Been taking my 4 dogs here for years now. We have 3 GSD mixes and 1 maltipoo so it can get hectic. We’ve tried many different groomers in our area in addition to petsmart and felt the most comfortable leaving our dogs with Jonathan and his team. Easy communication and we get notified when our pups are ready to be picked up so very convenient. My wife and I truly appreciate this place and their service!

As a first time dog mum, I was nervous to leave my pup for 3 hours. But, I was allowed to send him with his bag of favourite treats. I got the text that my pup was ready. My baby HAPPY and well groomed! He wasn't agitated or frustrated with having to be there that long. His folds were nicely cleaned and he smelt great. THANK YOU, Dazzling Pup! 🐾🐶

The owner Jonathan was very helpful! He literally took the time to make sure we were getting what we envisioned for our dog. He also informed us about the pros and cons of getting our dog shaved and let us decide whether we wanted to do it.

Dazzling Pup was awesome! It was our 1st time at Dazzling and our Corgi was satisfied with his grooming. Owner was very knowledgeable with dog groom and walk you through different type for your pet so you can select trim for your fur baby. Owner also gave great tips on how to comb our corgi to maintain a good coat.Definitely recommend for any Corgi dog owner who is looking for a groomer to help brush out any seasonal de-shedding or just a trimmed!

I can't believe this is how Jonathan does business.This is the worst place and worst experience.Hair is uneven everywhere, there's spots where he didn't even bother to cut. He didn't even bother to blow the hair off my dog after the grooming and there's hair everywhere now.This is the worst experience I've ever had with a groomer. Dropped my dog off at 12:30 for a groom, Jonathan told me to pick up at 3:30 to 4:00pm. When I returned at 4:00pm, my dog isn't ready and Jonathan isn't even there.If they had bothered to inform me of the delay, I wouldn't have been upset. But instead, I had to drive all the way there and then told to wait l, but not even sure of how long it would be.An hour later I pick my dog up and Jonathan tells me no charge for the service, it's "on the house." I pay him anyway, along with a 20% tip, $60 total. Fine, he was trying to fix the issue by not charging me. But to get my dog back in that state, it's obvious you did a rush job and didn't care about the result.I now am taking my dog somewhere else to fix everything and paying for another grooming service.

Wow I’m amazed I never wrote a review. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable. He’s sweet and did a good job on my puppy Pomeranian. Reliable and good service, I will definitely go back each month!

I've trusted this place with my dog for years during my time in Altadena. The owner, Jonathan, and their team provide excellent care and the cutest cuts for my anxious dog, Cosmo. She always looked fabulous after visits. Never had any hiccups. I'd still be a customer if I hadn't moved!
