There is a young clerk who has the worst customer service. He lets off a vibe when seing a customer like he hates his job i will never go there and will tell everyone i know not to go there. He also purposly pokes his finger in your pizza. Im considering reprting them to the health department.

Horrible 7-eleven. Most of them are dirty nowadays but this one is dirty and closed at 1am, sometimes 2am. What is the point of this 7-eleven. They should just shut it down and let real company take the lease.

This store always closed at random times. Very bad management. There is a lot of us working graveyard shifts in this area and have short times breaks to get something to eat and when we arrive we're greeted with the plastic bag tighnted around the door handles. Store is closed!. Many times i have to drive to the one by el camino and end up doing double the trip and waste my break time.

My first dependencies on 7-elevens built from here. I did not know driving then, and this place became my saviour in the post-drinking hours. So many times I came here I cannot recall now - because I was totally out many of those times. Also I remember having a hard fight with the guy on counter; hopefully he had forgiven me now. People always scared me going there late night, but nothing happened to me over the years.

So NOT a good experience in this store!!! I bought $4 of quick pick on the lottery for Super n Mega... the Hispanic cashier isn't give me any Raffle tickets that I deserve??? N when I asked for it, he said, " there isn't any"... n I replied REALLY???, he said pretend to walk over the lottery machine n said no there, n shook his head.. I was like really, that's weird??? I usually get them everywhere I go (bought lottery tickets)... I know my rights when it comes to buying lottery!!!So this guy obviously is stealing to my Raffle tickets, which I probably could've won!!!!I didn't want to spoil my mood, n just walk out... in, mayb he is the OWNER, like the others has mentioned??? This is not a good way to build a good relationship with anyone!!! I BANNED this place for good.P.S. Good luck with keeping this business here at this corner for long!!! CHEATING, GREEDY A** PEOPLE!!!

this guy was very disrespectful, not only was everything unorganized he just didn’t treat us like customers. i went to go buy ice cream and when I bought it I realized it was halve way empty which costed me 7 dollars for one little thing of ice cream. going to the next thing that everything is so expensive and isn’t even given in a good portion. don’t go here rude people, empty food, too expensive, dirty, unorganized, I could go on.

I came here everyday before work for about 3 months, because our coffee machine broke and quite frankly the coffee selection and service was amazing, I had no urge to buy a new one.They have an employee who is there mainly to work the coffee station. Refilling, cleaning and maintaining all the different varities of coffees, creamers, sugars, energy shots and toppings.As for the other comment, ive met and spoke with the owner. She is a Mexican-American woman who is a GREAT manager. She has a very well maintained staff and clean store. Hasan (cashier) Is EXTREMELY friendly with a fantastic positive, funny hard working personality. He'll help out with anything, just ask him LOL I ALWAYS do ;D

This store can't be trusted. The owner steals money from kids, giving the wrong change, keeping receipts, and selling game cards with no money on it. When confronted, the owner lied that he was not the owner. Only when threatened with a visit from the police, he threw money at us and still denied that he was the owner.Suggest that you tell your kids to stay away from this venue.

The man was not very helpful at all as I am trying to redeem my points he keeps telling me no. I have my app open and varicose ready and he's just saying no. He's on the phone with his girlfriend or something and isn't paying attention or being helpful at all! This 7-11 just sucks

Yesterday afternoon I was buying 5 taquitos for $5 , and a man asked to use restroom, the guy says help yourself. He was SinghI need to use a rest room , and he tells me he wouldn't let his father use it.. how nice of them.

Very hard to find a 7-11 anymore that is clean. The hot chocolate dispenser was gross and no coffee was even available.

Always closed after 12am. Don’t advertise 24/7 if you’re going to close at any point of the night. I hope the manager/owner/both sees this

Usually friendly staff but out of stock of water frequently. Loiters abound outside the store so beware at night.
