Amazing service and care to detail. Jose is a great person and was such a pleasure to work with in building our dream aquarium. He loves and respects the coral so much and it shows in how beautiful and colorful they are and grow to be in comparison with other coral companies I’ve purchased from the past. Such a professional. Purchased 7 torches and 1 chalice, they all came in nicely pack and healthy. Corals look nice as on the website. Best price on the web for corals, customer service response very quickly. Will buy again.

This is an update on my review. I received a call from management and we were able to get things right. So good communication. Give him a chance if your looking for some nice looking hammers and frogsawns.The communication is the worst. I wrote the the day I received my order to let them know about one of the corals to date I sill have not heard back. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are too many companies online.

Excellent packaging, probably the best I've seen for coral transport. Arrived from Ca to GA in perfect shape in 34 degree weather. Frags are really big and very nice. I am super pleased and will be a repeat buyer. Thank you Timeless Corals!

I'm a novice, but have purchased a lot of coral online. I had a problem with a jawbreaker mushroom I had purchased from Timeless. In transit, it had detached from its frag top. Being new to the hobby, I mistakenly tried to use epoxy to attach the mushroom to one of the rocks in my aquarium. Of course in less than a day, it detached and couldn't be found (my tank has a lot of live rock and his several hundred gallons). I was upset, but explained to the owner of Timeless, why I didn't have a photo to prove when I opened the package the mushroom had dislodged; thus, I hadn't taken a picture of it. He trusted me, and for that I'm very grateful. He REPLACED the mushroom and even comped the shipping. I can assure you this wouldn't have been universal with just about any other coral company online!! In fact, I've had nothing but negative interactions with several other proprietors in the business, for other reasons (some damaged in shipping, or wouldn't open for a week etc). TIMELESS IS TO BE COMMENDED FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOR BEING WILLING TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. For that they've earned my loyalty for future business! The others have lost any potential future sales from me.

I ordered, contacted numerous times, responded once, order shipped short, contacted several times, no response! Do not buy, they don't respond, don't label their products, don't ship what you ordered. Will NEVER buy from again! Don't respond to emails, messenger or direct contact on site, I contacted several times about a ship date, finally shipped the third date because missed first 2 dates due to lack of response. Have not responded at all about shipping what they didn't ship, AWFUL customer service and checking messages and emails!

Walked into today to check out some corals, was greeted by few guys who run the store. They were very professional and helped me find what I was looking for. Walked out with a beautiful frogspawn, in which I got for a good deal. I will definitely be coming back for more. These guys not only do this for a living, but I can tell they are true hobbyists.
