Ok so big lotts by my house used to be a disaster 😫. So much work to get down an isle blocked with boxes of freight. Long lines no tags, dirty ... so I stopped shopping. That being said it's by my house and I needed some cleaning supplies for cheap so here I was 🤷‍♀️. Big improvement! Still struggling with tags but I can actually shop and checkout was under 10 minutes! I actually found this beautiful pumpkin and I'm in love❤️. Very impressed.

Last night went to this stores website and the dog food I was looking for said in stocks. Today the dog food shelves are basically empty so they are not doing their job at stocking shelves. I could of gone to the store in Gilroy earlier and will never come back to this location.

Michael, the man at the cashier desk, was very helpful and went out of his way to check on a product for us . Though I was disappointed that the website had said something was in stock and yet it wasn't, I was very impressed with the customer service offered.

Delivery access is off of Donna Ln. Everyone was friendly as hell and they let me go shop after delivering here. If you're coming in a semi don't go east on Donna like I did or it's a really tight turn, other than that easy in & out.

Big lots have been a fave of mine back in southern California when they were named Pic N Save many decades ago. A go to place for things at a discount. Turning into a place for furniture. They have food, clothing and household supplies. Show a valid military ID for 10% off. Also join their club on line for extra deals.

This is the location that carries the cat toys my four legged furry loves to munch on. It was some chew toy Jerky that would be flung around which is a must have at my house. And they go fast so I grab multiple bags when in stock.I get my other animal supplies here which might be different for others.A lot of great deals from bath essentials to snack food for myself.And they are carrying graphic designs and i love it but I always seem to get thee after all the size large tees are gone for other visits.

The store is clean and supplies are continuously restockingI found very good discounted prices of hot items. The staff are very friendly and informed.The best part of shopping in this store is that you find a variety of items that may not be available in any other stores.

Big lots is another store that seems to be inconsistent with products. Not always a bad thing but if you want something u bought the week before it might not b available. Great store if you are shopping for pleasure or need a deal.

Found some good deals, and not so good deals. Its mostly all fair priced goods, but the quality of let's say electronics is💩sad to say. Other household products are reasonable but again, sad to say, Target has better prices on stuff they push as lowest around...their pricing staff need to get out more. But friendly ladies on the registers and floor😁👍

People are nice here and they have the usual Big Lots inventory. On the downside, I feel like Big Lots isn't the bargain it used to be, or that many people think it is, especially in terms of housewares like clocks, furniture, kitchen stuff. Good place for spices and assorted foods though.

This is the only location that carries the dog treats my four legged fur baby loves. Country Kitchen Duck Breast Jerky. A must have at my house. And they go fast so I grab multiple bags when in stock.I get my wild bird and hummingbird supplies here also. As well as seasonal decor.A lot of great deals from bath essentials to snack food.And they are carrying graphic tees. Love it but I always seem to get there after all the size large tees are gone.

Ordered curb side pick up. Got there called the number several times no one answered. Went inside and was told to go through the check out line. When I got to the checker she brought the items to me and told me to take it to my car. What exactly is curb side pick up? I still had to go inside, wait in a long line and take my items to the car

Considering how late in the day it was the place was very well-stocked and in relative order. There wasn't a lot of Chaos. I did ask a question of one of the cashiers and I got the "If we have it, it would be..." answer. I would really like it for such a small store if the sales staff actually know what they normally keep in stock. Also I've noticed across Big Lots in several locations that they are constantly putting out product where only half of it has price tags and the other half is not marked at all. I find that a little bit annoying. Overall good shop though.

I love going here you never know what your going to find and for a good price. Everyone there is friendly and willing to help you with any question you have. Cashiers are nice as well as very informed o f what's on the floor. The manager is the best they ever had. Excellent store to shop at. If you don't see what you want ask for it.

Smelled like urine. I had to walk out of the area where all the boxes were. I asked the employees if there was a restroom, no one could answer. Finally one employee said, "We do, but not sure if they're working." Lame

These stores have a random selection of off-brand and usually lower quality products and the prices are not significantly better than you would get for better quality elsewhere. If you don't care how long it lasts, or if you find something on a clearance sale (cheap decorations after a holiday), Big Lots is maybe worth checking out, but I generally find this store depressing and disappointing.
