LOVE this place. We were sad their Berkeley location closed but we still try and get to their location in SF whenever we are nearby. One of our doggos has irritable bowel disease - the staff here let us try a bunch of samples to see what worked well with his tummy. Of course *everything* did. We have been loyal customers since. Our dogs are obsessed with their treats - especially the chicken liver ones. Their collars are beds are extremely cool.

Favorite pet shop in sf! Nicely curated selection of dog accessories, treats, toys, ect. that have a distinct difference from most other more "frou frou" dog shops. They do also have cat stuff, and don't sell dog food since they're a small shop. The people that work there are really knowledgeable, friendly and can answer what is in every treat/bone they carry. They have also gone out of their way at times to help me find something.

Hard to shop when the owner’s dog constantly following you around and licking you (I’m allergic to dog saliva and get painful welts). Owner started laughing like I was enjoying it. Annoying.

Such a great pet store!!! We have two of their dog beds and they are indestructible. Our 95 lb rottweiler likes to hide her toys and fling the bed around looking for them - if the beds can hold up to that, they can hold up to anything.

We're planning to revisit since my pup loves your treat so much and he likes to play with your toys. The staff is friendly which is a plus and they are known also about how to take care and what is suited best for our dogs.

Cute pet boutique shop just off of Fillmore street! Prices are a bit steep (some products are marked up significantly compared to online retailers, but we try to support local pet stores whenever possible!), but products are typically good quality and store associates are generally quite nice and helpful as well.

Cute pet product, wide variety of cute toys and treats, including Birthday cakes and perfectly decorated dog treat cookies. The apparel specifically caters to small and medium dogs, but few options for large dogs. A must visit for a fun treat for your pet.

The proprietor has good taste and has stocked the store with unique, attractive and healthy products for cats and dogs. Plus he is helpful and friendly. He has a beautiful Main Coon- Tortoiseshell cat that you can pet and admire.

This is probably one of the coolest pet stores in the US. I am not just saying this because their mascot happens to be one bad-$@ss Wire Haired Fox Terrier from the 1950's but because what it lacks in size it makes up for in swagger. I'm almost afraid to go in here with my little guy in fear of the exit fare, but it's worth it. George sells super high quality dog (and cat...) accessories that are both stylish and functional, but it doesn't stop there. George is our one-stop-shop for "those holidays where you feel compelled to dress up your pet"-- we have walked out with top hats and bat wings for Halloween and Christmas scarves a month later. Keep it up George.

Great unique toys and treats for cats and dogs. More expensive than you'd find elsewhere but still not bad (e.g. $4 for a ball that costs $2 elsewhere). Unique and worthwhile.

This store is in a upscale part of Pacific Heights and so I keep thinking that they must be outrageously priced, but as I compare them to other places in the city they are pretty reasonable. Deborah is ultra friendly and although their selection is a bit limited It is well curated.

There is a constant stream of neighborhood pups that look disappointedly at the door when it is past 7. Owners pull on the leashes, dogs stay putt.This should tell you all you need to know about this place.The staff is absolutely amazing, the window is a special type of love through creativity and would there be a chance of having a parklet for coffee here this would probably furbabies central :)

I gave them a call and explained with all possible details what exactly I was looking for. Was told that they have what I needed. I drove to the store just to find out they don't have anything even close to what I was asking for. Service was unprofessional . Just because you have tiny place, doesn't mean that the business could be called boutique. Very unpleasant experience.
