Terrible service in the photo department. Didn't meet the scheduled time, unprepared attendant, first of all gave me the wrong photos. When I returned, the service was even worse and I was informed that my photos would only be delivered another day.

This review is for the pharmacy. Save yourself the time and stress and don't bother sending your prescriptions here. Had to come here twice in one day to see if my prescription was ready for pick up and each time they told me to come back later. During my second visit, per the pharmacy employee's recommendation, I signed up for their text notifications. He said it was going to be another 45 minutes or so and that I'll get a text once its ready for pick up (I followed the instructions and enrolled in the text messages on my phone). I went home and diligently waited for the text that never came. Now I don't have my prescription and have to wait another month for an important procedure that I needed the medication for.

Service so bad it's practically criminal! Every single person working here needs to be FIRED right away! Takes hours or even days to get a prescription and they talk into these inhuman robotic voices and have zero accountability to anyone! Get rid of these people!

This pharmacy is terrible. If you can go elsewhere, do so.They'll swear over the phone they called your doctor's office, or they didn't receive a fax, or your Rx is ready. You arrive in person to find the complete opposite. When calling, you may wait a full hour, only to get hung up on.I anticipate an extra 1-2 business days to get a refill done here.

I called 5 times to check on a 1-hour photo order - which hadn’t been made yet after 24+ hours - and was put on hold every single time. I went to the physical store and to check and they just said they didn’t have paper in stock, didn’t tell me a time when it would be ready. I still have not been able to get my order. This location should be shut down.

Mila at the pharmacy goes the extra mile, was able to call my insurance to get my medication before a long trip. Long lines but they do their best.

This Walgreens bought my prescription from the Lucky’s in San Bruno and since then they have NEVER had my prescriptions ready and in fact claimed 5 of the prescriptions were not entered by the doctor when I had a print out verifying they were in fact staggers entered back in the beginning of August. If you don’t call at least 2 days ahead you can kiss off getting your prescription when you should be able to.I had a liver transplant in 2011 and the anti rejection medication I have to take has NEVER been ready for pick up timely and that’s after speaking with the Pharmacy manager who assured me they had just fallen behind because of all the new medications they picked up. Highly give my opinion in warning everyone and anyone looking for a pharmacy that you do NOT use the Walgreens on El Camino and Country Club Drive. You’d have better luck buying them off the street

Very inefficient even on answering their phone calls for pharmacy questions. You could be on the phone fo more than 1 hour still nobody picks up the phone , it said 2 person ahead of my call & 1 hour later still nobody picks up the phone or they accidentally disconnect you . Do not use this location for your meds . Their customer service/ pharmacy is very inefficient.

Perhaps the most incompetently-run pharmacy I've ever experienced, and that's saying something given the usual run of pharmacies. Not just slow, but disorganized.The most amazing thing is that with 10 people standing in line, they still try to enroll everyone in that stupid points program, adding minutes to every transaction.

I always go to that Walgreen's but two weeks ago a white lady was working as a cashier who had terrible attitude and when I give her the items that I was going to buy she threw the items and they fell to the floor.

All the pharmacy of Walgreens are not professional. These people don’t care one bit about customers. I go to CVS they are the best. In fact I don’t shop at Walgreens especially the one in El Camino SSF!!! I feel that all Walgreens should close down. Very bad service.

My appointment on line on 6/12/2022 is on 2PM for shingle shot ;however, nobody from the pharmacy showed up until 2:20PM.It is posted in front of the pharmacy as well as the phone recorder that lunch break is from 1:30PM to 2PM.Please explain. Terrible management

There was a very long line at the pharmacy. One elderly lady said that they told her to come get her prescription but when she showed up it wasn't ready. She had mobility issues so she didn't want to have to walk all the way home and come back, so she had to wait there in this crowded pharmacy for another hour. My prescription was not ready as promised. It was a miserable experience.

