As usual great experience in Costco. Getting in and out is slow during peak times. All standard items from Costco are available. Lots of carts available. There is a separate line for returns so you don’t have to jam with folks who are coming out of the store. One thing noticed in the entrance of the store is that it is a place of many items with discounts. Sometimes many clothes has discounts. Most importantly with Costco is return policy. As usual you can find dairy, produce, fruits, bakery, stationary, clothes items.

If you come early, they don't have the little container of onions for the hotdogs. Sometimes only the hot dogs and pizzas are available. Other stuff like salads aren't available. Otherwise, this is a good Costco.

I like this Costco :) they are friendly and have good services. It is a little more compact than the South SF one closed to the airport, but they have some unique stuff!

I recently visited the Costco on El Camino Real and was very pleased with the experience. The store was well-stocked, and I was able to find everything I needed, from fresh fruits and eggs to a variety of frozen foods perfect for quick weeknight dinners. Everything was fresh, and the quality of the products was excellent. The store layout made it easy to find what I was looking for, and checkout was efficient thanks to the friendly staff. I appreciate being able to rely on Costco for consistent quality and great customer service.

Love coming to this Costco, they have more and more Asian snacks now. Omg! Look I found a lot of the new year snacks from my childhood! I wish I can bring them all home ( that is prob everyone’s thoughts while shopping at Costco XD)

Hey, it’s Costco.Tip: Come here for fuel before they open the warehouse.Don’t trust the other drivers when you get here because they’re all looking for spots and not watching where they’re going; Careless behavior continues inside the warehouse when people are pushing carts. Give everyone lots of room and watch your heels because people will ride up behind you with their cart and try to take out your Achilles tendons.Great selection and always great quality. People are always willing to help you. The store is kept clean and functional as per Costco’s quality control and safety procedures. This is the secret place for cold brew coffee too. They come in the tall narrow cans, packs of 12 and they are very good and consistent. No one here needs me to expound on the deli/meat/bakery department as it is always top-notch and the only place to find better meat, albeit for much more money, is Whole Paycheck. But the issue here remains many of the other shoppers. Not everybody is so blissfully and detrimentally unaware of other people. Yet here the concentration of those individuals in one place makes it seem like everybody in the world is careless and trying to kill you with their ineptitude. Two weeks ago, I was walking from my vehicle to the front door. I experienced three near misses from people racing across the lot to get to the fuel line. For more carnage, I returned from one shopping trip to find somebody had sideswiped the passenger door side of my truck preventing access through the loading doors. No note, nothing. Just took off. They probably didn’t even know they did it because they were so unaware.Even with the extra large spaces, people still manage to display a depressing lack of spatial awareness.Costco is quite voluminous in terms of foot traffic and space able to be occupied which makes this next point even more frustrating. People will walk five abreast of one another while shopping and walk right into somebody coming the other direction. Or they will camp out in the middle of an aisle and not let anyone pass, pretending they are the only ones that exist there. Such solipsism has no place in a space where people are in close proximity. Then there are the supposed adults that stand on the back of their carts and ride them. One such person even struck my cart as they flew out of a side aisle. It’s almost like people became adults, but never actually matured. Then let loose in a public setting. Add to those mindless individuals the people that put children who are far too old in the main part of their basket, and allow them to stand up while they push through the store. Those people should be arrested for child endangerment.I know it’s not everyone’s job to be the police, but you really do have to watch your back here. The ineptitude, solipsism, lack of forethought, dangerous behavior amongst other customers, should make people want to wear body armor shopping here. Finally, returning to the fueling station, the observation here is of people using their vehicles as weapons to jostle for position. I guarantee you those same people would behave very different when pushing their carts in front of other people rudely at the checkout lines. I’ll bet you the same. People wouldn’t do it standing in line at the bank, the DMV, the kiosk at the fast food place…etc. What makes people think it’s acceptable to do it with a 4000 pound appliance? Then there are the people who will pull to the first pump in a row of four and stop. Rather than pulling all the way forward, they selfishly make everyone behind them have to parallel park at the other free pumps. No common sense or courtesy. In summary, shop here when you need necessities en masse and you need decent fuel for less than surrounding stations. Unfortunately, it is not Costco’s job to police peoples behavior unless they get unruly. So with that in mind, go in here prepared for battle and expect to get your toes run over once or twice by the sort of beings I’ve mentioned. Because we live in a society where people seem to be incapable of being decent humans.

