Never has the OTC meds I'm looking for in stock. Zyrtec was $10 over the amazon price for name brand Zyrtec. A place with terrible inventory management, bad prices, and spotty customer service should just shutter its doors. I sure hope other people have better experiences here because mine never are.

There is a reason CVS is shutting down in so many areas + consumer goods and pharmacy is moving online. The customer service is absolutely terrible. This location in particular needs a rehaul. You have a woman cleaning the glass of the pharmacy while 7+ people are in line (really - is that the best use of her time at this very moment?) and when 12+ people are in line you have ONE person acting as both pharmacist and cashier for the pharmacy while another woman randomly walks around the store - and when asked if she or someone else can help w just the cashier duties at pharmacy, her response is "it's not my responsibility." Yikes. Didn't ask you to fill the drugs - just asked if there is anyone else that can scan a barcode and collect money.Overall, find another pharmacy. Plenty of other 24/7 pharmacies out there with much better service.

It is a very busy store but stocks are not keeping up with it’s business!Many aisles looks like been raided or looted, it is a mess through out the entire store, it is so sad that management are not care or correcting it!The pharmacy are always busy that keeping this store above water! But you better have patience to wait!I do hope the low score let the management to pay attention to this store in a such nice location and serve many people and families!

Hard to get help. Everything is locked up like a prison. when the lady finally comes to open case, she is in a hurry. It is all self check out.. but, if something came out of the prison case, they check your id. Of course, the two ladies responsible for that were bickering about who had to do it.... your basic, friendly, welcoming place... if you've gone to hell. No thanks CVS, there are other options.

I am deeply saddened and disturbed by the overtly racist behavior I encountered at a CVS store. The staff member（Maria De)'s attitude was not only unprofessional but also blatantly discriminatory. As a non-native English speaker, I was subject to rude and condescending remarks about my language abilities. The employee made it clear that they did not wish to communicate with someone like me, based on my racial background. This kind of racist treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any setting, especially in a customer service environment.I hope my feedback will encourage CVS to address this issue and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their race or language proficiency, are treated with respect and dignity.

Awful pharmacy service. If you want to waste your time come here. Came in at 9:30pm and was told to wait 30-40 minutes. I told the lady it was fine and to call me when my prescription was ready. I was waiting in the car with my kids and It was 10:30pm and still no call so I went back in myself. When I walked in the lady said it wasn’t ready. I asked how long it would take and she told me to just come back tomorrow. Makes me believe she didn’t even order my prescription and just made me waste my time. Definitely changing pharmacies and not coming here again.

WORST pharamcy service ever over the phone. and i have WORKED in cvs pharamcy myself. man claims his name was Tim this was 02-21 around 3:30pm. would not stop talking over me and refused to help, any questions i had were followed by “i don’t know anything about that i can’t help you, call someone else”. the bar must be so low for your employees to work here. i don’t suppose anyone will even follow up with this but WOW what an embarrassment

Drove out 8 miles to this location around 3am to only find a written closed sign. After taking a picture of the sign a guy that looked like he just won't up takes the sign off and unlocks the door.Not a good look, especially for a corporate store as big as CVS.

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. I wouldn't even go here even if it was the only place open that had a medicine that would save my life. 1 star is 1 too many stars that this CVS deserves.

Overall the store is ok. The excellent part is the pharmacists, they are very professional and very fast. Especially the Indian guy I think he is the leader, he definitely the best pharmacist in all my experience, a respectful guy. The reason I can’t give a five star is that I got flu shot. The nurse didn’t pinch my muscles and after that she didn’t tell me any necessary information about after flu shot like other nurses did. I post a photo which everyone can see she didn’t cover the part I got injected with the band-aid

Scheduled an appointment with the minute clinic here and that was the first mistake. They don’t abide by appointment times as I’m still currently waiting approaching 40 minutes past my time which is super unacceptable and asinine as a whole.

It appears the most of the time the shelves are empty. Not very well stop. It also appears the main businesses for masutical prescriptions for the most part employees Always seem very unhappy, they never smile. My advice is don't even try to conversate with you. They seem numb to the world

Terrible place. Waited for 20 mins at the cashier. Tried the self checkout but it asked for assistance for ID check. I really needed the cough medicine for my kid so I waited that long.

CVS open hours do not match actual operating hours. CVS pharmacy locations that are open on Google until 23:00 are actually closed after 21:00. CVS probably does not want to pay Google to update that info and Google is not doing that for free (even for small business Google will not bother updating a new location address unless business pays Google maps). Another issue is directly related to the software that CVS is running to fill prescriptions. One should be able to pick up a non designer generic prescription at any CVS pharmacy location but CVS makes it impossible unless you contact doctor’s office and have the prescription “rerouted” to a new location. A process that can take hours or days if after hours or weekends.

I love 24hrs CVS. Buy vodka, beef jerky, pick up medications, buy odds & ends, toiletries, almost anything. Been buying Reeds Ginger Ale 4 packs. Love the large packs of jerky. Beer selection is good. Liquor selection is good. Milk, OJ, frozen food & ice cream. Chips soda.

There is no Robitussin DM cough syrup on stock for many months. The beauty section is almost empty all the times. Lots of things I planned to purchase are not on stock for long time. Please restock these items. Other reviewers are pointing out the same thing. Thank you.

We stopped in to CVS Pharmacy on Berryessa to do a return and to shop around the store. We found plenty of parking in the CVS parking lot especially near the gas station area. There was only one cashier and the return process was very slow. It took a 2nd person to help with the return, but we were able to complete the return. Then we shopped around the store and picked up a few holiday items. We found some holiday popcorn tins which were under $10 each. They had a few different designs. This time instead of waiting for the cashier, we used the self check out line. The self check out kiosk was pretty easy to use and I was able to pay with credit card.

Worst customer service system for entire CVS not just this store. Extremely stupid automated system which will harass the living daily lights out of you. I am traveling urgently and wanted some information about my prescription and I couldn't talk a staff over the phone.

They got rid of checkers and make you use self checkout. My mom who is elderly and has problems walking had to stand in line for an extremely long period of time. We will no longer shop at CVS.

People work at this location are super rude. Icame to pick up my prescription this afternoon pharmacy actually closed but I received couple texts from them that my med were ready to be picked up. Web said they are open 24/7 also the sign in front. Bunch of people like me waiting for someone to tell us something, so a guy came out from the back told us come back at 2pm,(now is 1.15pm). We asked him why closed, he actually told us we can go to some other pharmacy. That's customer service at this location .

I don’t know if the reviewer‘s here actually know which store they’re reviewing. I’ve been going to the store for 15 years. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get my prescription, there is always a minimum of two behind the counter. I have never had the store close in the middle of the afternoon. And they are not low on stock! This is actually a pretty good store, I’ve had absolutely no problems with the staff!

By far this was the worst CVS Location I have ever been to . The shelves were so empty that first I thought they are going out of business . They simply don't bother to fill up the shelves . Also staff were horrible . Tom and the other Fat guy were the slowest people ever . The other guy were just flirting with the girls in the line instead of doing his job.

Close to my home. This pharmacy is usually low on most stock. What I do like however is the Minute Clinic. I go there to get my flu shots religiously every year. The nurse practitioner on-site is great. I had a tooth that was infected. I went in and was provided antibiotics due to Covid and within a day or two it was better. Thank God for Minute Clinic. 😁
