Duplicated key here. $0.88 per key. I have to go back the 2nd time since the first one was made by an elderly worker which didn’t work. I couldn’t turn my lock at all. I went back to the store to let them know. They were good about it sent me back to the key service department. This time was a younger worker who made the key for me and no charge. I went home and tried it, it just worked. Thanks, although I have to go back twice.

I don’t know who manages this store but I what a hell of the job he or she is doing!! First of all I like to say thank your for always being stocked! I hv never gone into mission hardware and come out empty handed. This weekend I was looking for CR1620 battery and mission hardware as the only store that had it in stock in our area. And, not only did they hv it in stock but their rack was fully loaded with that battery!! Thank you!!! Your loyal shopper!!!

Decent foot traffic throughout the day. Lots of hardware for around the home repairs. Even some obscure items you might not find at larger hardware chains. A lot of the older staff have plenty of knowledge and understanding on hand to help explain and recommend what you may need. They also have repair services like for screen doors so you can save money on buying a complete new door.

Mission Hardware/ACE store is very convenient to pick up essential items for quick repairs around your home. It has a variety of items and selections for a small store. It's a great neighborhood feel hardware store and everyone is very helpful and greeting. I always come here for key copies to be made and are priced affordably, not like the big box stores or unlike the big orange store, if you know what I mean. They also have custom-screen windows done as you wait and always someone there to help you out with no wait. The older gentleman who works in this department is friendly, helpful, and informative on all types of projects you may be working on. This hardware store is a gem in this neighborhood. Great place for a quick stop but also great to be just browsing throughout the store, because you never know what you will find.

I tried to return a leatherman I purchased in another state’s ACE. I came in with an attitude to see if it was possible, never once demanded the return happen.I would have been content to learn that they can’t accept this return for reasons XYZ if they were actually legit. But that’s not what happened.The store manager not only tried to patronize me by giving me a “lesson”(“When you bought this leatherman, did I receive the money? No I didn’t, right?”), but also falsely claimed that customers can only return products they buy to the same ACE store or an ACE stores with the same owner. He went on to tell me there are over 6000+ owners nationwide and unless the stores are owned by the same person, nobody can cross-return. ACE store policy tells me otherwise, which means he basically lied straight to my face and wanted to make me feel inferior to his antagonizing questioning.Always happy to shop at ACE, and I will continue to, just not at this one. If you are into businesses whose manager/owner has the integrity to not lie about the store policy and not talk condescendingly at customers, avoid this one. If this is your neighborhood ACE and it’s hard to avoid, please be aware of dealing with the manager, he would jump on the first opportunity to tell you what he thinks you don’t know and lie.

My go to place for great customer service and always fine products. True a new home Depot opened closer to where I live but I have worked with the staff here for almost 10 years. They have always answered my questions and helped in anything I ask for. They are also one of the few places that offer key replica for smaller keys. Home Depot won't do them anymore.I ha e bought and gotten advice on anything from paint to mouse traps to faucets and I get an answer EVERY time. A++++

For screws, nuts, and bolts, this is a gold mine where you can find most sizes and buy in small quantities. Do need to call in a service team member to write you out with proper SKU. Small parts like mechanical springs, even brushes(for electrical motors), could be found here. Keep your masks on no matter what. The clientele are definitely protected groups. Could not comment on price since didn't browse at all beyond nuts. It was a very busy place on the weekend.

Mission Hardware has lots of inventory for your hardware needs. Employees very helpful and friendly. The prices are competitive with all big box retailers. If you just need a few items, easy to find, easy to check out and enough brands to give you options.

