This is my favorite pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs are competent, nice, and efficient. They’re always on top of it and I really feel like I can trust this location. Great service, and awesome people, will keep using this as my pharmacy!

Good meaning workers but their staff clearly can’t handle the volume of needs required by the community. I would say it is dangerous to keep your medications on file at this location because of consistent delays, or then forgetting to email doctors requesting refills, so that you run out and have to suffer withdrawal symptoms.

Back when Mick was the PIC this pharmacy was great, always received prescriptions on time with no hassle. Sadly, Mick left in April and since, the new PIC, Priyanka, has been a terrible PIC. She arbitrarily changes prescription dates (my father regularly receives his prescription every 28 days but sometimes, she'll change it to 30 or 31 for no reason). She also frequently states that she's out of the medication despite my father having been a consistent customer for years and knows the amount he needs every month. In the five months since dealing with her, she's been out of the prescription three times. She is also incredibly rude when you try to tell her that she's mistaken and can't play god with people's medicine. On three separate occasions, my father has been promised his medication on a certain date but when we go to pick it up, she says it's actually the next day or the day after, despite it having been promised at another date.The only upsides to this location are the pharmacy techs Caitlin and Jake who are compassionate and truly care. Unfortunately, they're under Priyanka's thumb and can't do anything when she decides to arbitrarily change refill dates.If you want to get your prescription on time and in full, don't use this pharmacy.

Went here to get my prescription for Desonide Ointment, which I had used before and had been prescribed by my doctor for over a year. I usually picked it up at Walgreens in Campbell, but have recently switched all my prescriptions to this Target because of convenience. I experienced a severe reaction to this new refill of my Desonide and had called the Target pharmacy to see if I could return it (since it cost me $150!!!). My doctor advised me to not use it until we could determine if it was this new refill or what was going on. They informed me that even though I am allergic, they would not issue a refund. Now I am stuck with a bad prescription and lost $150. Definitely not a good way to do business guys.

Weird environment, like they haven't finished moving in. There used to be a plant nursery outside, now abandoned and empty. Inside has creepy lighting. Huge space, but they are missing some key products. I only go there for the watch guy inside.

Efficient, professional pharmacy, staff a little cold but friendly, personalized advice a little quick, but follow-up of prescriptions by SMS and on the website, possibility of reaching them by telephone for a question.
