I am so excited to meet Tiffany and the rest of the Green Pawz team! She is VERY professional, informative, and walked us through the grooming process step by step and most importantly was phenomenal with one of our cats! The rest of the team were friendly and professional, and seemed to enjoy their work. Recently we have had bad experiences with groomers and have been looking for a new one for the past few years, and I think our cats are in good hands! :)

Our Persian cat had a lot of mats. They took care of the mats and gave us tips for how to groom Frankie at home! We are so pleased with the services we received. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely return!

Green Pawz does a great job grooming my Australian Shepherd (and he has a lot of fur!) - dinging one star because it’s sometimes 1+ month before I can get an appointment and prices are somewhat high, but maybe both due to living in SF.

These folks have always been wonderful with my dog, who has been coming here for haircuts since she was a puppy (and I got real about my ability to keep up with her grooming at home). She arrives a filthy farm dog and leaves a fancy floof. Yay!

Although the hours are a little restricted, I have always been able to get my kitties in for nail trims; no waiting since they take them in immediately for the quick trims. I would definitely recommend Green Pawz!

Updated review: I no long take my dog here. Under new ownership, prices went up and the quality of the groom went down. His last cut was not cute (they chopped his face hair really weird and his ears too short).Previous review: I've been taking my little shih-tzu floof here for 6+ years and they always do an excellent job.

Lovely staff and Host doggies!They have a very limited amount of cat food choices, so if that is your priority you may want to go somewhere else. They have a better range for doggies.

I just brought my dog here for daycare. I needed someone to watch her while we watched a soccer game at the bar next door. They were very friendly. Only issue is they charge the full day rate even for one hour. Also I decided to stay another hour and they charged an additional $15 on top of the full day rate. Other than that they were great.

We have a mini schnauzer, a breed that requires a specific style of haircut. Green Pawz knew exactly what they were doing in this regard. The groomer spent time talking with me to be sure that we were on the same page, and the results were fantastic! The price for a full groom(which included bath, nails, haircut, and plucking of ear hair) was on par with what we've paid elsewhere, and the quality of experience was much higher!

Had our dog groomed here twice. Each time I inspected his cut and it had glaring chunks of hair that were not cut evenly and I had to ask for these areas to be fixed. Also, this last visit they forgot to clip his nails when being groomed which should have been included. I cannot recommend and will not be using this groomer again for $75.

Had a very disappointing customer service interaction here. Called yesterday to book an appointment and no answer. Called today and the gal that answered the phone responded with a "hello?". Unsure if I had called the right place, I asked if this was Green Pawz and got a somewhat demeaning "Yes". From there, it was made unpleasantly clear that Green Pawz only grooms cats on Wednesdays. Bummer, but based off of the phone interaction, I didn't really consider it a loss.It is standard practice for business to answer the phone with the name of the business, so I decided to give them the feedback that norm was missed, leading with a "I wanted to give yall a heads up that I feel that this phone conversation was not very professional". It was responded with an aggressive "Excuse me?" and a person that was disinterested in feedback and told me that the issue was likely my phone.Fortunately, most reviews seem to show friendly staff. Bummed that I was not on the receiving end of that, but overall not the tone of people that I would like to trust my cats to.

The service wasn't an issue. I rated this place 2 stars because I forgot my keys at the register and when I returned to grab my keys the store was already closed. I purchased dog food at 5pm. The store hours are listed online and the website said the store closed at 7pm. I assumed I had two more hours to pick up my keys. However I returned only 20 minutes later to find that the store had already closed. Apparently the guy working the counter had better things to do with his time than continue working what he figured was a slow day. thanks for keeping up with your online info guys.next time I'll take my business elsewhere. I'd rather shop at a place that lists accurate information regarding store hours and supplies.
