My local pharmacy. Nothing fancy here, but super convenient. At least for me. I like being able to multitask the picking up of my meds while grabbing a sandwich at the Deli or other shopping. I have found the staff to be quite friendly, even when they are getting slammed with customers.

Waiting in line I noticed the inoculations are done in the liquor department. No screen, no privacy. I felt empathy for the man who was sitting there getting his shot. Please fix this.

The pharmacy is clearly understaffed and upset about it. I had two separate interactions on two different days where the pharmacist expressed they did not have the bandwidth to handle simple follow ups on refills. No issues with Walgreens on chestnut.

I’m here at the Safeway parking lot and noticed the security guard taking photos of cars which I think is normal but then he went on to take photo of someone inside the car. Very weird thing to do.I recorded some of it.,I don’t think that an appropriate thing to do.

MUCH APPRECIATION: They are so busy but provide adequate service and are always friendly. They really do help if they believe they can and if they have the time.IMPROVEMENT NEEDED: Prompt or proactive communication with clients about status of refills especially when there is a backorder or delay in filling prescriptionsTIP: Call at least a week before you’re prescription is due to be filled. Even if you receive text updates, don’t rely on the updates and call often to confirm that it has been filled and in their office ready for you to pick up. If you rely on the text communications, be prepared to do alot of last minute leg work if they didn’t fill your prescription even if it’s on auto-fill.IMPRESSIVE: They are sending my prescriptions (filled on time) to me free of charge since I”m unable to pick them up.

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They’ve had me wait days for refills that I’ve needed urgently and have been consistently unreliable.
