Came out here a few times for the convenience but will probably never come back again. The Sham Bruno supermarket is quite small for an Asian store but they have a variety packed inside, which is good if you’re looking for something specific. As such, the aisle are very tight. I’m not sure if the store meets the ADA guidelines but I had a hard time. They have produce but they are not fresh. I’m lucky if they last more than a couple of days. I find that they go bad really quickly and have gotten fresher quality produce from the food bank. The prices is rather on the expensive side being an Asian supermarket. I’m surprised. The shops across the street or La Loma store offers fresher and more affordable options. What hurts the most is they tend to nickel and dime their customers, literally. I used a few of their produce bags for my vegetables one time and they charged me for each of them.Shoppers be aware.

As I entered the market I was politely handed a number to hold my bag. Many items and a healthy place to buy foods.

Wow, completely remodel inside. Very impressive! No more holes on the floor, and the new shelfing units makes this place looks much bigger. Organizations is much better than before. Much easier to find what you want. Various Asian spices selection. Pricing is fairly reasonable. Has its own parking area, big plus for that !

Nice grocery store. This is Asian grocery store. They have live fish and seafood. For some items if you pay cash it is cheaper. It is pretty neat inside. it is considered small for asian grocery store but the item the offer are pretty wide varieties. It has most regular groceries stores have. Parking sometimes could be a challenge since not much spaces on the premises but you can always park closed by.

Staff is nice. Lines are short. I like being able to pick up things from here that aren't at very many locations or are hard to find. I could name a few but honestly, go there and look around. Great meat selection too.

Love the new renovation, because honestly it was in need of it. The old place made you question the sanitary practices. But the newly upgraded equipment and paint adds a fresh comforting ambience.

This is the best market ever - has the most obscure asian foods that you cannot find at any store in the US. They have the best and freshest crab right now and WOW - highly recommend - best crab I've ever tasted!

Everytime when I go into this market, it's smelled so bad. It's really stinky. I don't understand how can the staffs work inside. I am wondering how fresh is the food can be. I can't even stand it and I end it walk out the market. I attempt to give few chances, but unfortunately I just can handle the stinky smell.

This place has so many staples if you're looking to make Chinese or Vietnamese cuisine. They have an entire aisle of sauces, spices and seasonings to help you create your perfect dish as well as many kinds of ramen, various noodles both fresh and dried and so many spices - including galanga which I searched San Francisco for high and low before realizing it's right here. There are tons of rice varieties, vegetarian meat substitutes and prepared spring rolls, too. There's a meat counter but since I eat vegetarian 95% of the time I've never never bought meat here. They also have housewares, too.I'm stoked to have this spot in the neighborhood. I've been coming here for eight years now. What I really like are the staff and owners here. They're good folks and very kind.

More expensive than I bought from Mei Wah on Clement Street. The staff are not friendly especially the couple who are at the Lotto counter. They must be the owner. They are quite rude. I asked some help but they showed rude manner. I won't go there anymore.

A true pan-Asian grocery that includes some of my favorites: bulk instant noodles (Korean, Thai, Chinese, Japanese brands), Healthy Boy Mushroom Soy Sauce (Thai) and Three Ladies Rice Vermicelli (Vietnamese) at affordable prices. I make a monthly trek for the selection alone!

Very peculiar smell permeates this place. Prices are somewhat high, especially compared to the smaller store nearby (across from the breakfast place). Parking lot is a big plus though.

There's this horrendous smell inside the market! Place is unsanitary especially the raw meat and live seafood section. I've got no choice but to shop here as it's the closest Asian market to get the usual Asian groceries. Also, prices are cheap. Tradeoffs unfortunately.

This asian market has many of asian condiments and groceries, except, the service seems to be very poorly managed and I feel like sick just walking through the meat section. The cleaniness of this place is definately gross.
