I'm struggling with this review because I really like this place. I think the people are genuinely great, but I have noticed a small decline in the quality of the cut that we've been getting for our dog and the more than 50% increase in the price. It was $80 to have our dog fully groomed here a little over a year ago and now it's $130. I understand inflation, but this just doesn't make sense to me.

Took my 2 cats in to get groomed. They were very welcoming and thorough in what my cats were in store for and explained to me what options and what they can do, i choose to get a loins cut on one of my kitties.

I love this place. The owners are very nice and friendly and they groom our dogs and cats very nice. When we get our cats shaved it’s always done perfectly. And we have been getting one of our dogs shaved and it’s been perfect. She has been loving being shaved bc her fur makes her really hot. Even in winter sometimes she will get into her little pool we got her. And since being shaved she doesn’t do that anymore. Love it so much pls bring your animals here!

Im not sure if it was just a bad week for them because the last time we came we asked for a short cut but not to shave my dog because shes a boarder collie mix they are meant to have some hair and they did wonderful, said the same thing this time around, I pick up my dog and her whole body is shaved unevenly (patchy ) and her head looks badly trimmed. And I had to pay more this time around and last time I brought two medium dogs for the price i paid this time for one. What is that??

First and last time we take our dog here. Abu came in to get groomed that included shampoo, cut and nail trim. I never seen someone groom so terrible. They cut his hair so close to his ears ! His nails are so short he looks like his in pain.

I brought my Duck Tolling Retriever in for his first haircut, shampoo and manicure. We adopted him a year ago when a relative passed away. He's between 13-15 years old and has bad hip problems. His hair was badly matted and I couldn't cut it. I brought him here and they did a wonderful job with his grooming and they took good care of him and his bad hips. I recommend them immensely.

There prices have changed alot, I have always been charged 55. Last year was 80 which I thought was pretty high since my dogs not that big. Then I figured I would call and get a quote this year and was told 100. So I will not be going here anymore. They also always took the entire day to groom my dog from the time they opened to the time they closed. They would not let him out to even go to the bathroom unless I asked. My dog also really hated going here which I figured he might just hate being groomed. But he's a very social dog and normally loves everyone but dident want to go with the man.

This place is awesome! I called at 10am and they were all booked up, the guy I spoke to said he would squeeze me in if I could be there by 12 noon, they had my puppy done by 2pm. Excellent work, my girl looked great and the price was very reasonable. I recommend this place to everyone in the area. Top notch establishment forsure.

We stumbled across Precious Moments a few years ago and have been going since. Customer service is great. They remember who we are, and that we lost one of our fur babies. Prices are the most reasonable in town. We have always been very pleased with every grooming. Definitely recommend.

Such a lazy groomer! Our husky was soaked, nails weren’t cut, and wasn’t clean! He basically looks the same as when we brought him in! My wife will be posting a detailed review on Yelp with pictures! And we will be sure to let everyone we know Not to take their pets to this place!

The first time we took our dog they did a great job. But the second time their was a younger guy there we told him exactly how we wanted her hair cut and NOT to cut the fringes on her ears. When we went back to pick her up, her ears were cut and nothing we asked for was correct.