I rarely write reviews. When I do, they are generally good. I am making an exception here. I came to this Walgreens to get a passport photo. I was told by someone that they didn't have the proper paper. First, I am skeptical that this is the case given how basic a function this is for Walgreens. My intuition tells me that the lack of effort had much more to do with my appearance (tall and black). Even if this was the case, a Walgreens not being stocked to fulfill this basic service is unacceptable.

Save your time and go else where. Customer service is horrible! 11pm and no foot traffic. 4 people working 2 of them talking and laughing so loud, one is shopping on her phone, and one on the cashier. Took them 10mins to get to the aisle to unlock the allergy glass case. Than cashier forgets to charge the medicine and than doesn't give me the change bc she forgot. Irresponsible workers!!! Never going back there again and will tell others to avoid this store! Not the first or second time it happens!!

Prescription was sent over on Friday, October 14th. I called their automated system on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to see if my medication was ready for pick up and the system said no. On Tuesday, now October 18th, I asked the automated system to connect me to a pharmacist (in case the automated system was broken) and was put on hold at 8:25am... after 10 minutes, the phone stopped the elevator music and started ringing and kept ringing, until someone finally picked up the phone in order to hang up immediately without a word.

Waited, standing for three hours for my first vaccine shot even though myself and everyone else in line had appointments for specific times. Clearly no organization to their system at this location and lack of staff available. Tried calling their pharmacy and was on hold for 15 min, no answer. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

The only benefit to this store is that it is open 24hrs. I not sure who is doing the hiring but most of the in store employees work at a very slow pace. Lines are always long and slow even if there is only 4 customers in the store, they never ask to help you all the time I entered they store never was greeted with a be well after purchase like in other walgreens I seen people steal and employees would wait till they leave. To make a call. There normal a warning page I seen in other walgreens this one is just terrible even stock items are sometimes expired over months in the freezer.

Do yourself a big favor: Heed the reviews and find a different pharmacy.2 stars because despite the disorganization, long wait times, and phone system hanging up on you 60% of the time ("Our system does that when we get a lot of calls," which according to their system is "one caller ahead of you"), eventually you will get your medication -- but not before they first lose the Rx and bother your doctor's office for a new one and then find the original one languishing on a counter.If you choose to disregard the reviews, bring a book, the patience of a Saint, and get ready for the Walgreens phone hold music to haunt your dreams.

The worst. Where is the area management??? Whoever the area manager is, he/she should be fired on the spot. If corporate only knew how bad this location reflected on the Walgreens brand. It's truly a disgrace to the name.

On two occasions during my most recent visit a customer (two different ones) asked me to move aside to make room for them to get by or to reach an item I was blocking because they were in a hurry and didn't want to wait. While I couldn't blame them I felt uncomfortable about being bothered. They weren't being rude. I was feeling sensitive. The wearing of a mask may have contributed. I'm usually away from people and shopping less. I'm not currently working.

I frequented this Walgreens for the pharmacy. The store itself is okay. Nothing special -- your basic Walgreens. I highly suggest you do not use them for pharmacy needs. Pharmacists are nice; however, expect to wait for an hour everytime you have to pick up a prescription (that is if you are notified that it is ready).

waited 45 minutes just to pick up a photo. nobody helped me even though they clearly saw you. finally someone serves after there were more people waiting. i guess they were waiting until more customers show up? no apology at all. i have been shopping here for long time. they never smiles. looks like everyone hates their job. after this, i will never shop here again. someone homeless always asking for money at the door. dirty environment. always overflow trash bin. will try some other store or cvs. do not waste life here. good luck getting your 'service' here.

The Pharmacy here is THE WORST!!! When trying to call and connect with a team member, they leave you on hold for 30+ minutes. You will hear someone pick up and immediately put you on hold. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

I have no choice to give one star to leave my comments i call two weeks ago for my meds no body call me back for refill today is December 19th 2022 I call the pharmacy many many time and I was on hold 56min then 45min and today somebody hang the phone then I try my luck finally in my 4th call I speak to someone and believe me bloody woman and worst customer serviceAnytime I enter in this lousy Walgreens most of the employees are having funI will move y o cvs or other pharmacy
