You're going to come here because it's convenient, cheap or the only place that has what you need (in our case, that's live crickets). You're not going to come here for the quality of the pets, great customer service or because it's an inviting place to hang out. I actually get sad when I see their birds or dogs because I know they don't have a great life.

Don't buy from this shop. I bought a bag of puppy food (they actually tried to sell me two because it was on sale). Well we fed our puppy the food and then realized it was infested with bugs. And the bugs got all over our kitchen counters. DISGUSTING.
