I've been going to SF Raw for years. The staff is helpful and Kasie, the owner, is knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions and give tips. Most recently, I'm impressed by the variety of options and price range. You can get a mix of things and mix it up yourself at home, like I do here which makes it 1) economical and 2) gives the dog such awesome variety from week to week.

Everyone here are always so welcoming and helpful. They truly are genuine individuals that want to help your furry and fuzzy family members reach their absolute peak in health. With some help on options for a properly balanced, healthy, and appropriate diet for my canine companion, Sasha, I couldn't be any happier!I really appreciate that they look for local and small ranches/businesses/farms that work very hard to provide products with integrity. If I have a question about a product, they have always been very informative and knowledgeable. This reflects the transparency of the business/producer, which in my opinion should be a very important key point in choosing a business to supoort. It has been very impressive so far. The quality of the products have been above and beyond.Love this place for having the craziest variety of meats, bones, "odd" parts of an animal, and having whole animal products. Sasha does very well and the best on their organic whole prey quails and rabbits. Very fair prices for the quality of products. I make a trip up here periodically to refill on Sasha's food and they're alway processing or working on different kinds of fresh items everytime and it's pretty interesting to see.The best place to go looking for raw foods for your pets! And snacks for yourself :)On a side note, they helped resolve a problem my friend had with her dog that had chronic loose stools for all 9 years of his life. The dog now has healthy stools which she never believed possible after so many years :)

The BEST SOURCE for your pets food and nutritional needs! My dogs health did a complete 180 after switching to SFRaw and we couldn’t be happier! The best part is that it is affordable for large dog owners especially when you look at how much you save with vet bills/Rxs and how much your dogs begin to thrive and have a much better quality of life by just being themselves again.

I have belonged to SFRAW for many years. Once I found them, I never looked back. The selection of products that they have is simply awesome--everything you could ever wish to find for your precious four legged friends. Kasie is incredibly knowledgeable about everything nutritional (and many other things) and is a great human Being. Besides Kasie, the people who run SFRAW are helpful, loving and wonderful folks. I can't say enough good things about them and everything associated with them. I gave five stars because I couldn't give a million stars! That is what Kasie Maxwell and the whole SFRAW community are: STARS....with a heart as big as the universe and as smart as whip! Kasie has helped me to restore my dog to her best health, taught me how to be a competent and wise pup parent and has showered her attention and wisdom on every scary challenge that we have encountered. She referred us to the most amazing vet practice and referred me to the most amazing emergency services when I needed that too. At eight years old, our rescue dog is thriving, to a large degree because of all Kasie has done to support us in her care and feeding. AND, the SFRAW community is a REAL community, supporting the people who feed raw and are trying to do the best by their pets. Even now, with our members in wildfire distress, Kasie is on the phone with the families displaced and managing their pups while trying to go on with life. She is even arranging deliveries to these people. We are all trying to support them with donations and other kinds of help. Our family has been SFRAW members for seven years. We started feeding raw because our dog had allergy symptoms that were running up big vet bills and stress levels for everyone in our family. I don't feel that stress anymore. My dog does not have allergy symptoms anymore. Her symptoms went away when we started feeding raw. When we started following the prey model and later the basic raw feeding formula for complete nutrition, our dog's thriving went to a whole new level of great! Thanks Kasie for all you do for everyone!!!

This places created a “rushed fee” rule to take an extra $25 dollars out of your pocket and they like to bend this rule to their convenience.Not going to details here, but beware of the rushed fee card the like to play a lot. They have tried in multiple occasions and for different reasons to play this card on customers.
