this Pharmacy is conveniently located inside target mall at Saratoga Avenue. parking is easy. you will find the usual otc medicines , vitamins, mens grooming items like shavers, trimmers, facial wash. Prices are just average and not always the cheapest. still i find most of the items i need here.

My boy need a Covid-19 test kits. I rushed to CVS Saratoga pharmacy. I arrived at 7:55pm. I was the last customer. I met a new pharmacy manager Hellen Y. She did a lot of documentation. Got 12 ones for my family three by insurance. I left the pharmacy at 8:08 pm. The store closed at 8:00 pm. Appreciate Helen’s service. My boy tested Covid-19 right away when He got the kits. Thanks Helen Y.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE!!!!!! they made me wait outside in the drive thru, the line took 40 minutes for the 3 cars in front of me, and then it took them another ten minutes to get my stuff. i then had to take the test in my car BY MYSELF and drop the materials in a box outside. who knows how long it's going to be sitting out there or if my test will be accurate. i scheduled a test instead of taking an at home test because i need professional help to ensure that my results are accurate, but there was none to be found here... very impersonal and inefficient.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Steady decline turned into rampant decline during the pandemic. I don’t get alerts telling me if a medication is ready. They are terrible about contacting your doctor when you are out of refills. Don’t feel safe or comfortable having my meds there. They had to close the drive thru because they couldn’t handle the volume, and they close too early on Sunday.

Terrible experience with the Pharmacy! There were 3 customers there and they were not getting any help with excuse that they are short in staff. Girls were kind, but the pharmacist was so arrogant. I usually write review if I want ti leave positive review, but for this being such a “fancy” CVS, I have to say our local CVS is SO much better with service and overall experience!

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Every time I fill a prescription it takes at least 3 days to get it filled. Sometimes over a week. No communication from the pharmacy. You have to call them and everytime listen to that 5 minutes automated voice before getting connected to the pharmacy. And then you wait another 5+ minutes for someone to pick up the phone.

The pharmacy at this CVS has caused me to never visit another CVS ever again.I have been receiving my medication from a different CVS for around 10-15 years with no incident. Upon moving to the area I switched my prescription to this CVS, hoping that its flashy clean exterior would be representative of the quality of service. Unfortunately that was not the case. At one point last year I called in a refill on my prescription about 5 days before I would run out of medication, and they told me it would be ready in 3 days. Sure enough 3 days later I received a call that my medication was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving at the pharmacy I was told that there was a mix up and that I should come back in an hour. I came back an hour later and was told they didn't have the medication, and that I would receive a call the next day when it was ready. The next day I received a call that it was ready and that I should come in and pick it up, only to receive a second call 15 minutes later that they were incorrect and it would not be ready until the next day. I came in anyway to see if I could at least get a day's supply so I wouldn't suffer any ill effects, but they were unable to do so. The next day I called to see if it was ready, and whomever answered the phone was quite rude, and told me to stop calling because they would call me when it was ready. The next day I received another call, at which point I decided that for the sake of my health I cannot rely on CVS to provide me with medicine in a timely manner.I used to be a frequent customer and I now refuse to step foot in any CVS on principle. They have lost a customer for life.

Horrible experience. A lady clerk at check out was pretty rude. First she called her manager short and ding-a-ling, when she asked for help from her manager. When I was done checking out all items, and ready to get out, she stared at me, and said "you are welcome", as I was supposed to thank her. Some sort of bully and extremely unprofessional. Frankly, with so many CVS stores in the same neighborhood, I am happy not to have to rely on this one!

Pharmacy is unprofessional. We came in for a flu shot, and when we asked why the wait time for a flu shot was an HOUR we were (in a rude tone) told that “we can’t see what they see in the computer” (regarding why the wait was long) I mean geez, maybe they were having a rough and stressful day- but that’s no way to talk to a customer. My last experience the staff wasn’t nice either, and I let it go- but this is the second time now.

Lousy customer service every time I try to like this CVS they let me down and I leave feeling frustrated (the CVS at the corner of Lawrence expressway, Saratoga avenue and Quito road). Please: Go to CVS Argonaut shopping center exceptional customer service every employee or CVS in Target at Westgate exceptional customer service for every employee. Both have plenty of parking and customer service.

