I took my dog in today and had a nice experience. It took a while (about 3 hours), but for the price, the care they took (my dog has skin tags) it was 100% worth it.I love how my dog looks! And no cuts as far as i can tell. Absolutely bringing him here again!

Awesome place! They were super kind and understanding when I was running behind for my appointment and they took very great care of our Yorkies/Morkie! Definitely will be taking them here again! They even put little bandanas around their necks and bows in the female dogs hair.

Petfectionist lives up to their name. I have brought my dog (now 13) to this place multiple times, and never did they let me down. My dog looks like a puppy every time he leaves. People always comment and say my dog looks like a puppy, but is in fact an old man ☺️. 5/5

I love this place. Petco and Petsmart failed me and it was a blessing that I found this place. I was able to get an appointment very quickly (like same day) and the customer service is amazing! They cleanedmy little Charlie so good!! And they suggested this teeth polishing that totally changed the game for my dog’s hygiene! Thank you so much! You all are amazing! Really! No complaints just compliments!

No one has ever been able to cut my pitties' nails without hurting him, and it cost me a fortune. This place is amazing. Gets it done fast and easy. Without stressing my pup. I love this place ❤️ and very inexpensive.

I spend $120 plus tip for my bernedoodle today. He came out smelling clean and look so darn cute. I didn't have any appointments so I call them to see if they can take him in asap cause I'm in town for work. They took him and gave me back exactly what I wanted. Peepers is a spoil, he get groom treatment at least twice a month and some place I take him and even movle home groom didnt do that great of a job because he smell like he was blow dry not bath and he wasn't groom correctly even timing or cutting his fur seem odd and off but this place really cut his nails and I can tell they bath him and not just dry blow him. I'm extremely happy and he will be back. I Seen all the reviews, good and bad reviews but my experience was amazing. Pepper is extremely a calm and sweet baby but he can be wiggly so it difficult and not that easy do cut dog's hair as it is to human. After his grooming Pepper think he so handsome that he can get all the ladies lol.

On Saturday (Feb/17) I took my dog Koko for the first time to this place. When I call to make the appointment I clearly ask the receptionist if this was a cage free place she said NOT, then she ask me if it was an inconvenient they won’t cage my dog as per request and they can call me half an hour before they were done so I can pick up my dog right on time. So I said yes let’s give a try; I was there ten minutes earlier to provide all the information since we were first time customers. The receptionist took notes of what I wanted for Koko to be done. I requested that only a minor trim be made to Koko’s tail, the same as his ears. Unfortunately they shaved his entire tail. After 3.5 hours they never called me to tell Koko was ready. So I decided to get inside since I was waiting in the parking lot. First thing I saw out the window, was Koko in a cage all agitated. I asked her why you never called me to tell Koko was ready? She responded that he was barely done. If so, why didn’t she call half an hour earlier as she said before? Why did they put Koko in a cage? With all this said I just want other people to consider our horrible experience at this place. 😔 Please think twice before trusting your fur-baby into people that works for money and not with passion. We are talking about lives.

It's hard to find a groomer that my dogs are happy with. Most places we pick them up from leave them shaky and anxious. Andres did a great job on the cuts and best of all is that both dogs were happy when I picked them up! Thank you!

They did a great job on my shihtzu and informed me to get his eyes checked. Looks like we caught an issue early on, from his doctor's visit. Very professional groomers. They only accept cash or cheque though.

Antonio is amazing!! You can’t tell from the photos, but our little Junebug came back to us with so much improvement! It was her first grooming, so we knew she’d be snappy but he did so well with her. Her fur was super matted from her previous owners, so much that we didnt know if she’d look the same once groomed,trimmed. He took his time with her and we really appreciated it. Found our new groomer 😊

This place is so amazing when it comes down to friendly service and incredible work. The people that work here are hardworking and really are passionate about the dog grooming business. The receptionist is super friendly and kindhearted. They make you feel a connection every time that you come in and they also connect incredibly well with your furry pal!

