Went to pick up a prescription only to find that my insurance didn’t cover it. ($400 out of pocket for ear drops!!!) The pharmacist was super helpful and figured out an alternative that was covered by insurance, he then contacted my Dr. to have my prescription changed. I believe his name is Flo. I have had prescriptions not covered by my insurance before and he is the first person to make the effort to get me an alternative. I was about to change pharmacy’s because I recently moved so this location isn’t as convenient but I’m gonna stay after this experience.

!!!WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE BLACK! They will profile you, lock the doors, not let you in, and ignore you. If you do have a chance to question why they wouldn’t let you in, you’ll get accused of harassment! It’s a lose lose situation and not safe for black people to shop here. Avoid this place at all costs!

Walgreens staff could not be nicer. Whether it's figuring out problems with the app, prescriptions, finding products, helping customers with coupons, etc. They make Walgreens great. Walgreens has a terrific assortment of goods to choose from and they always set up shop on a public transit line and have generally in most areas parking lots. They respect their communities. I wish people in the communities would respect them and not steal from them and dump trash in their lots. Way back in world war II Walgreens would extend credit to starving actors in New York. When I read that it won my heart. The people working at Walgreens are hardworking. People usually immigrants. When we hurt the company we hurt them. They served us all through the pandemic in a very brave and selfless way. I like to support them instead of ordering things online from the great giants that are taking over all the small businesses. But instead go to my local Walgreens and try to help them. I know them all by name and they are each very kind and respectful, hard-working people.

Wow. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy in my lifetime. Was here to pickup quick prescription refill that was already ready and needed to update my address. After 15min I asked for an update after the pharmacy served 10 other customers and told me to come back tomorrow. Instead of getting into am argument I proceeded to leave but beyond disappointed in the service received.

I asked the pharmacist person for cranberry supplement and I got the blank face look and all she could do was to point at a doorbell…you know the buttons you push to have the toothpaste unlocked…and ask someone else. The PHARMACY HAD NO CLUE WHAT OR WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS I NEEDED. I bet they could tell me where the candy and snack were. That’s about all Walgreens cares to sell.

first Walgreens I have come by that does not have PayPal cards to load money on it. They were decent in helping me find an alternative but the check out process was insane! the cashier was rude. I had to go out to my car twice to get things because when she told me the minimums for green dot is 20 usd. I had to go get more cash. she didn't bother to tell me I'd need my ID as well. since I was paying in cash, it doesn't usually require ID. so I had to go out a second time to get my ID to come back in to everything I wanted to buy being put back. so I had to go get everything again and deal with another long check out. it was insane. not to mention she doesn't bother to think other people have things to do. rather then spend 20 minutes to buy a handful of things.

Great store, very nice people and convenient. I don't understand some of the neg reviews...people are so entitled these days. Anyway, I go there frequently and have always received prompt, courteous assistance when needed and have nothing bad to say.

This Walgreens is fairly small, but has all the essentials. If you need something in a pinch, it'll probably do. There is a photo center at this location and they also do online orders that you can pick up in the store. If you do this option, make sure to double check that you receive all the items that you are charged for. There is no way for you to know exactly what items are in this location and what may appear online may not be in the store, they may not remove it from your tab, so double check!

Walgreens pretty good but the manager Edgar makes it pretty special. The staff at the counter ok but some are bad and don’t care especially ones with heavy accents. The most friendly counter person is Esther.

Awesome store at a great locationI have always enjoyed coming here late at night for snacks.The rewards program is better than 7/11. I feel like I always get a great deal

This is the Worst store ....ever. They hide all the sales products for employees or friends of employees...even on the first day. I'd been their at 9:30 am Sunday morning and all the sales items are already sold out but if you know someone they pull it out under the counter for you. If you ask questions, they rolled their eyes and talk under their breath. Stay away

Why is this store still open? Worst costumer service in all walgreens. Super rude staff, the manager is in his own planet, when I got a bad service and I ask for him, the way he acted led me to think thats the reason why his employees don't care, if the head of the store don't give it his all no one will follow. Shame on this store and the rude staff. Walgreens should look into it or just closed the store.

People @pharmacy is nice. However, you can wait at least 3 days to get your medication as they dont always have in stock.
