Mr. Muggles is great, but it was difficult to determine their holiday hours.I was dropping my dog off on the way to the airport and I didn’t realize their hours were shorter than usual so it made me nervous I’d miss my flight. Thankfully I made it.

I take my dog Charlie to daycare here once or twice a week, and lately have been boarding him frequently as I’m traveling a lot for work. Charlie was overwhelmed by the playroom at first but after a while warmed up and loved going. Mr. Muggles doesn’t allows toys which is great for dogs with possessive issues. They also regularly provide updates when I pick him up or via text (including photos or videos). They know each dog’s personality and how to handle large groups. When Charlie got a little nippy at the end of a visit, I suggested that he take more breaks in his crate and they followed my instructions and he did a lot better. It’s pricier than Rover but I’m happy that I have a place for Charlie to stay where I know he’s safe and cared for.

Clean, friendly, convenient, a bit pricey. I appreciate that the staff is so warm and welcoming. Plus while there are a lot of dogs in the big room, they seem to pay attention to them more than other places. Bonus: they take the dogs on daily walks outside rather than keep inside all day.

the staff is nice, but my dog had so many behavioral issues and got fleas after he was boarded. He came home with issues each time he was boarded. He also smelled so bad and matted so badly. The lack of attention was obvious. No longer boarding him here.

I've been taking my dog here for almost six years. They are always friendly and professional, and my dog loves it even though he has some separation anxiety normally. Within a couple weeks of taking him, he would start running up to the door to go in. They have a big play area with a glass window you can look in, and they don't charge extra for play time -- all the dogs get to play all the time, which is a policy that makes me know they care about my dog and don't treat him like an object. Great for long weekends, camping trips, or just work days where I can't take the pup.

Incredible daycare and boarding! Especially for smaller dogs. My dog zelda has been going here 1-2 times a week for almost a year now and LOVES it. The whole staff takes such care in their work everyday and they are an absolute joy! I also trust them to take care of my dog when I’m away and they always send me pictures via text or IG of what she’s up to and who she’s playing with. Could not ask for better service and the price is WELL worth it.

The staff here was quite nice but they don't serve large dogs. They had us come in for a visit and then told us they had made a mistake. The miscommunication wasted our time a bit. Facility is all indoors but they take walks.

We had the best experience boarding our pup at Mr. Muggles! This was our 3 year old dog's first stay at a kennel, and she is a bit on the shy side. As a heeler mix her strongest instinct is herding, and she loves her big family - always nosing the kids' heels and keeping everyone together. This personality makes her especially nervous when away from her people. It was tough for all of us to board her for a few days but we were visiting a national park that wouldn't allow dogs on most trails, and we wanted some professional care for this active pup. She had done a few days of doggie day care at Mr. Muggles, but that was over a year ago. Still I had a good feeling about Mr. Muggles' doggie day care, and she did have some familiarity, so it was my first choice when it came to boarding. I'm pleased to report that it exceeded my expectations! Everyone I interacted with at Mr. Muggles was kind, gentle with the pups, and super professional - clearly dedicated to the job. I got a sweet report and photo when I checked in on her. At the end of the stay she was in great shape and cleaner than she'd been in weeks! I was prepared to receive a dirty dog that smelled like the dickens but she'd clearly been washed. Hadn't been expecting that (I understand that dogs typically get an exit bath if boarding for longer) but this was just three nights and we were presented with a clean and sweet smelling pup. It was just over the top great service. I would send our dog to Mr Muggles again without hesitation. Most highly recommend!

We've tried many different day care sites over the years and there's no better, more caring and responsible than the team at Mr Muggles. Our dog comes home happy and exhausted every day he's there. And the boarding program is top notch.

Cant say enough good things about Mr Muggles. Staff was great and very organized. Liked that you are able to see the puppy play space. There is a large window to view your pups interaction. Very clean with lots of friendly puppies. I received daily txt with updates and pictures. This was my time boarding with my 3 pups. Mr Muggles is a 5 star puppy daycare. My pups are already booked for there next boarding.

My puppy (18 weeks) came back with a 2 inch cut on his right back leg, it was serious enough the Vet recommended antibiotics. When speaking with desk staff they went back to look at the footage and found they also dropped my puppy when handing him over the door/gate.Eventually spoke with the owner and completely pushed it off, didn't offer anything (even to cover the vet bills). I have been telling everyone to avoid this place like the plague.

Our dog loves Mr. Muggles and will excitedly pull on the leash to get inside the door as fast as possible when we are there. She always comes out calm, tired & happy.

They take such great care of my Lulu! She is blind and struggles a bit with all the movement from the other dogs, but they always make sure she is safe! It's the personalized touches that make all the difference!

Staff were nice. My dog got a bit freaked out by the number of dogs in an enclosed space. He's a little shy but doesn't have problem at dog parks or obedience classes.
