I contacted CL Smith when their delivery truck caused damage to my main water line. Two weeks later Mr. Smith called to tell me he would not take responsibility for the damage his truck caused because it wasn't marked???? He said he was not responsible for damage caused because the water line was under ground. The tire tracks of his truck were clearly visible and caused an immediate leak in my water system. Not impressed by your lack of stepping up and doing what was the right thing to do, Mr. Smith. You have lost a customer, oh well...
