Very disappointing experience as customer service was at a loss. Initially, the staff member would not allow me to accompany my dog during his nail trim, who has an anxiety disorder, and was very rude. Furthermore, I asked if they could break change for a $10 bill so I could leave a cash tip but told me he could give me change in coins because they hold NO cash in the register? Also, I requested to receive a paper receipt but was offered an email receipt because he couldn’t connect his printer to the register?Lastly, while we were trying to resolve these items, the groomer was holding my dog by the leash and the front desk staff rudely stated “CAN YOU GRAB YOUR DOG!” Clearly customer service was not expressed at all and will not be a future patron! .

Vaughn did a great job with our dog. She listened to what we wanted in a groom. Our dog looked and smelled great afterwards. Very happy with Vaughn and The Doodle Shop.

Cute little shop with (finally!) good quality treats for my dog. When your dog has allergies to almost anything (thank you, vaccines), you can't find treats that won't make them sick. Great prices, helpful clerk that knew her stuff.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!! My doodle was groomed here yesterday and when I picked her up I was told everything went well. Today I found a large cut above her eye. I was told to send proof of the wound to Doodle Inc., when I did they claimed the wound was old and needed more evidence. I sent more images and they said they can't refund the service or tip due to the contract that was signed. Not only is it disturbing to have your dog injured during a routine trim (not even a full haircut and she had no matting in the area) the dishonesty and misleading information has been extremely unsettling. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the many respectable grooming salons in San Francisco.

The owner is very lovely to talk to! She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the various products at the store! Love that they carried cbd treats for cats and dogs, and the pet clothing selection is amazing and super cute! She even gave me a free sample of nula dry food (my cat loved and will be switching to soon!!)

I took my dog, Loki, to Jorge for grooming. Loki gets horribly nervous at groomers, but he was right at home with Jorge! He gets excited, now, every time he realizes he’s going to The Doodle!! Aside from being great with Loki, Jorge is an amazing groomer. Loki always comes home looking great!!! If you’re looking for a groomer, try The Doodle before you go anywhere else!

This is a neighborhood shop that I love and my dog loves it too, their prices are great and the owner a great guy and neighbor. But the places closes down for 45 minutes to an hour stretching into 1.5 hours. Today, for example, there is a note that says back at 4:15pm, it was 3pm at the time. It happened last week when I was there as we. When it gets to the point where my time is worth more than the money I save or the service I receive, I have to evaluate if the investment into this business is still serving me. This week my business and money will go elsewhere.

Nice quaint store to get your aquarium supplies and fishes. Prices seems reasonable. They mostly stock freshwater fish and a small section for saltwater fishes. Decent variety of fish, coral, plans, other aquarium decorations and pre fabricated aquariums. They were open on Christmas Eve (2018)

Love Discount Pet World on Clement because they are one of only a few pet stores in SF who carry Primal raw canine & feline foods in their refrigerator. As a pet care professional, I highly recommend everyone do thorough research regarding kibble/dry foods & bargain basement wet foods. You'll appreciate a long healthy life when feeding a species appropriate diet. Better coats, no "kibble eye snot", less smelly poop. Yes, it's more expensive but pay now feeding healthy or pay later to traumatic vet visits when your elder pets get ill. If you can't take the time to prepare a raw fresh diet, then please buy Primal. Do your homework on switching foods as well. Mix in a smidge at first then slowly take out a spoonful of prior foods & add in Primal. There's a farmer's market on Sundays til 3 & meters on Clement are pricey so side streets are a better bet. Call ahead to see if they have the flavor you want. It's in the refrigerator. Even though I had been purchasing from this store, I stopped for two reasons- first I was told the food I wanted wasn't being made anymore but when I checked online that wasn't the case, and then, when I wanted to exchange a bag of unopened cat food that was purchased for my older cat who had died, for a bag appropriate for my newly adopted young cat this request was rejected. I donated the unopened bag to the SPCA and take my business anywhere else.

This spot has the cheapest-costing dog food, hands-down. I've done the research and compared it to places like Petfood Express and PetCo, and this place wins hands-down. Plus they have awesome dog jerseys for the Giants, Warriors, and Niners.
