The best CVS there is in the Bay Area in my estimation. I love this store. They have everything you need and they are never out of stock. The staff is so very kind and they make you feel like you are old friends. Extremely helpful and nice people here. I get my vaccinations here because they take their time; they are careful and compassionate how you feel. A wonderful place for all of your pharmacy needs!

Pharmacist was very helpful! I had a question about supplements and she was able to come out from behind the counter and give me helpful info. Store is clean but seems low-stocked in some things.

Extremely rude phone customer skills. A worker answered the phone by saying “what?” Then proceeded to get frustrated with me for asking a simple question. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I visited the pharmacy multiple times to pick up a prescription and each time I was told something different.First time I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover it, second time the pharmacy was out of the medicine, and third time I was told that I had no refills (despite my dr saying I have refills).I called to ask for clarification because I need this medication and the person on the phone talked down to me, cut me off, and was so rude.I was nothing but polite for the entire call and this person was so rude…I swapped to Safeway pharmacy, they’re so much better and the employees don’t verbally berate you.

Whenever I go to the pharmacy, it's fine. No issues. But when I call? I could be on hold for however long I'm willing to put myself through listening to the low quality music with the constant reminders of vaccines and flu shots like some maddening cycle and no one ever answers. I'll call at all different times just to see if there's a better time yet there's never a good time. It's really a big inconvenience when my prescription requires contacting the pharmacy and they don't pick up. What a shame.

Usually good quality customer experience. Been at the pharmacy since 6pm made 3 trips back and forth because the pharmacist and the pharm tech doesn't know how to do their jobs. 10 mins per customer. Picked up 1 of the 2 prescription and was told to wait 20 min for the second. After waiting on the side for 20 mins and another 30 min in line for only 5 other customers in line, was told that the pharmacist wasn't even aware I wanted the prescription. At this point, I go back home and wait for the prescription. Waited for only 15 mins (including drive back home) and was told the prescription was ready... I went back to the store and the pricing was different from usual. I asked the pharm tech to apply the Rx discount code that I had and a different price from the usual price I pay. Pharmacist told me that the price was raised and as a result the increase in price. He told me the discount was already added, even though they didn't even enter any information. I pay for the prescription and go back home and found that the retail price was exactly the same. Completely evident that the correct discount code wasn't applied now, I wait in line since 7:30pm to get refunded and get the correct amount charged. Everyone in front of my was getting their prescription handled. I go to the front and literally just saw someone getting this issue solved and was denied help. Pharmacist kept trying to insist that the pricing changed even though both receipts says retail price is 96. Completely obvious that the discount code wasn't applied, the pharmacist denied to resolve the issue that persisted since 6 in this whole waste of a time goose chase. Please properly train your employees. Wasted over 2 hrs.

I called about a prescription and started to give my details to the representative. Out of the blue she starts having an attitude with me for not telling her what I want, when she is viewing my account which has the one and only prescription I use right there? I explained to her what I want, and she continued to have an attitude which I expressed was unnecessary. Overall worst customer service I’ve had in a while.

My experience was excellent from the store cashier to the store manager who treated me like I was the most important customer in the store.It was like shopping in a small town pharmacy.Loved it!My most recent visit was just as positive. I was dispatched by a young man who was friendly and genuinely helpful.

Lack of Human Customer services, CVS Staffs “looks to be” stocking shelves with nothing on themselves. When prompted for support “where can I find this?”, no response from CVS team.. Everything had become an Self-Checkout atmosphere.

Keith has the worst customer. He is rude and keeps customers waiting. I was literally in front of him today at the register and he just kept on stocking shelves.This is my 3rd time coming here and the second time I have dealt with this cashier. If you don’t like your job then get another one don’t take it out on the customers!!! I will not be back!!

Worst pharmacy experience. Went there to pick up a prescription and was told to wait for 15 minutes. Waited for 40 minutes and did not get called and went to ask the pharmacist. They asked me to wait for the long line again before I can pickup the prescription because they have been very busy.No service and worst attitude.

While I’ve loved the staff at the pharmacy, I had my first interaction with the male pharmacist. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude, dismissive and constantly interrupted me when I was trying to clarify the status of my prescription, medication and when they anticipated filling it. The pharmacist would not confirm if their order was going to come in in the near future or even provide rough timeframes. He provided no information and instructed me to call other pharmacies and my doctor. This occurred after 3pm on a Friday.I was not able to communicate, be heard or speak without being unprofessionally and disrespectfully interrupted.I left the conversation in tears feeling horrible by the way the situation was handled.

Got my booster shot here. Scheduled about 1.5 weeks in advance. Got in and out fairly quickly about ~25 min. It was administered safely in a booth. Sat for 15 mins after to observe symptoms and then left!There was one gentleman in front getting his booster but other than that, pretty empty at around 11AM if you’re looking for a non-busy time to go on weekdays.

It's CVS, so it will be a fascinating day when they do anything right, but after being told everything was fine and it would be ten minutes, no call, an hour, and 4 stays in line later I'm back waiting with nothing better to do than warn people who have other options.I've been taking the same medications for 4 years from a CVS 10 miles away. I moved here and my doctor transfered them on February 4th. I know this because I get texts from my doctor and automatic ones from his system and CVS so I could not be more sure they were sent. Also CVS sent the automatic text they are ready. I showed up. She said no problem, ten minutes. I wandered for a little under an hour when I went back to check to have a very rude pharmacist come tell me it couldn't be filled because they never got it, even though they said they saw it when I first got here. She then talked down to me like I was a child, I got here at 330 I believe they close at 9, she has mentioned 4 times now condescendingly and put-out that I should get them tomorrow because she's so busy. I told her I'd wait as long as I needed to because my doctor had to get involved and I've waited forever anyways. She was also quite rude when I asked if she would please call my doctor because he was helping and his system showed them sent. Because "she already has one doctor on the phone"? Sorry didn't realize pharmacists have a one doctor call a day limit now all the sudden? It's never been an issue in the past, even at the more inefficient CVS pharmacies. She ran out of reasons other than bullying tactics not to fill it and I'm here indefinitely.So I'm already looking at any other options, but the techs seem nice at least so maybe she can just be avoided? If I can't find any I imagine I'll spend a lot of my time here in the future. Great.

I made an order for photo printing in the noon, and the system said I should be able to take it after 3pm.When I came to store, it seemed that the system was down (not sure if the system failure happened only in this store or all CVS stores).I tried to ask clerk that no one notified my this kind of situation and I really needed to pick up the photo. But that clerk just showed that he could not do anything and said something that made me uncomfortable.Actually I had came to other CVS stores before, and felt these stores had good services. But for this one? No, I won't come to the store again.

My go-to CVS. Always friendly and nice. Lots of parking too. Bunch of varieties in all categories. Some people are just nitpicky and salty below for no reason. Also the manger is very courteous and helpful.

This is the BEST CVS I've been to. The shelves are always stocked and the cashiers (especially Bobbi) are very friendly and quick without rushing you. I go out of my way to come to this location.
