The staff here are wonderful. Very friendly and attentive to our pet’s needs. We have a blind fur baby and it’s already his second time being groomed by Angelica. Both times were great! She’s dependable that she’s taking care of our dog and she gives him back to us looking so squeaky clean and cute. Everytime we’re coming to Expert Pet for supplies shopping or grooming , has been a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Ocean paws is such a cute Pet Store Boutique on Ocean Ave! There’s a hidden doggie playground in the back for your dog to socialize or get trained. They even have a pet spa and grooming service.I checked out their everyday dry foods and it looks good! Their doggie birthday cake looks especially yummy that I’d even eat it. Haha. I got some dried chicken and salmon snacks for Koda and he loved it!It’s seems like a great one stop shop and there’s even social hours for dogs! They all look so happy to be playing in the back. Such good vibes.

Lovely local business with a large assortment if unique dog tots. They sell food (raw in addition ti your regular kibble), accessories, etc. The person who worked there was friendly and helpful.

The guy charged me $31.49 for a bag of cat litter which supposedly to be under $20 before tax. I’m guessing he’s charging me the 32 pound price for the 15 pound bag. Also he didn’t give me a receipt. I wasn’t paying attention to it until I went through my credit card transactions yesterday. Not cool.

I don't have a pet, but It's the second time I take care of Lee my neighbor dog. I don't know why some dogs look at me with an attractive perception. I think they also detect what kind of person we are. Well, if they have good and strong senses, even theirs minds is good as reading what we think. I say this because theirs brains is very sharpened, they also have 12 cranial nerves, that makes them more advanced in smelling, listening, tasting, but also as a human, almost all of them can't control the sensual desires, but most the males. Okay

I was taking care of a dog who had pretty bad matted fur and lots of dirt. They did an amazing job with her! They were able to get rid of the mats without shaving her down completely, and did multiple shampoo washes to get all the dirt out. They were very friendly, helpful, efficient, and reasonably priced.

By far my family’s favorite local pet shop! They have a good selection of products for both cats and dogs, and even a small section for small animals! My cat loved their felt toys and snacks! We also took our recently adopted dog ,Musa, there for training, and enjoyed how she got one-on-one basic training and socialization with other dogs and people! We saw how she loved Ocean Paws and the staff!! Their social hour and daycare is so fun and our dog had a great time mingling and spending her day at the playground! The dog treats they have are probably her favorite thing! I was pleasantly surprised they had a small selection of bird toys, which my two birds are obsessed with!! 10000/10!

Ocean Paws is our one stop shop for all of our pet supplies. They have a little bit of everything and they are so welcoming and friendly. They have an awesome snack bar with tons of goodies. Our pup Gigi loves all the treats and can’t get enough of their turkey jerky. They have adorable cloths, toys and anything else your pet could need or want. They even do grooming and dog training.They also do tons for the community, have the best dog socials and holiday photo ops. We love Ocean Paws!

I've bought a lot of stuff from them since they opened. We came with a new second dog a week ago and the woman (young) wasn't very helpful when we asked for suggestions on a harness for her and we grabbed two and found one that worked and she rang us up for both. When after paying for it in the store I saw both in there we gave it back to her and she said we'd get a refund back on our credit card. Long story short is we didn't get it and I called in today with the receipt number (for over $200) and the guy wanted me initially to come, then said he couldn't find it, then did and then said call me on Sunday when she is back in the store and wasn't apologetic and certainly didn't seem eager to refund the 12.99 item that we never walked out of the store with. With two dogs and living nearby he just lost a customer.ADDING in response to comment by owner - We spoke on the phone and you were able to find the specific receipt after initially saying I had to come in. You also verified that there were two charges for dog collars. What would bringing in the receipt do or change? Seems like you could easily reimburse my card for the one receipt. Bottom line is you charged me for something that I didn't buy and don't seem to value my time. I run a small business and operate differently. My favorite part is about you being at a loss when I'm clearly the one that has a short term loss but you've chosen $12.99 in the moment over a long-term client. Good luck!

Super cute pet store. They had a lot of options including natural and organic. I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and I appreciated that they still helped me. There are a lot of toys, treats (love the make your own mix bar) and great equipment for humans. I haven't seen treat pouches at other small stores before. They were really helpful in answering my questions and helping me find what i was looking for. Will definitely be back to wander and spent too much money 😄

Been here a few times, they’ve been great every time. When I told them my old dog has arthritis they took it very seriously and made sure she was able to get in a bath that was low to the ground.

Come over to ocean paws! They currently have a dog trainer and grooming available! Mack is the dog trainer and and is extremely attentive to your dog's individual needs. They also have a secure playground in the backyard where you can let your dog run free. I also found out that they are the only location that sells Jeffery's dog food which is a local raw dog food company. They also have an amazing selection of healthy treats and frozen marrow bones. Ocean paws is located at the corner of ocean and faxon. Highly recommend at least stopping by!

Great people running this place! Went to give my doggo a little spa time. She was groomed really well and with great care. They have a store that sells everything you need for your dog's needs. They also have a social hour for dogs, though my large dog did not do well there because the backyard is a bit small and she got annoyed by all the little dogs being little dogs 😔

Obsessed. We walk in with our dog and they know his name. The food and treat selection is unparalleled. Love the treat bar and the option for happy hours! The owner Mike is very nice and Opy is the star of the show. Honestly so happy they’re right up the block, what a great addition to the neighborhood!

Absolute perfection! Brought our pup in for a groom and was warmly greeted by the owners and the groomer. I liked that our big guy got to play outside in the cute backyard when he was done. We picked up a bunch of treats from the mix-n-match bar, too. We'll definitely be back!

The Ocean Ave corridor was sorely missing a retail spot dedicated to our animal family members and we're so excited Ocean Paws decided to open here! Just took our first trip today and our dog Blitzen walked away with a new stuffed duck, a jerky treat, a cookie and even our Cockatiel got a new toy.They also have a cute little area out back for doggy socials and grooming services which we will definitely be back for.
