This store deserves a zero if it were possible. Never been more insulted and mistreated by personnel in a dollar tree or any store for that matter then i did at this location. Customer service doesn’t include talking loud making a scene in front of a large crowd of people. If my son on his little 3 wheel scooter is an issue for them well please speak to me politely to not allow him to do it. I admit that part they were right as it’s a liability. Just didn’t feel good in the approach nor execution of what was being told to me in front of so many people. Moreover, the store manager in pajamas chimes in dumbing me down as she tries to explain what her employee was telling me not thirty seconds before as if I were dumb or below average intelligence. So I asked who are you and she bosses up saying, “I’m the store manager.” I said she too is making me feel very uncomfortable and she too was making a bigger scene then needed to be. Then in a condescending way asks if I wanted her to whisper it to me instead? No but pull me aside or at the very least in a better tone talk to me. She told me too bad if I didn’t like it then i can call the cops. Lastly, as she is walking away, she yells out that I better pay for everything in my cart. Literally that goes without saying I didn’t take anything yet she accused me for a store associate says she seen an item i previously held in my hand was no longer in sight. Like wow accusing people of theft when in store about to pay is ludicrous and unprofessional! I told her she could search my person and my bag yet she kicked me out of store cause she knows she is in the wrong! Had to vent and hope no one else has to endure such treatment of discrimination and disrespect like I did.

I stoped yesterday and I want to start by saying the store is a mess . Second as I was leaving the toy ile I noticed my 5 year old son had dropped some toys so I asked him to pick them up . While I was doing that a store staff walked up to the ile and started cleaning and being rude to my daughter telling her to give her the crown if she is not going to buy it. My daughter is 7 I had a cart full of stuff , how did she know I was not going to buy it for her . The lady was a rude tall white lady , and the only reason why I didn’t tell her anything is because my kids were right there . The store has plenty items on the floor on every ile . She had no right to talk or act that way towards us.

It is a good place to shop on a budget. Just don't go during peak hours or you will be waiting in long lines and they only have one person working the register

Not poor customer service very bad customer service I just left my shopping goods the line was very very long only one cashier young guy who was very rude the two other workers was holding flowers by the office I said another check stand should be open the young guy cashier told me to shut up and don't talk to his co worker like that. I will stick with Walmart

Rudest Manager, Darla@ north capitol avenue. She thinks she owns the store. As a customer, I just want to mind my business and pay for my stuff and leave the store. There is no assistance from her side. She speaks rudely and orders other cash registers for not helping me. Picking on customers and not assisting them politely is her thing! She calls herself the manger, lol.. she definitely needs some etiquettes to manage herself! Anyone listening please help this store desperately. I have heard from other parents too about their brat behavior.

I was with my mom and sister from dollar tree and when we went to check out, one of the cashiers were EXTREMLEY rude. She asked my mom if she needed a bag and my mom looked into her bag to see if there was more room for the purchases she bought, but just then the cashier said "I need an answer" with a really rude tone and my mom had given her respect by trying to be patient with her because from the start the cashier was giving my mom attitude from the start. Right after that my mom told her that she should be polite to the customers and after that her manager came in and did something to the cash register and didn't even give my mom the receipt.

One of my favorite stores to frequent. It was well stocked this time, clean and organized for a change. I usually go in for the popcorn which my boy's and I absolutely love! The Nestle ice cream sandwiches are crazy awesome. Staff is very friendly, too. 👍❤

I walked in to a store that looked a bit disorganized because the Easter items were almost all out and boxes where everywhere while a guy was restocking the area. I browsed around and found a few good deals on some items I was already looking to buy.I proceeded to the check out and there was a huge line with one cashier. A customer that was up ahead yelled down to the employee that was stocking the floor and asked if he could help cashier. He said of course, but the line isn't that long. The customer said it was super long which I agreed. It must have taken the employee a good 5 minutes before he jumped on to the register to help with the line. I don't think the store is trained well on customer service. They should take advice from the grocery store where 3's a crowd.So I would say I was pleased for the prices on the items I bought, but not so please with the long line and service.

The store is convenient to my home. But this store was messy, disorganized, and dirty. We were there around 6pm on Sunday. There was only one cashier and there were at least 7 or more customers in line. I saw only one other worker in the store while we shopped. I've been to other dollar trees or dollar stores but they have not been as dirty as this one. Hopefully they will improve.

