I checked in at the desk for a 5:00 immunization appointment at 4:45. At around 5:30, I asked to see why I was waiting for so long, and a second staff member assured me I was going to be called soon. Still waiting, I asked again at 6:00, and this third staff member informed me I wasn’t even checked in! They wasted so much of my time with their inability to check me into my appointment.I only give this two stars instead of one because the third staff member helping me was very nice and got me to my immunization as fast as she could.

These pharmacists are so hemmed in by their fear of government retaliation they are basically useless when it comes to dispensing controlled medication. CVS corporation in general appears to be headed for bankruptcy because of over-regulation and shoplifting...

Wait in drive up line for 20 minutes, only to have them close the window right in front of us with 15 minutes still left until close. Come inside and the line stretches from the back wall to almost the front of the store. They obviously can't hire people or keep the ones they have. We've been coming here for 5 years and it used to be good. Now this location is horrible, like other cvs locations.

Worst cvs ever, their pharmacy and their photo. I ordered a same day pick up canvas on November 2nd for our day of the dead alter, when I went to go check on my order because it’s been a few hours and I get no update (4 hours after estimated completion time) the person helping Danica said he was too busy to wait 30 min which I did and he would have it ready. 30 min passed and I asked for an update he said to just wait for an email of completion. I NEVER received an email of completion. Today is November 9th, I had to pick up medication that was prescribed to my husband from the er, I chose the same cvs since it’s a 5 min drive from my house, and so I can hopefully pick up my picture order. The pharmacy pick up employee was not helpful, two of the medications were over the counter and I didn’t know that, all she said was they only had one medication they filled. I had to figure out on my own the other two medications were over the counter and where to get them.When I went to photo the manager was called, she said she saw my order in the computer but not physically there. She said she would get on the phone with her other team members, she got on the phone walked away with no explanation or I’ll be right back, I waited 15 min and left. I saw a guy wait for a cashier for like 5 min, he had to go find an employee to ring him up. Worst cvs ever for every department.

I'm grey shirt guy for Shane's picture I'd like to corroborate his review. This is the third time this week I've been unable to pick up my prescriptions because the pharmacy closed early each day with people waiting in line and unannounced until they just decided they wanted to close. This time I had been waiting for 40 minutes when the pharmacy made the decision. The staff's behavior is unprofessional and rude. Strongly recommend a different location.

Super inefficient. There are just two cars in front of us in the driveway. We’ve been waiting for 40 mins in total. Please get more staff or get the staff trained better otherwise it’s just a huge waste time for the customers.
