The service was more then what I would ever expected. The owner and workers take loving ❤ care with each animals. They make you feel comfortable and they make sure that your pet is relaxed, before taking them. What's nice they do both dogs 🐕 and cats 🐈. When the owner groomed my cat she gave me an early appointment, so my cat could be at ease. Outstanding job. I will always bring my cat 🐈 here to be groomed. 👌🏽

Not an ideal experience. We were charged $100 for a bath and nail cut for a 25lb dog - no consistent pricing. Our pup was trembling by the time we picked him up which is concerning compared to all the other grooming experiences he’s had around the city. Will not return.

Worst experience ever , they charge you 120 one day and 150 the next !! Last time I went there my dog came home with a Mohawk on one side of his body , and they’re very smart mouthed when you have a complaint. You can’t talk to the boss cause she’s weak and let her employees speak for her , but the last time I went there my dog came back HURT AND CRYING !!!!!

We’ve taken our dogs to Lisa and Ophie for many years, even before they started their own business. They are skillful, caring and compassionate. We wouldn’t take our pets to anyone else. If you look around their shop you’ll realize how busy they are and how difficult it is to give top notch care for your pet and stroke your ego.

My pup was a little apprehensive when I dropped him off and I was expecting for them to call me and say I needed to pick him up, but they did not and three hours later they told me what a wonderful pup he is. He had not been groomed in a while and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely be bringing Sampson back regularly!

I been bringing my dogs to Dog parlour since they open up. I am happy to support a small business and never had any complaints. Two of my dogs have passed and I continued to bring my last surviving Dog. On Saturday it was time for Smithers to be groomed again. We left him there in what we alway considered trusting hands. When we picked up Smithers I noticed there was a towel hanging on the front of the crate that blocked his view ok I didn’t think much just that they are busy they forgot to move the towel. I took him home and when I was walking him I saw an area that was red on his back Under his easy walk. I thought maybe they clipped him so I mentioned it to my daughter she took a closer look and noticed a puncture like a bite from a small-medium dog. We gave him a more detailed look and found another small puncture and the area was red Smithers was also sore to the touch. His dog walker also noticed the puncture and soreness. We understand that things like dog sniping each other can happen but what we don’t accept and broke our trust in Ofelia is that she didn’t mentioned anything when we picked him up. Instead they had a towel hanging in front of the door on his crate to block his view probably because he was crying or barking from stress/trauma he experienced. We will never take Smithers back because they broke our trust by not telling us about the incident. Who knows what else happened to Smithers and the other dog that was involved which I am sure they didn’t mention it to the other dog parent. It’s sad to loose trust in the hands of the people you trust to care for your dog. Shame on them for not telling us. We will look for a new groomers.

I came and took my dog here two to three times and I came today to get my dog a wash and stuff like that. The reason that I put one star is because they had a issue with my dogs fur and that they couldn’t comb it out. My dog is very fluffy and he is a mix poodle his fur has always been nice and fluffy. They told me that they would have to cut all his hair off because he is too matted but my dog wasn’t matted at all!!! It was a horrible experience this is the second time I took my dog there and they shave all his hair because they don’t wanna do the work so overall the cuts that they do is bad so hopefully I find another place that knows how to wash poodles without having to shave him bald

Not too happy about them they have this bad thing about having fleas in there. my dogs came without fleas. But while they were there they had to have two extra baths because they caught fleas while they are there but the good thing is that they left without them and they make sure of that so you know what I’m gonna give them three stars

This was our first time here and definately won't be our last. First off, I loved the abundance of metered parking. SFDP opened a couple minutes before 9am with smiles. That was a good sign. It's hard to trust someone with my dog if they can't do something so simple as opening the doors on time. I didn't have an appointment so I didnt have high hopes of getting service that morning because there were other customers in front of me but no, SFDP was very happy to see me and accept my dog. I really felt that they were grateful for my business. I think my dog likes this place too because he was able to calm down rather quickly where as at other groomers, he would bark the whole time. It's a very nice big space. Large windows, double glass doors, lots of natural light, lots of good feelings. My dog is pomeranian/ american eskimo, 20lbs and costed $80 w/o tip for the full service choice.

Perfect service for the most nervous dog owner and nervous dog! They magically were able to calm my miniature dachshund's shakey, yelpy nerves and quickly file down her nails. No judgment was given for my allowing her nails to over grow or judgment for my own nerves. They were quick, in tune and incredibly kind! Grateful!

I loved how they greeted me when I came in the door everybody is so nice they treated the baby with kindness he was a little antsy but that didn’t stop them and they were fast and efficient I am so satisfied with the SF dog parlor now they have a customer for life

They also groom cats here! I can't clip my kitty's nails without her clawing my eyes out. Sf dog parlor has got it down to a science, we were done in 5 minutes.
