Atmosphere: everything was super clean, and there were tons of places to sit for humans and cats. Overall the place looked better than my own house and was just super nice. Everything was also lit very nicely, not too dark not too bright.Service: The employees were super helpful and kind, they were always there to answer any questions you might have which really elevated the bonding time with the cats.Experience: The cats as you probably guessed were super cute and let me tell you there was no shortage of them. Everywhere you looked there would be a cat, even in the bathroom.

its pretty much a room with cats in it-- definately more an adoption center than cafe. they give you a can of juice or sparkling water and you can go into the cat room for an hour. most of the cats were sleeping when i went (which is nobody's fault, they need to sleep, just something to take into consideration) the cats that were awake were not super interested in people and seemed kinda over it. the staff were all super duper nice. i did find it a bit nerve-wracking that you had to leave your bag, shoes, and coat outside the cat room (in the main entrance room where anyone can enter) but there were staff there so it was fine. unfortunately 3/5 is a pretty accurate rating of my experience here :[

Everything about my visit was so wonderful. I recommend coming at lunch time (12 - 1PM) because you get to watch all the kitties eat and overall act adorable. Every one of them was so friendly, I think I managed to pet every cat that was there 😂. The air purifiers were nice as other reviews have mentioned, my BF has allergies and didn’t have any congestion or sneezing during our visit. There was a strong cat smell IMO that I was not expecting but it’s to be expected in a room with 20 cats! I received the gift bag as a surprise from my BF, it comes with stickers, a head band, socks, and a cute cat pen. I recommend adding this to your reservation if it’s for a special occasion!

My heart! We loved it here! Such interesting and fun cats with so many different personalities. I was so impressed by how many enrichment activities the cats have. The resident cats were so sweet and the staff is wonderful!

I love this place. Very accommodating and it wasn't hard to book a reservation. There's a little shop right as you enter. They sell all sorts of cat-themed things from patches, stickers, novels, stationary to socks and other apparel. You get a complimentary drink before you enter the actual lounging area.All the cats were lovely. Some were shy but most of them were friendly. Everyone seemed to be really social and happy when the treats came out. The resident cats seemed to be more relaxed and they mostly tolerated the constant petting/attention. They have a bunch of wonderful bonded pairs available for adoption and supposedly they have plenty of events that roll around like mewvie nights and cello with cats. They offer a stamp loyalty reward system where after 6 visits, you get one session without an entry fee.The ambience was also top-notch. Very cozy and overall a nice and calming place to be.

Staff were kind + welcoming. The cats are adorable + we were so glad to have the opportunity to meet them + give them attention! Loved the cleanliness and air purifiers - I am actually allergic to cats + did not have any issues (crazy that I even tried this, but wanted to bring a friend for her birthday). Great experience! Nice little gift store too.

Cat lovers rejoice! This is an amazing spot to just chill and make friends with felines. Reservations are an hour long and it will go by extremely fast, especially when you are interacting with the cats. All of them looked happy, even the grumpier ones and well taken care of. Best hour of my life spent for sure!

The place and cats were very lovely! The place was very neat and clean with a variety of cats around. The cats were calm and playful and so I had a very good time interacting with them. The employees were also very kind and helpful when help was needed. I would definitely come back and visit the place again!One specific orange kitty was super playful and loving and stayed on my lap for a long time :)

I have to agree with another reviewer here that this is best cat cafe I’ve ever been too. There are SO MANY cats and the employees I could tell really cared about them. The cats seem very happy and well socialized. They have reasonable rules in place to keep things running smoothly.They offer drinks but you can bring your own as well. And the gift shop had a lot of cute things. Would definitely come back.

Who doesn't want to play with cats for an hour? This place was a delight and we will definitely be back. The cats were chill and everyone was respectful of their space. We went at 1pm on a weekday and I was surprised at how many people there were, the 2pm group appeared to be much smaller. Cool little spot, you should check it out.

Had an amazing time with these lovely and cuddly cats. I wish I can just adopt all of them! They are very playful and the staff was so welcoming and told us some of the cats stories. We even got a chance to see two cats get adopted this day so that was very heartwarming to see. Definitely will bring my cat lover friends to this place. Also Im allergic to cats but the way the place is kept clean I didnt have any problems. 10/10 place

Wow - or rather, meow! I've been to eight cat cafés throughout the U.S. and KitTea is by far the best of the bunch!The space is so well-maintained, full of cat furniture, toys, Litter robots, and plenty of space for the cats to socialize and play. Time truly does just fly in a one-hour session!Their store is phenomenal, with lots of unique art, accessories, decorations, and cat toys to choose from. They also give guests a complimentary drink when they book a session with the cats!By far the biggest attraction for me is Blinks, their resident one-eyed cat who is such a sociable love bug. I've never met a cat like her! If she were adoptable, she 100% would have flown back across the country with me. 😻

Such a fun place. Very nice staff, the cats look to be well cared for. They even have a cute shop with fun items to buy like stickers, patches, coffee and prints! They also offer free a beverage upon entering the cat room.

