The grocery selection is decent but the staff is just horrible. No sense of urgency from the folks in the front, argumentative when something scans wrong and just overall unpleasant.

I was nearby so I decided to try this GO location rather than the one I usually go to. I knew that it would be closing at 9:00 and I only had about 18 minutes but I knew I only needed about two things. It was easy to get in and out in that time. The only downside I would say is that they were not giving out any baskets and they were taking away all the carts when I was entering. So there were a lot of people walking around with their hands full of stacked groceries. And they were also making an announcement that if you do not get in line right away, you may not be able to complete your purchase because the cash registers shut down at 9:00. So in effect rushing you out of the store. I understand wanting to close on time but I would say this was a bit of a downside. There are other location in the mission is open till 10:00. If you want later shopping at GO.

Out of all the grocery outlet stores in the city this one I found to be the one with next to no super good bargains like I have found at the others. Usually I end up buying way more than I intended to, but on this trip all I could find at a decent price was a pack of organic local hot dogs and some mustard. I wanted some ketchup but they only had one offering of a huge bottle that costs about 5 bucks. More than the dogs and mustard combined. And for the buns, they would of set me back another 4 bucks. So very few bargains to be found at this location.

This was my local grocery store since it opened but as of today I’m switching to the Mission Van Ness branch. Why? This grocery only caters to car users, they have no bike loops or any bike/scooter friendly place to lock up. They used to be able to let me bring the scooters in but now they say that’s no longer allowed and suggested me leaving the (foldable) scooters “by the cars”. It’s a shame the management is awful at this place because the staff themselves are lovely people.

This grocery outlet is a jewel. There are no refraf shopping there.The shelves are always stocked. It's clean and there is never long lines.

Went and forgot to check for carrots. As I put my basket down and walked back out, I was blindsided by the security guard aggressively telling me to put my backpack in a cubby.How do you expect me to put MY THINGS in a place that was obviously unattended?He could've approached me in a completely different manner too.So, I went up to Cortland to The Goodlife and was in and out in 5 min, WITH MY BACKPACK! No one even mentioned it and welcomed me in.I would rather pay more and not get harassed over a backpack than EVER step foot here ever again.Never getting my business again.

Fairly large store. Good selection items. Good prices. Helpful staff. Although short staffed. As a disabled person I've had to wait longer than expected for help after asking to get help. This is my only downside to not give 5stars. Good parking lot. Public transit close by.

My recent encounter with the grocery store employee overseeing the alcoholic beverages department left much to be desired. The individual's sassy demeanor came across as unprofessional, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. Navigating the aisles felt more like a test of patience than a simple transaction. A more customer-friendly approach would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere of the store.

This location is super clean, but there are no bargains, and severely limited selections. Usually, you can go to a Grocery Outlet and find at least a couple of things intriguing to try at a very outlet price. But this location consistently never has anything like that - all at the highest prices of any of the stores I've been to.

Not always helpful if you are shopping for specific groceries, but it's great for finding deals on items you pay way more for at other stores. The employees are super nice and helpful as well.

Store is on the small side, but clean & Well stocked. Restrooms clean as well. What makes this store stand out in my mind is the employees. Y'all know i love Good customer service! From the security guard to the cashier and bagger- super super friendly and so polite! Fantastic service!