Today I went to the store and it has many good items but the cashiers are so rude and the supervisor too. They ask for the next customer in line and the customer didn't come and the cashier Vivian said to the supervisor "Are they deaf o what" and she started to yell at the customers.

This store is very close to my house but i rarely shop here because I was offended.Why does Dollar tree hire mean and rude cashiers like Connie, they are ruining their business. Connie never said hi or thank you, asked me to push the basket toward her and told me to take out each stuff for her to easily charge me, and made the bossy face as if she was a customer or my boss! I guess Dollar tree should hire more nice and young cashiers who know how to serve customers!

We've found about 30 puzzles from this place since the shelter in place began. My kids would have been very sad had this placed also been closed. Some very common but hard to find items were found here. I even struck a conversation with a nice lady when I was picking up some white vinegar, Captain America puzzles and Band-Aids. Even the craving for social interaction was addressed.

Looong lines at 2:00!! At least 15 people and one register open!Update: as I stood in line they opened another register and I really only had to wait between five and 10 minutes. The lady was very nice and was working hard to go fast.

Doaller TreeStaraday May 16,2020I had a REALLY BAD experience at Doaller Tree with the Manager, the store is located on Capitol on Berryessa in San Jose California and this happend around 5:30 PM.I went to the store to see if the cashier had forgotten to put the paint brushes in my bag,so when I asked the Manager if she had seen the paint brushes laying some where.She replied VERY rude and started screaming at me and then she started mimicking me and then she told me OH SHUT UP. If I could rate this Manager lady 0 stars I would!

I stopped at this store today on my way to work , as I do sometimes to pick up little things I may need. This morning while I was shopping an elderly man fell and yes , accident happen however, not one employee came over to assist , a customer had to go over and ask if he was ok and help him pick up everything that fell off the shelf . The part that really upset me was that 2 employees were in the isle next to the incident and instead of helping I could clearly hear one say "Timber" this is so unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. This is no way to treat anyone especially an elderly person!! Seems like they may want to look into some HR training .

I don't visit this establishment too often but the times I have gone I've been disappointed with the long wait in line to pay.They have 5 or 6 registers but only 1 open with a long line. Why?

Depends on what you are looking for. Its really good for basic household stuff. I do like the kitchen items. Inexpensive. Even good steel ones are a dollar. If you have a party, suggest this place as it has lots of party supplies. Would stay away from some items in the food section. But for non food stuff, it really is good.

This dollar tree always has one issue or another. We went at 8:45 today only to have the doors closed even when closing time is 9:00 pm. The tellers are always rude, lines are always long and they'll never dedicate more than one person to the cash register...the manager needs to make changes

Is amazing how you save so much .they have everything for parties. Table cover- balloons- things you need for bbq's. Baby shower- cleaning supplies. Toys. Groceries. If you want to save $. I'm getting ready for camping. They have lots of things that I need. For 1dollar. Unbelievable. And I like the good stuff just like you do. But I like to save on certain things.

Store smelled from urine and strong unanswered body odors. Shelves and displays disorganized, sloppy, and basically unkept. One very slow check-out line with eight customers waiting. Other staff in store standing around talking on cell phones. I will not return.

After walking into the store and giving the store manager Kevin, a compliment of having well stocked items in the store and happily beginning our shopping we noticed the same store manager stalking us in every aisle we went to, then when I was a short distance from my son but in the same aisle, he walks up to him & asks if he's shopping in the store, when he is obviously with his mother, & he had already seen us when we came. Kevin then just grabs the bag of products that we planned to buy out of nowhere very forcefully from my son, instead of asking for it to be handed over, or at least getting another basket or shopping cart for him beforehand???..... Kevin made my son feel very violated, harassed, and pretty much assaulted from an assumption of an indirect accusation! We were there on my payday and only wanted to happily purchase the things we needed & wanted. Kevin did a good job on making us feel unwelcomed and regretful shopping at this location. We told him we will not be shopping there anymore and he did not care, bad customer service!- FEELING VIOLATED, TIANA A.😔

A lot of boxes around. Shelves not stocked. Went looking for food coloring, soy sauce among other things but no luck.Staff was nice.

There is never enough people at the registers lines are way too long for someone who has only a few items or you are in a hurry. So if you are in a rush you'r probably better off going somewhere else
