You need more people in the pharmacy.I have been going there for year's now and the line is disgusting! I have seen it all the way to the front door! People start getting angry and frustrated and take it out on your employees.Like they do the scheduling .The call center is a nightmare in it's self .more helper's needed in the pharmacy.Sale's alone should tell you that .

This is the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to, and I basically live in hospitals. I stood in lines not moving, for 40 minutes, barely moving. The techs were acting like they had all day showing no sense of urgency, even though there were 14 people in line. I realize they are paid hourly, but, sheesh. No apologies or anything just NEXT. Very disappointed, and, unfortunately, it's not unusual for this location. Please hire more people or train for efficacy.

Came in for a quick stop and needed to press the button for an employee to unlock product in the cosmetic section. Pressed button at least 5 times and waited 10 min before going to the counter to inquire. The employee told me that she didn’t have the key and to just keep pressing the button (after I had already said I’d done that and had been been waiting). Went back to the aisle to try a few more times and no one came. 20 min of wasted time simply trying to buy an item. Very poor customer service.

Their pharmacy service had gotten worse and worse. I understand staffing challenges. But I called today to modify a prescription order and waited on hold over 30min. Someone kept picking up and putting me back on hold never speaking to me. The phone would ring and then loop me back again again. This is some of the worse service ever. They have been pretty awful for over a year. I'd look for another pharmacy

This is so sad. The workers here are so rude when asking for help. A young short Filipino guy working around the 9:30 pm shift needs to be nicer and help out their customers. The pharmacy people are great. 5/15/2023

This is one of the best Walgreens I have seen. It's a clean and organized store--usually has what I need to shop for. Staff are always courteous (on the phone or in person), even when they are busy.The Pharmacy staff is efficient and helpful. The line could be a little long during certain hours of the day, but the wait is usually reasonable.

Boy had this pharmacy gone down hill. I guess the days your Rx can be called in and filled later in the day are over. Two times already my meds have not been ready 2-3 days after they received a prescription. I don’t know if it’s the new people they hired who are incompetent or if the Managent has changed… but fix it!!!! If someone needs antibiotics or pain killers, they can’t always wait three days for you to take your time filling the script!

This place is clean and pretty but no one is helpful. Booked a vaccine appointment, showed up early as advised, walked up to the “vaccine check in” sign, and was told I had to wait in line with everyone picking up prescriptions. So after booking an appointment and waiting 20 minutes in line, they told me they couldn’t vaccinate me because of my insurance. (If you have Kaiser, don’t go to Walgreens, I guess.) Pharmacists were all very curt and Walgreens’ lack of vetting insurance before appointment booking wasted my afternoon. Won’t be going here again.

Picked up prescription for my mom. I was told it will take 20-30 mins. I said i’ll wait so the lady told me she will call my mom’s name. I sat and waited for a full hour. I decided to go back to the line that took another 15 mins and ask about the meds. Guess what?! It’s been ready! What a waste of time! I hope they improve their service and get a freaking order monitor if they can’t keep up with the costumers order!

Disclaimer: I’ve never used the pharmacy.So many people are posting negative reviews of this Walgreens like they’re expecting it to be the Ritz-Carlton. This is a nice, clean Walgreens that’s always well stocked and has very helpful employees. The checkout line is rarely long and is usually quick to get through. Every time I’ve needed assistance, whether it’s at 1pm or 1am, someone has always been close by to help. This is my regular Walgreens, and I’m proud to be a regular customer.

I should have believed all the one star reviews. I scheduled vaccines for my family and called twice to confirm they had the vaccines and they could be given. I drove 45 min, waited in line 20 min only to be told they didn’t have some of the vaccines and couldn’t administer due to “computer issue”. Stay away!!

This Walgreens is clean but there is never enough staff to help you. They only have 1 person ringing you up and if you need help, good luck you’ll have to wait forever. We waited over 40 mins for someone to help us in the photo center. The manager finally showed up after being paged over 20 times. Really really bad customer service. The pharmacy is just as awful

Pharmacy is unorganized. Always a line. Prescriptions are never ready on time. My Dr called it in 6 hours ago while I was still in the office so I could grab it in the way home. Waited a few hours since i know they never have things ready on time. Cashier says they don't have it. Asked the cashier to look again and of course it's there but not filled yet. Waiting 20 more minutes when they had 6 hours to fill it. Too bad it's the closest pharmacy to my house.

I called for a prescription and I was put on hold so many times. What made it seem irritating is that different Tech is answering and will be asking you your name, DOB, and what prescription. Why can't it be the same Tech so you don't have to repeat yourself again and again?Finally Bettey seems more irritated than I am repeating the words , " I you gou going to put me on hold again 3 times over the phone" unprofessionalpicked

I had been here before when the system was down but the girl was trying to be very helpful so I was ok. Turned out to be all Walgreens were down.This time I asked the price of a prescription before filling it since it was my 1st time paying out of pocket. When it was ready to pick up it went from $115 to $199. When I asked, I was looked at like I was crazy and was told it was the right price. After further pushing it turned out they didn't have the dosage I needed and so I was being charged for 2 small doses. I was told they could order it but it would take 2 days.It's 3 days later and the lovely young lady who attended me had no idea what I was talking about. If it was ACTUALLY ordered nobody was able to find it. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get my prescription back to go somewhere else.So disappointing on every level.

Cashiers are usually good about calling for additional cashiers to open when lines form, but there are fewer employees now compared to even one year ago, so calls for additional cashiers usually go unanswered. Clean, newer store. Pharmacy is not so fast.

I've had an appointment for a covid booster for weeks. They sent a confirmation/reminder email yesterday. Take a day off work. Show up today and they're out. Made zero effort to contact me, just say make another appointment and come back. Now I'm missing two full days of work, and don't trust that they'll even have it next time.

Fake Walgreens. The price tag is 30% higher than other Walgreens stores. The cashier's attitude is horribly rude. When I asked why your price is higher than other Walgreens locations, the answer was "then go to where you see cheaper". How fantastic customer service is.

Had FedEx hold a package there. Called store to confirm it was there. A day later, now the store says it was never there despite FedEx tracking sill saying it's there. Probably lost or stolen. *Don't* use them to hold packages if you actually want them.

The lady at the photo counter was a nightmare. Hardly understanding the pickup rules and make an easy process really difficult. Help yourself and avoid this place if you wanna use Walgreen photo service.

This place is awful. Be it the hysterically useless LCD screens that adorn their frozen section or the ear shattering beeps that come from seemingly nowhere or the awful service. I'm definitely moving my prescription.

I have been shopping for over 17 years and normally not many problems, but recently a staff was very disrespectful and if corporate office does not respond properly to my compliant of racial discrimination, I will not shop at any Walgreens.
