Cute little shop but the staff sucks. They don't have customer service skills. The shop was full of customers not one employee greet any of them. They were talking at the cashier desk with music on blast (music is good though). Then, after I made my purchase the lady handed my receipt with this look on her face like here's your receipt now get out. There wasn't even a thank you or direct eye contact. Well, OK then. I was hoping to come back, but definitely not coming back.

Great store with clothes, toys and other things for your furry baby. Plus they also sell other items for the owner. Such as, kitchen towels, socks, key chains, and other souvenirs. All related to the pets. I always stop in when in San Francisco.