I bring my bernedoodle here regularly for a full groom. It’s so easy to make appointments online, they keep a note card with your grooming preferences, and they text you when your pet is ready to be picked up! I typically choose whichever groomer is first available and I have found the level of attention to detail to be consistent between all of them! Highly recommend!

I took my Toy Yorkie here today to get groomed and they did an amazing job, and the price was great!...when I dropped her off, she was happy and ready to go, and when I picked her up, OMG! She looked beautiful and very happy, not like previous groomers...I wish I could give this place a lot more stars! I know where my baby will be going from now on! I didn't even get the guys name that groomed her today, but he was friendly, and professional...I love this place and so does my baby!

I have a 4 month old corgi puppy that needed a bath badly. His stench was starting to scorch my brain cells through my nose. For $50 my puppy got a bath, ear cleaning, gland treatment, and nail trimming. He came back smelling like bed bath and beyond and looking like a show dog. Excellent work for an incredible price. They even gave my puppy a cute little bandana. Downside was that the place is cash only and it took more than 2 hours, but honestly that's very little to complain about.

TERRIBLE. AWEFUL.I dropped my maltipoo off at 1pm. They said 3-4 hrs cause she was a bit matted. The front desk girl declined taking my leash and took my 7 mo. old maltipoo to the back. Around 4:30 I called and no answer. 10 mins later called again but still no answer. Showed up to the business at 4:55 and my dog was in the same condition I dropped her off in.They hadn't touched her. She had peed the crate they stuck her in. The woman said she was too aggressive to groom and they weren't able to get her out of the crate. Not once did they call or text me at my number they sent me their new address to. They never called to say, "hey ur dog is too aggressive." Or "we need your help removing her from the crate." They just left her sitting there for 4 hrs. She was scared, her fur was full or urine. I was so upset. The woman had nothing to say. She just kept stuttering. I told them I wanted my dog NOW and they apologized and offered another service after they seen how NOT aggressive my dog was when I walked in the room, but I refused. I think they were over booked and couldn't handle the amount of dogs and said she was aggressive as an excuse. Never using their services again. Terrible experience.

I made appointments for my dogs for 10 am. Two appointments at the same time one for each dog. Four hours later they had not even bathed my dogs either one! They lied repeatedly about why they had done nothing! My dogs sat in crates for the whole time. We had to leave without any grooming done. It was terrible I was almost in tears to think of the stress my two small dogs went through.

Absolutely would recommend. Three of my dogs all come here for grooming services and all who have worked on my dogs have all done a great job. The people at the front at welcoming and I always feel that my dogs are in good hands when I drop off.

My little Julie came out looking fresher than EVER! I didn’t even recognize her for a second! The staff was so kind and able to let her come in with a same day appointment, my concerns for her became their concerns, they are so thoughtful and professional. I was given the best advice on treatment and how to go about which shampoo to choose for her.Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! F-ed up business practices. Was quoted one price over the phone and then up charged me $30 more upon pick up!! Also, they don’t accept except credit cards or apple pay. Shady business practices and extremely unprofessional. The place doesn’t even use computers. Everything is written down on cards and nothing is digitized. GHETTO!!!!

Antonio did a great job on my long hair dachshund. She was a mess three months into the pandemic. He wore a mask, came out to my car to get her, handled her perfectly. He texted when she was done and again came out to the car with her. She isn't the easiest dog to handle; I was really impressed with him. He charged me $20 less than petco and I loved the way she looked and smelled. He asked at drop-off if she had any special needs which was helpful because she has sensitive skin. He used the appropriate soap and she's scratching less. I'm definitely going to continue taking my dog to him. I want to support his business.

Every visit here has been great, the staff is very friendly and great with the dogs. There prices have gone up a bit since my last visit, which is understandable. I believe the price is still worth it.
