Because this CVS is the closest to my home I've ordered one hour photos three times. Each time my photos are not ready or "missing" even after receiving an email stating that my order is ready for pick up. Every time the manager just says come back tomorrow. 🙄 Today was definitely the last time I will be ordering photos at this location.

Horrible place. After mouth surgery, I came in after 30 min drive. They said they will need 10 min more to get my medication. 20 min later, they said they are going for lunch, and it will be another 30 min. So I had to stay with open wound, and wait for them. If you have a choice of another pharmacy, choose it instead. I certainly will. And this is not the first time things like that happen in CVS.

I go here because it’s the closest to my house and I have prescriptions sent here. Recently I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to get a status of a prescription that’s new and no one picks up. Someone picks up when I call the front and they say that they’ll ask someone from the pharmacy to pick up, still nothing. Then I show up at the pharmacy after the doctor tells me that my prescription is there, no one is answering the phones. Meh.

Love this store!♡Big selection of stuff,purchased stuff on sale, lots of snacks and beverages laundry stuff but if you buy anything on sale you got to make sure at the register you get the discount/sale price$ because sometimes this doesn't happen. Good customer service!♡great selection of picture frames!

This by far the worst CVS I’ve been to. It’s dirty, the pharmacy never has any medication in stock, and no one cares. I’m going to stop using cvs after 20 yrs bc of this place. The ones in SF aren’t this bad.

I’ve had to update my review. The pharmacy staff changed again and things have gone downhill. The lines for the pharmacy are ridiculously long, they only seem to have one cashier working at a time, and they never know what they are doing.

I waited 5 hours for a one-hour photo, even though there were no staff at the photo counter and the cashier was rude and refused to cancel my order. I wasted $40 and 3 hours.

They workers will not work the cash register ever since they put in 2 self checkouts. The store shelves are never stocked properly. The workers would rather waste time helping people who mess up at the self checkout instead of opening the actual cash register.

The store is great and cashiers are lovely but it is the slowest pharmacy I had ever visited, which averages to a 3.Tried to pick up medicine including my inhaler, doctor filled it around 11am, the pharmacy is closing soon, and my prescription hasn’t been touched. I told them I need my inhaler and I need it before it closes (5pm), which expedited my prescription. Finally got it before it closed.Takeaway, store is great but Don’t get your prescription filled here especially if it’s an emergency.

There was one person at cash register named Julian. Shout out to him for attending my cousin and I, especially when it came to getting her photos. It took a long time for someone to attend us in that department. Julian was extremely sweet and helpful and constantly trying to call out for someone to come help us. He even attempted to help us in that department,even though it wasn't in his area of expertise. He did all that while attending a massive line that didn't seem to be slowing down all by himself at register. Definitely deserves a lot of credit.

I would give this store No Stars if I could!! The manager at this store is very rude. I was there to return 2 items which were in my purse with the receipts. When I walked up to the counter to return my items as well as buy items. I was told very sternly that I must return my items as soon as I walk in the door. I was never aware of this policy so I told him "I am sorry,I didn't know" and which time he decided to respond with "Next time we will not return the item" and walked away due to this I will never go back to this store. I work hard for my money and for him to impose I grabbed the items and returned then without fully paying is unexceptible.

Pharmacy service is extremely slow (think DMV but 10x worse) and overall the pharmacy staff are just rude. If you wait in line, are helped and then just waiting to receive your medication, apparently you have to get back in line to be helped again to get your medication which makes no sense to me. Skip this place if you can or use the delivery option.

Worst service at the pharmacy - doctor called in 2 rx at 10 am, went to pick them up at 5 pm only one was ready... came back at 8 pm to get the other and it STILL wasn’t filled. Don’t know how that’s even possible and when I asked the tech she said I could wait “10 minutes” to have it filled, and that ten quickly turned into 25. THE WORST

I work at a hospital that wrote a written prescription for a patient that they then took to this pharmacy, the pharmacy ignored the details of the written prescription and gave the wrong item that could have endangered the patients life.