This is perhaps one of the worst pharmacies I've ever had to deal with. Ever since they moved to their new location, service and professionalism have both suffered tremendously. They can't seem to get their act together. On a Tuesday, a pharmacy staff member told me they could not fill a patient's prescription because they were out of medication. Inventory should never fall behind to the point that you're completely out of a common-enough medication in the first place, but they just opened, so fine, I cut then some slack. They told me the medication could not be delivered to the patient until Thursday morning, or it could be picked up tomorrow after 5pm. Fine. So "tomorrow" rolls around. It's after 5pm. Now the pharmacy says, "Tomorrow after 4pm." Wait yet another day. Call again. Now it's Thursday after 4pm and they claim they still haven't received their delivery. But the weirdest part is yet to come. The patient's mother phones the pharmacy, and a woman who she described as "rather unpleasant and unhappy to do her job," says "We still can't fill the prescription. But if you come in tonight we can give you one pill." ONE PILL?! First of all, I thought they were completely out of stock?! That's what they've been claiming for 3 days. Secondly... One pill??? That's not even 1 proper dose. Patient Rx is 4 pills at once. So one quarter of one dose to tie over a patient who has been undergoing involuntary detox from a psychiatric medication due to a pharmacy's poor planning? Ummm...okay. Highly unorthidox and truly bizarre but better than nothing. So when the patient picks up her medication, they don't give her the proper quantity, but they also don't give her the "one pill." The Rx label is printed with the proper quantity: "120 tablets." In blue pen, the number 120 has been crossed out and someone wrote "100" above it and "owe 20"... "Owe 20?" A hand-written IOU from a pharmacy? Once, again, unorthidox and very strange. First they had no pills, then they had 1, now they have 100, but they still haven't gotten their delivery?? which they were supposed to get Wed, then Thu, then Fri, now who knows when. It's like dealing with a drug dealer. Oh, that's right! They ARE drug-dealers, aren't they? The patient never received the 20 pills "owed" per the hand-written IOU note either. I had to ration her dosage. Even if they blame it on the manufacturer, they should be reordering common medications well before they run out. Poor planning and short-sightnedness is no excuse for creating medically dangerous situations for patients. They have since stopped the delivery service, which was the only service that made them a more useful option.I've since had problems with them "not receiving" Rx from PCP.I attempted to phone them regarding another missing Rx. The first time I was hung up on while on hold. I called back. After waiting on hold via automated system 1-2min, a lady asked me if I was willing to hold and quickly said "Thank you" before I even said "yes." I was then put back on hold. Ten minutes went by. Twenty minutes went by. Half an hour went by and my phone's battery was rapidly draining while I listened to the same prerecorded piano track over and over again. I spent OVER 40 MINUTES ON HOLD. I was starting to wonder if their strategy was simply to put me on hold until they close. After 41 minutes on hold, listening to the same song repeatedly, a woman finally answered and nonchalantly said, "Thank you for holding. Can I help you?" I was dumbstruck speechless for a split second. She said, "Hello?" I mustered a "hi" and said, "Do you realize I've been on hold over 40 minutes?" *Click* Wow. Did she really just hang up on me? Maybe the call got disconnected, but strange coincidence if so. Putting someone on hold for FORTY-ONE MINUTES until you close is simply unacceptable.I understand that setup might be hectic and acclimation to a new setup might take time, but come on... It's time to get your act together.

CVS recently moved to this location in a new building. It's one of the nicer CVS I've seen. Most of the staff here are very friendly. It’s convenient and close by, so can’t ask for much more—except maybe being open 24 hours.

Jennifer and Kristina are super helpful in the pharmacy. I had issues in the past at this location and they have absolutely changed it and changed my opinion. I love the drive-through and I’m thankful for them for helping me And following up when they said they would.

Pleasantly surprised to find a CVS near by.I ordered on Curbside so I could just pickup in-stores and went to eat at Veggie Grill.I got a notice to pickup so I finished my meal and headed over to pick up.Worker - "are you the guy here to pickup for Curbside?"Me - "yes I am"Worker - "We've been looking for you, do you live around here?"Me - "sorry, I was nearby to eat" (over at Westgate Mall which really isn't THAT close)Worker - "Do you know what it's like to be told you are near by over and over?"I couldn't tell if she was joking or really upset with me so I just gave a confused look. I definitely won't be doing Curbside here ever again, but I left a note for Curbside to fix their proximity notification for this store. This CVS doesn't even come out to your car so I don't know why they even have that notification. So this was where all the JCPenney workers have gone to.

Brand new location. (Opened in early 2018.) They relocated from the Trader Joe’s plaza just north of there.Easy access from Saratoga and I believe also from Quito.Friendly staff and nice interior. Not much else to say.

Creepy. Bad lighting inside. Staff seems demoralized. Wish they'd bring back the plant nursery outside, it feels abandoned and desolate. I miss Long's Drugs at this location, they did a better job in this space.

The pharmacy is the WORST. Very slow runs out of meds and will mess up your medication management. It is DANGEROUS to have this place in charge of your prescriptions and refills.

Parking is big. The location is terrible. It is very hard to get out on Lawrence or Saratoga Ave to go in the opposite direction, especially during rush hour.