I was in love with Passion. I felt it could do with being a bit cleaner. The general smell for one, as well as the litter 'pods'. Cats like it clean. The shop was amazing and had some of the widest ranging stock.

Delightful experience. The cats had just been fed so they were all extremely sleepy and very cute. Cat cafés are so rare in North America so it was nice to be able to visit one with so many cats. A little pricey for only an hour, but very much worth it.

Go for the evening cello concerts! The cats really seem to enjoy the cello, and they’re more active in the evenings anyway. It’s not that much more than just a regular hour of cat time, the music is lovely and very worth it.

The cats are super cute and playful! Not all, but those that were are adorable. The space was smaller than I expected, but there are multiple areas for the cat to hide. It is a very relaxing environment and I love that they donate their proceeds to help other cats. The tea was okay, it would have tasted better if they were seeped longer. The toilet was pleasantly surprising since it was heated. I really enjoyed my time here and wish I could stay longer!

MondayAppt time: 12 noonAn experience like no other! This facility is clean, kind and well with the $20 to sip some delicious tea and mingle with felines! I selected the first appointment of the day and was quite entertained by all the energy in the room. Try to make an appointment for a weekday and first thing when they open to reduce the amount of people you have to ‘share’ the kitties with.I’m from the East Coast and unfortunately don’t have this type of cafe in my immediate area and I was super impressed at how well they maintained the cats’ health and space. If you are a true cat lover, you have to make some time for this place.Booking online is easy but make sure you reserve ahead of time and be prepared to prepay. Upon arrival, they will have you remove ur shoes and use hand sanitizer so be aware of that in case you want to bring ur own socks. The store itself had many items for purchase and the cafe was stocked with a variety of teas and baked goods. My husband opted to ‘sit this one out’ and he was comfortable watching us through the large window for the hour at no charge to him.Highly recommend for anyone who really enjoys the company of these beautiful and intelligent creatures.

I've moved recently and had to leave 3 of my cats behind, so I was itching for kitty cuddles!Perfect place to come to, most of the cats are very chill, my favourites have to be Blinks and Maud, the friendliest and cuddliest of the bunch (don't forget to ask about them when you're there!)The staff is extremely friendly and polite, ask them about the cats and they'll help you get to know the cats' personalities and origin stories, I love knowing where they're coming from.

If you are a cat lover, this is the place for you. They have 2 rooms. One where there are all the cats, the other where there are tables and u can have your tea and snacks and watch the cats in the next room through the glass. They serve Japanese tea which is good. I ended up not eating as I was busy with the cats! You can spend an hour with the cats. They are the cutest little things. You can pet them and play with them. Some are up for adoption too. Although most of them maybe sleeping when you get in.. but the smart little creatures will wake when it's feeding time. You get to feed them as well. They are so disciplined when they eat! Overall it was an amazing experience. We will be looking to come here once again.

Super cute cats!We made a reservation online and paid online. Our time slot was at 3PM and unfortunately most of the kitties were napping at this time.I think these cats get a lot of visitors and are pretty aloof towards people. They won't approach you but you're free to pet them.It is a little pricier but I understand why. It's still a one time visit for me, as I'm not usually in the area.

We did the fondue night with kitties first. They were constantly out of tea. The fondue is shared and same portions for 3 full price tickets as 1 or 2. Plus takes awhile to come out. That's the only reason this wasn't 5 stars. The playing with the kitties was awesome. Maybe recommend not so many in a group. Makes it hard for playing when you get a bunch of kitty hogs and the room is full.

This is an interesting place. If you don't have pets and want some interactions with cats this is a place to go. They have a little gift shop before you enter the cat area. Inside the cat area is a no shoes area, so it is clean to sit on the floor. I didn't notice any cat hair/fur anywhere too. They have a lot of cats inside and they are all different. Some are playful and some just sit around waiting to be petted. Some just walk away. Overall a good experience. Best part of all, you can adopt certain cats.

Friends and I visited this place about 2 months ago. So fun. Lovely form of therapy. Good food and yummy drinks. Sessions are every hour. I would just recommend trying to get your food way before your session starts. Only one person is in charge of the food so it can take a while. I got my food while I was in the cat area and got bombarded with fur babies trying to steal my food. One cat managed to take off with part of my sandwich. Very fun and funny. Definitely recommend visiting. Going to bring my husband nex time I visit.
