different Dollar Trees, where they decided to close 10 minutes early..... at least, because that's when I got there.Saving at dollar tree is costing me at the pump. Not to mention, when I'm hurrying to get something before closing, I need that something.Not even a sign on the door that your closed. Lights all on, and folks walking up, one by one, wondering why.. it was 8:50 when I got here, sign in the door, and online, both say open till 10.Thanks for wasting my time, and gas...... again.

I love this dollar tree. This is one of the biggest stores I've visited - has so many aisles with everything well organized. I get all the supplies for my home DIYs and crafts. The holiday decorations are always available. Has a huge parking lot. Highly recommend this store.

I'm having trouble finding any Halloween decorations this year, this store is very dirty and very hard to find anything.!There are little to nobody at the register's everyday. That being said they do have a good selection of school supplies and candles and it is a very big store. Overall Very dirty place and nothing is in it's right category

This store has been FILTHY for months! There was one cashier with a dozen people in line! It is a large store compared to most other Dollar Tree stores, but many other stores have much better service and cleanliness.

💯 this was by far the cleanest , most products on shelfs , and the employee's where just the Cherry on top. I highly recommend the Dollar tree.

Hello team,I'd like to share my recent experience here today. The store is chaotic with things are disorganized. Team members are very unfriendly towards customers. It looks like they aren't motivated to work. Honestly, I understand the pandemic took it tolls on many of us. However, you have no reason to act like it. I've not had good experiences elsewhere but this place is the worse.

Today was very pleasant they were shorthanded so they had a very long line. There was a girl there That couldn't help Out. I think she was a supervisor but she decided not to help out and open another register she also had a very very bad attitude towards customers. When I asked her a question if she had small calendars she responded with a sarcastic attitude.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in at around 9 am on 5/8/19. The line was 10-15 deep. The cashier was apologizing to the customers because she was the only one checking people out. A few minutes later,the so-called manager came out did something on a different register and walked outside to talk on the phone and smoke a cigarette. After I payed, I saw the manager when the cashier needed change. I asked him why there wasn't another cashier and he said he didn't know how to use the register. He proceeded to ask me sarcastically if I wanted an application so I could work part time. He them dared me to call the office and complain. As I walked away he put his headphones on and did whatever he was doing. The store was a complete mess and many empty shelves.

Love the dollar tree however employees can make or break the experience and this morning, Bill, broke it. Rude, condescending, impatient and no one else in the store. 8:30 in the morning and he has better things to do than ring up my balloons and politely point out where the balloon weights are. “Can’t you see those?” Pointing over to a general area of a register with boxes of all kind of things. I didn’t see a fire but apparently he wanted me to evacuate as soon as possible.

Employees helpful, but LONG LINES WITH FEW REGISTERS OPEN, while employees restocking shelves.I asked one of the employees restocking if they could open a register, and it never happened. After waiting for about 5 minutes and watching the 2 lines slowly move forward, I PUT MY ITEMS DOWN AND WALKED OUT WITHOUT PAYING.This has happened at this location a few times since, and I just avoid this particular store. Other stores in the area have not had the same problem in my experiences.Eric C.

Lots of stuff and friendly staff! But highly understaffed and extremely dirty. Like so dirty you wonder if they even attempt to vaccum once a year or even wipe anything down. I'm pretty sure they do not clean anything ever....and I'm not just talking about organizing the merchandise. It's really gross. But I dont blame the staff. I think its management or lack there of.

The Dollar Store on Union Ave has got to be the most DISGUSTING Dollar store I have been in!! This Store's floors are nasty dirty. The location is in the better part of San Jose..Blocks away from Los Gatos. You'd never know it by the nastyness..The filth is all over..There are only 1or 2 cashier's..The older cashier's are nice..The young ones have nasty attitudes. Then line is way back towards the back of store..Please..DO BETTER

I love the Dollar Tree store!I go there for all my needs from birthday cards to toilet paper, reading glasses, household cleaning items, Holiday decorations, the list goes on, & on.And I never pay over a dollar for any one item!

While I understand not to expect much from a dollar store, this particular one is inexcusably dirty. The floors were disgusting, the aisles lined with trash and debris everywhere. Could be easily fixed with sweeping or vacuuming but it was clear that hadn't been done in some time, if ever!