At first I was so excited about my membership. They even had me upgrade to executive level bec it was only $60 & they gave me $80 worth of coupons. I am single & live alone so am pretty conservative with how much I buy. Mostly I love the freshly baked bread, Kirkland Irish whiskey & manchego, reggiano parmesan & Jarlsberg cheeses. Other than that I'm finding most of what I tried to be overly salty.😬 I spent a whopping $18.62 on this chicken piccata dish not realizing it wasn't premade. I got 2 thin breasts, 1 pkg of butter caper sauce (which was superb!) and some bread crumbs. Definitely will NOT get it again. 😩 I was very disappointed though it was quick & easy to make. Great price on gasoline though😊

I purchased a cucumber from this store, and it turned out to be rotten, prompting me to return it. However, I was disappointed to find that the return line was excessively long due to what appeared to be a staffing shortage. This situation was quite inconvenient and not acceptable from a customer service standpoint. It could take me more than one hour to return that and I gave up and I’m very disappointed.

Very nice and polite employees.I went there to renew my membership. The line was very short. The wait time was very short, too. But, the customers who park in the parking lot there, maybe some supervisors or some type of parking employees (of Costco) to see to it that they act and behave patiently, politely, respectfully, and have Common Sense, Decency, and Morality period, also as well, needs to be in order, for sure.

This is a quick and easy way to shop large bulk items every day. This is a warehouse store. You'll save pennies to dollars and get a 2 percent cash back on every purchase.

Large Costco. It has an optical department - with a great optometrist. Gas station. Hearing aid center. Big produce section. Tire center. Large parking lot.Friendly, efficient staff.I find getting in and out of this parking lot to sometimes be harrowing. Drivers are impatient and don't look out for others. It's near a Trader Joe's - different entry point but it's there if you need to do both.Near BART.And near Kaiser South San Francisco. Also, not far from Serramonte.

Overall a very positive experience this Costco is Head and Shoulders above the one in San Francisco was able to get in and out easily and quickly even at the food court also stop for gasoline which was the lowest price around if I had one criticism it would be that there were not enough people to assist in certain departments.

Fast, in and out, great value, always well maintained shopping carts available, clean, and easy parking. The customers can be pushy and block aisles because of the sample kiosks. I avoid the sample kiosks, don’t take any samples, but the sample traffic dangerously cross in front of my moving heavy cart, bottle neck aisle traffic and cause double and triple parked carts. Makes me shop less, no cart, and with only what I can carry because maneuvering the shopping cart through the sample traffic slows me down and creates danger. I have been hit by carts on purpose trying to go around me or rear ending me, because I have been dangerously cut off by unsafe sample traffic. The road shows have a great set up that doesn’t impede the cart flow, samples should be done like the road shows.

It seems the inflation does not affect many shoppers particularly in this store. The prices are still tolerable and you can see the people's enthusiasm loading more and more goods on their shopping cart. The place is crowded and the parking lot is almost full at about 6 pm. As usual, the portions of most food items are huge and therefore, it would require extra space to keep them in your refrigerator. Finally, many food items, though organic, have too much sodium in it.

It can get busy. Free parking. Please add Korean skin care lines! 6/29/21: The gas ⛽ line was not long. Inside 💠 was not crowded. No more 😷 mandate. 7/26/21: I hope my 🆕 office chair 💺 is easy to assemble. January, 2022: Sterling, at the returns, helped me return a defective monitor, so I bought a new 34" UltraWide curved LG computer 🖥 monitor. I love ❤️ it. April, 2023: Good bargains.

I came today to purchase a membership and the rude employee refused to let me through to the membership desk saying “THE ENTRANCE IS OVER THERE!”. When I tried to go through the entrance I was not allowed in because I did not have a membership card. I guess I can’t purchase a membership and will have to shop somewhere else. How disappointing that common sense can’t be found at a place that charges $60+ per year to even get into a store.

Forget parking on weekends. The parking lot is the Wild West, no employees directing traffic or enforcing any sort of order. Not only is it near impossible to find a spot, but I've had it that it took half an hour to just get out of the lot.
