September, 2021. The staff are helpful & nice. They have the cat supplies I want. 3/27/22: Their staff are always so helpful & kind. I bought my new 🐈 carrier there. The staff showed me numerous carriers & showed me internet carriers & carts. Above & beyond normal customer service!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order in person.. two weeks go by and nothing. I call and they say they have no record of it. No effort to help or make it right. Avoid. There are plenty of excellent pet stores that deserve your money. Not this particular establishment

Pretty cool pet shop with everything you need to take care of your pup. I like stopping by here to grab some treats for my dog. The dude who rang me up gave me great health advice about what would help relieve some tummy issues my pup has been having lately.

The people that work here are really nice. Pet Food Express is my go-to pet store franchise, even though it feels like it's a little more expensive than other places (I haven't actually compared).

We have shopped in all there stores and we have been a customer nine years. I would highly recommend Pet Food Express to any dog owner who wants a happy healthy pet.. We love them and appreciate there help ; they were so good to my assistant service animal and I ;, when when went to buy his flea treatment and rain jacket they helped us out and made us feel special. I even got a little choked about it.

Visiting this store is always a pleasant experience. The staff people are exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I want to particularly commend Elena who helped me with my purchases today. I was feeling a bit stressed when I came into the store, but her cheerful smile and positive attitude lifted my spirits. I will definitely go there again for my Bella's needs!

I don't typically write reviews, but I ordered online last Friday and they had a few technical issues so I didn't end up getting it until Tuesday. They were very polite and tried their hardest to make up for it. I honestly never expected them to manage same day delivery, but all the same I appreciate them being so attentive and all their efforts at a guest recovery. They even gave me a hand written note with my order apologizing for the mess up and an extra bag of treats. Now personally they didn't need to butter me up, I just appreciate them calling me to let me know about the technical issues.So who ever is handling online orders, I appreciate your hard work. I hope that you have a great day!

The staff here are are fantastic! They love animals and they are always eager up help customers. I cannot recommend this store enough. My dog goes bananas inside so I always end up buying him a bag of treats. This is how customer service is done.

This is a smaller Pet Food Express than the one closer to my home. But they seem to have the complete variety of items. Parking behind the store seems a little shady and out of the way. I recommend parking across the street in the mall parking lot which has dedicated spots for Pet Food Express.

Awesome place with supplies for your pets. The staff are not only knowledgeable, but SO friendly and helpful. It's very obvious that these folks are passionate about animals and their well being. They are excellent about their return policy if a product isn't just right for your furry family member. 🐶🐶🐶 They're also offering on line orders! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my dog's food, treats, and toys. You must check them out if you haven't already.

I have not been to this store since the passing of my cat in 2019. Great to see organized store with ease of finding products of high quality to keep outdoor kitties healthy. Plus for spacing and visibility to easily find products. Only down side is parking where non customers are taking the spaces.

There is a wonderful selection of pet food here. All of their pet food is very healthy. They have several grain free selections. The parking isn't great though. You may have to park at the mall across the street or there may be a couple of spots behind the store. They will deliver on orders that are $50 or more. This is the only place that sells my cat's favorite brand of food.

They have good pet foods available and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a question that was answered by a knowlegable worker. She knew what she was talking about. I also dont like having a sales person follow me around unless i ask for help. They let customers look around without being presured by them. I was tired and the experience didnt wear me out. I would recomend shopping for pets there.

I ordered some flea treatment shampoo online today since I found fleas on my dog last night. PFE delivered everything on time and left a very sweet note, offering a phone call to talk more about flea treatment, along with a bag of dog treats. The service is incredibly amazing, thank you Claire for the kind words, I will no doubt continue using PFE in the future.

I never go to any other pet store now. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Pet Food Express, along with better comparable prices to Petco & PetSmart. They are a bit smaller than other commercial pet stores but you can trust then to only carry quality food for you animal's health.They really take the time to educate you is you want to be or help you make the right choice while getting in and getting out quickly. They also deliver now! I know this sounds like a sales pitch but that's only because my pup just turned a year and I went to so many stores looking to the right information, products, quality, and care and each time I ended back at Pet Food Express.

I love this place, nice simple layout, super friendly staff that really do love their pets, and a variety of pet foods that is more healthy and difficult to find at other major brands.I usually come here to pick up Orijen cat food and Weruva which I cannot readily find at other places.
