My puppy Milo absolutely loves coming here. It’s a little scary haha (kidding)! He comes Monday - Friday. They offer a good rate if you pay the whole month upfront and little services like baths and nail clippings. The staff here is so friendly and they communicate exactly the way dog lovers would. I’m so happy to see his pics on Instagram. I feel safe and secure knowing he’s in a good place.

Our lab Abbey stayed at Fog City Dogs for daycare and a bath while we toured San Francisco. They were very flexible with time and she smelled so good when we picked her up later in the afternoon. I couldn't believe that her shedding problem had decreased and have recently called them to see what they did to make her look so good. They were very willing to share their methods for grooming. We were very happy with their treatment and would highly recommend them for daycare and grooming.

Our pup Bailey loves Fog City Dogs- she even tries to tug us toward it when we pass by. Her first time at doggy daycare (ever) was when she was already 1.5 years old, so I was a little nervous about how she’d handle it… but it went great!They send us a daily report card when she is there, which helps give great peace of mind that she’s having a good time and being well taken care of.

Nick and the team at Fog City are amazing. They’re very loving with the dogs and keep them so happy and active. My puppy comes home tuckered out! But happy...and he practically drags me back to Fog City every morning.

My dog had been having some resource guarding aggression and I wasn’t sure if any daycare would take him if he was going to attack the other dogs. The trainers at fog city dogs have been able to correct any bad behavior and since then he’s been playing with the other pups like it’s nothing. I am so grateful to fog city dogs for helping my boy have fun and get all tired out by the end of the day. And mostly grateful to them for taking a chance on him. Loved there service we left our puppy for daycare and they explained very well there process and aswell they answered our questions and they even gave us update on our puppy since it was slinky first time at daycare i would highly recommend this place thank you very much for having slinky in good hands

My 5 year old Boston Terrier, Zoe, has been coming here since she was a puppy. She loves coming to Fog City Dogs Marina. When I bring her in her whole body wiggles with excitement. She also has her best friends she likes to play with too. A huge thank you to Nick for making me smile every day I drop her off but most importantly, he does a great job screening the dogs. For all these years she’s been safe in his care. I would also like to note that Zoe is in love with Shannon, who takes great care of her too. Thanks to all of you for being there for My girl!

Sadie has been coming to Fog City Doggie Daycare since she was 6 months old and loves going to "school" as we call it. She is always excited to see her buddies and all the staff. Nick has a special place in our heart. He is the best with all the dogs and socializing them, remembering all their names and ours. He is always introducing me to other dog owners. What a wonderful place! I feel completely comfortable leaving my sweet Sadie with them!

I've been taking my rescue dog Simon to Fog City in the Marina for almost 10 years - I work in the Financial District and needed more than just a 2-hour dog walk for my super active dog. Finding Fog City and Nick was key to lowering my worry-level and also increasing Simon's happiness! Nick is the first face we see every morning and he is THE BEST!!! His team is well-trained to appropriately manage yet also provide love and fun for the large volume of dogs that are in the building. Simon is there for 10+ hours and I am very appreciative for the love and attention they show him. Thank you Fog City!

I was searching for a great dog care facility in the city and looked high and low til I found the great folks at Fog City Dogs on Lombard. Since we’ve joined their pack, Tucker has made some great dog friends and has been worn out from full days of fun! I am so glad he joined this doggie day care facility and can’t more highly recommend a dog sitter in the marina. Nick & the crew really know and care about my dog and I feel like part of the family.

Our puppy Augie can't wait to go to day care every morning. We feel super comfortable dropping him off with Nick and the team. Nick knows all the dogs really well and gives us reports every morning who Augie was playing with the day before. We love to watch on the webcam how much fun the dogs have and how well the staff take care of them.

Disorganized, unreliable, and unclean.This day care struggles with basic communication and responsiveness. The same forms had to be filled out multiple times, they failed to charge the card on file and requested additional payment. Further- they failed to report basic communication. They shared a report card mid day during a full day stay and did not even inform us of our puppy had been fed (despite all his meals having been provided at drop off). My puppy also seemed extremely parched when he returned home- very worrying. I am genuinely concerned they failed to feed him food or water all day. The place is not kept clean, has strong odor, and is not well kept. Very very disappointed and concerned for the care my dog received.We had to call them multiple times to set up care.

Fog City Dogs has been a wonderful addition to our newly adopted pup McGee. He has a ton of energy and the socialization from Fog City has been wonderful! He is tuckered out by the time we get back home, but ready for more the next day. He literally drags me as we turn the corner from Franklin St! Shoutout to all the kind and amazing staff who take care of our pups!

Nick and Team are a dream come true ! It's a great facility and very convenient for Marina and Russian Hill residents. Nick has such a great attitude, is super kind, and is a miracle worker with dogs. Can't say enough good things about about him. Both Banjo and I really look forward to our morning routine!! Couldn't think of a better service. I highly recommend Fog City on Lombard for daily daycare needs.

I've been taking Gracie to Fog City since she was a puppy and we love it! She practically leaps into Nicks arms when he greets us with a smile every day. Everyone there seems to be committed to taking good care of the dogs and are all very kind. Gracie comes tired and happy-thanks everyone!

I have loved this place for my dog while I lived in SF. I went there every week day for about 9 months and then 2 times a week during the quarantine. They take great care of the dogs, play games, and give them (owner approved) snacks. I especially appreciate the updates that they post during the day on Instagram. The staff is great and always very friendly.

Our Siberian Husky, Saya has been coming here since she was 5 months old. This facility is amazing. All the staff members have been wonderful to her as well as to us. The facility is clean and well maintain. Nick in particular has been a gem. Nick is professional, hard working, reliable, dependable, friendly, and works with all the clients and dogs. Nick has given us suggestions/advice on Saya's behavior and well being. Saya looks forward in socializing with her doggie friends. I am 100% plus comfortable in leaving Saya knowing she will be watched and care for at all times. I would definitely recommend this fabulous facility to all dog owners. Thank you Nick and staff!

I've been taking my hava-poo "Rodi" to Fog City Doggie Day Care since he was four months old. I will never forget my first time dropping off Rodi - I was so scared because he was so small and didn't know how he would do around the other dogs. Nick Ortega assured me that he was going to do just fine and I will never forget his comment, "You have to let go so they can swim!" Boy does Rodi swim now!!! He starts running towards Fog City Doggie Day Care and Rodi is beyond excited to be greeted by Nick every morning. Rodi loves Fog City Doggie Day Care and mommy can be at peace too since she knows that her fur-baby is in the best hands possible! Thank you Fog City Doggie Day Care!!!!

I don't know what I would do without these awesome people to look after my dog every day. I've been coming here for months (and occasionally boarding him at the other location) and they've been nothing but kind, courteous and professional every time I've interacted with them. They keep an eye out for my dog and let me know how he's doing each day, going as far as to call me immediately when something seems wrong (his bark became hoarse the other day, for example). Fog City makes my dog incredibly happy and my life so much easier.

I take my dog Cav to the marina location and the staff are the best. Cav is a covid puppy and has major human attachment syndrome and they are so patient and loving with her. She comes home happy and tired after a day there. Thank you Fog City!
