I am so surprised to see this pharmacy has only 2 stars on its page. Every time I go there the staff is pleasant and they go out of their way to be helpful. The pharmacist gives a great injection. Rx are always accurate. I think this is a great CVS to shop at.

Great store! I love the food selections and the I AM Jewelry collection that is sold here. Ample parking with wide spaces. Staff is very friendly and helpful at this CVS. This store has a trove of all super good things. Many unique cosmetics, as well. It is very clean and up-to-date. You can find slippers, drinks, food, shirts, toys, pet food and so very much more. To me, it’s more of a very large and well-stocked mini-mart CVS. I love that they sell beautiful flowers here and they are on display when you walk in the front door. Fabulous place for everything you need. Look nowhere else. UPDATE: I have to give Maxine some very well-deserved credit. She’s the nicest person and she’s always so helpful, fun and kind. She’s a real manager of all things and a true leader. She knows customer service like no other.Update: I must compliment Doris here. She is always so patient, kind and extremely pleasant to everyone that walks into CVS. She’s very helpful and very knowledgeable as well as being cheerful. She provides excellent customer service every time! Doris is a sunny ray of sunshine.Another update: Andrew has been exceptionally helpful and kind every time I go into this store and he’s a true asset to CVS.Today, Helen, the Pharmacist was simply great. She helped me with my medication issue and she filled the prescription quickly and let me leave this CVS as a very happy customer. I think the world of this CVS for their excellent and experienced staff.

I have had a few not so great experiences with less competent individuals there at night, however, Andrew H. is a great Ops Manager. When I see him there, he asks me how my day is and is genuinely interested in helping me find what I need. I think he deserves a promotion.

This review is just for the store (not pharmacy). It's a smaller CVS than some, not the best stocked but not the worst (average), well lit and pretty clean. Like most CVSs it's a bit understaffed and the receipts are too long but not worse than average. Basically a 3-star affair, nothing amazing but nothing bad, but I want to give a 4th star for the staff member who very kindly recognized I was very tired and physically a bit uncomfortable walking, and he walked back to get me an item at the back of the store I hadn't seen initially to spare me the extra trip. It was very nice and he rather soothed my tough day; we need more of that in the world. My thanks to him.

Firstly, the pharmacy staff are all actually great. Professional, polite and quick. However, the company seemingly understaff(s) the pharmacy all the time. This leads to excessive wait times - every single time. Epitomises corporate greed. Cutting it's own costs leading to the deterioration of quality of service - while raising prices at the same time. All the while claiming it cares about our health. The McDonalds of convenience stores.

Terrible customer service. I booked a Covid appointment and when I got there they stated they had no vaccines because they lost all of them the week earlier during a power outage. They somehow let me book an appointment knowing they had no stock on hand. They also failed to inform me I had to cancel my appointment (due to their error) as an open appointment doesn't allow you to get service at another CVS due to insurance issues. Pharmacy staff was eating food while working as well and received a door-dash order while I was waiting to be served.

I sent refills on 5/6 and doctor approved four refills. I picked up on 5/15. Nothing. The pharmacist said auto refills on 5/18 by insurance. I paid one medicine by myself because it is important for me.I visited on 5/20 to pick 4 refills promised on 5/18. I got nothing. One medicine rejected by insurance, because only one allowed and doctor asked two. And I can't get other three refills. I got confused. The four refills in one case. One refill rejected and other three rejected? The pharmacist asked the doctor call insurance, not her business. She only care about if she can get the payment for insurance. She didn't want to help patients for a workaround. Finally she can give me one refill but pick it up tomorrow. She will be off duty soon. !!!I made the fourth visit. Got one refill and one new medicine for the rejected one, after I texted my doctor. I have two insurances and the pharmacist concerns the payment. The pharmacist showed up for new medicine but not told me how about other two refills.

The staff is very slow. Stood in line for a 15 mins holding an infant 👶 and they said prescription given in the morning was not yet ready. My husband was in intense pain but could not get the eye drops tonight.

I made an appointment for a vaccine for 11:15. Walked in on time. There's one person giving shots, but 3 people in line that also booked for 11:15, and one more that booked for 11:00. The person in charge of pharmacy assures me it's 3-4 minutes per person but after 10 minutes with no motion of the line, I decided to write this review and get it done somewhere else.

It has happened more than multiple times that the Doctor's prescription either not get filled or gets delay, and it happened over and over again, no wonder people are giving low rating, I would give "0" star if I could.I have picked up few medicines last years and asked them to refilled all the medicines, but they say there is no more to refilled and I know it is not correct on Dec 27, my doctor have given all prescriptions.Upon calling again in beginning of Jan 2022, they started to see there are still few medicines not filled and finally filled them, the pharmacy mentioned it is my mistake not to mentioned this last year, I told them when I pick up medicines last year and their clerks replied there is no more medicines and they are not willing to run through the insurance again with last year's when I pick them up today but did confirmed this is their issue delaying the medicines due to the holiday short of staff and they can see the Doctor's has already prescribed the medicine on Dec 27 last year 2021.To echo my comments from the beginning, sometimes you could be holding on the phone passing one hour and no one would answered, do not use them if you need to fill medicine next day, Walgreen usually notify you same today or next day, but it could take more than few day or pass a week when you finally got notify your medicines are ready, that is if they notify you at all. Not a reliable pharmacy you can depend on.There are few individuals are very responsive just to be fair. But these mistakes are repeating issues that I don't see it will be corrected any time soon!1/5/2022

My first experience here so far has been disappointing. I have been waiting for them to prepare my prescription since yesterday. After several stop by and calls, so far it has not been ready. They also messed up my insurance information and restarted the process. Already thinking of choosing another pharmacy instead of this location.

Please never schedule tests for covid-19 results here. We had to cancel our travel plans because of their incompetence. It took 4 days for the results to be back when Walgreens was able to provide within 36 hours. Customer service is not empathetic to the situation either and keep saying that they do not have access to the lab? Lab is not in another planet! Please get access to them to understand the status of the report so we can make some other plans. There are many places which offer results in 15 minutes as wel for the money you charge.

Horrible experience, I needed a prescription transferred. I called several times and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes without any resolution. I called the CVS down the road and they took care of my request within minutes. Recommend skipping this location.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They never process meds. For days and don’t notify you when do. I have tried them repeatedly to see if they improve but they never do. I will have to transfer back to Wallgreens. I noticed that all the CVS pharmacy’s have bad reviews.

Thanks James for his extra effort in preventing an online fraud from happening. My 80+ old mom almost wired 5K to someone she chatted online, claiming he is in trouble for his business. James, the CVS manager, reviewed the request and stopped the wire transfer and send her back home personally. I am really grateful to have James to watch and protect our community, especially elders who may be caught and confused by today’s online crime.

This is about our experience on flu shot. Appointment made for 12:30. Arrived on time. Was told personnel was out for lunch break, waited 30 mins, gave up on flu and left.will never come back again.

I’m not sure why this store is getting such low ratings. I always find the pharmacists helpful. Also I had to get passport pictures for my kids recently and Valerie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

I wish I could give a zero star. They did not honor the appointment and made us wait for nearly 45 mins. Lunch break apparently. I wish they could plan better and not allow appointments at certain times of the day.

Cannot with the drive thru. I see this place everyday and I can’t anymore. Miss the donut place that used to be here. This CVS is unreliable and needs to be more fluid with pharmacy hours.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. This pharmacy has really gone downhill. Just when you think it's bad, it gets worse. Why isn't management doing something about this? It's been going on way too long.

Nobody picks up the phone at pharmacy sometimes. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Sometimes you have to wait on the phone for up to 4 hours.