We have 6 window screen replacements done by this store. 5 of them are okay.One (Figure 1) has been done with about ¼" narrower, but it is OK to cover the window.One (Figure 2) was done with a measurement mistake, too short. It was re-done. This window size is exactly the same as the one showing on Figure 3.The pull tags from the store are the black sold square ones. Those from the window manufacturer have a big hole inside (Figure 3), it makes the window screen easier to pull out.On Feb 15,2021, we had 2 window screens replaced.The senior screen supervisor, Ruben served us. I told him the black solid square pull tags issue mentioned above. He was so friendly.On Feb 17, 2021, my sister picked up the 2 new window replacements. The smaller one is perfect with the pull tags liked the manufacturer's. The bigger one (Figure 3) was a bit too high, I was unable to mount it up.On Feb 18, 2021, my sister went back to the store to request for an adjustment. Nick, the guy who made the replacement, told my sister that the replacement was made smaller, it's a perfect size, the problem was that I didn't know how to mount the window replacement. Nick refused to do the adjustment.I then called Nick, he repeated what he told my sister. I told him that I had no problem to mount the other smaller window replacement. I also told him that I clean up our house windows every spring, so I know so well how to remove and mount back the window screens. He said: "I don't know."He just didn't want to admit and fix his mistake. He then passed the call to the store manager Jil.Jil and I basically went through the same conversion. Jil said: "May be the window replacement is new, it is difficult to be mounted at the beginning."Finally, he asked us to take the wrong window screen replacement back to store to have it adjusted.On Feb 18, 2021, Nick was there. I showed him the difference between the old and new window screens, the new one is slighter higher. I don't know why he kept saying that he had made the new one smaller already. He said that if he can cut the size ¼" smaller, but then it will be too small.How come the one showing on Figure 1 has no problem? It is about ¼" smaller on the width.Nick then had the owner to talk to me. Hs feedback was so much the same as Nick's.I told the owner: "Why would I pay for something that is not usable, something garbage?" He kept saying: "It is not a garbage. It is perfect. We can't fix it."I then said to him: "Liar! I want my refund."An Asian female worker came to tell me: "He is the owner. You shouldn't have said that he's a liar."The cashier at the counter near the main entrance said: "Owner didn't authorize us to issue a refund." I went back to to ask the owner why. He said because I called him a liar.I have seen reviews complaining about not getting a refund from the store.Why would I kick a fussy on this particular window screen, but not the others? Why would we have to make so many trips to the store for this issue? The owner was so mean. He had a very bad manner, so did Nick.The owner finally authorized the refund. The same cashier didn't know the refund price. I told her that the one for bigger size. She said: "Sometimes, bigger size can be cheaper."Really, I have never experienced this for my other 5 screens. It's always the bigger the screen, the higher the price.The Asian female worker sitting near the paint section said: "You don't tell her what to do!" She said it loud twice, so rude! She then came to measure the screen and told the cashier the refund amount.The communication between the owner and the cashier was poor. It was so obvious that the owner, Nick, the Asian female worker and the cashier teamed up to give us the hard time to get a refund.With your poor customer service, Mission Hardware's business will never be as successful as Home Depot.I have attached the pictures to prove that the store do make mistakes on window screen replacement measurement and I know how to mount the window screens.

What a great hardware store. Excellent service, definitely not a Big Box store.Additional review:Well, back again and once again, great service.I had my Stihl weed eater that broken down.Aaron diagnosed the problem as a broken bearing in the motor and told me it needed a whole new motor . Two weeks later, the parts came in and he fixed it above and beyond what I would have expected.Great job Aaron!

The owner keeps this store clean and organized and that's a big plus! I love coming here to duplicate my keys because they do a very good job and the price is very very reasonable. I am also able to find things that Home Depot and Lowe's don't carry. If you need something quick and simple, this is the place to check out.

I shop at this hardware for decades, but the experience today is very disappointed. I ask one of the gentleman there that I’m looking for the water filter ware clamp I found the video on YouTube so I can show him what it look like, just want to be satisfied with his answer because I don’t want to find somewhere else so I he replied he doesn’t have it here. So I ask another gentlemen was working on that plumbing area ( store manager) showed him the video he said I had it, went to get it but not the right one. Still not satisfied search online I found it on google at Home Depot and then so happy that I got the clear photo to show him he might know where it is. But the response is very unprofessional as the store manager, he told me “ why don’t I asked Home Depot people” with rude tone. I asked why he have to answer me like that , he “ looked like I compare his store to Home Depot 🤷 why would I? I just don’t want to drive to Home Depot since I’m already here at his store. It’s going to be my last day shop there.smh
