i’m partially colorblind and needed to buy flowers for mother’s day of a certain color. at the foothill san fernando location a guy named carlos helped me and gave me options and suggestions. really happy with the service they provide there.

I don’t live in the area, I just stopped by because my friend does. They had a lot of plants on sale. If you need a question answered about home construction, don't ask the employees. There are a few that know their stuff,but the majority of the employees are clueless when it comes to home building l it's not just this one, but all the ones I've been to.

The customer service at this Home Depot is amazing!! The day my husband and I went in all our questions were answered and all the employees who spoke with us were super kind and helpful. We will be making the drive to this location for our future visits. I'm telling you that the employees go beyond to help you with what you are looking for and give you suggestions and are very knowledgeable in the area they work in. The store is well organized and lots of items in stock.

Always find what I need here , even have gotten a couple deals . Always busy, parking can be a pain sometimes. There Rent-a-Tool is absolutely amazing, you have the option of 4hour or 24 hours at great prices, the guys are super helpful in there . Unfortunately Cashiers in the pay by yourself area aren't as helpful, some Hispanics are new to technology or just need a minute to figure it out, I've seen that instead of taking the lead in showing they repeat a sentence over and over instead of stepping up and actually guiding a customer out. I understand it's a long day and dealing with the same thing over and over is annoying but hey not everyone is mean. Some people just want actual help instead of feeling helpless.

This is a shout out to Philip. I went there around 845pm needing the Everbilt vinyl coated steel cable kit. He was stocking in plumbing. I asked if someone could help me in hardware. Staffing is low late at night and it's usually a lot of kids that don't care. Philip looked up my item, left plumbing, went to hardware, and had to get the big stock ladder because it was not out on display. There were 12 items, just still up high in the box. I just want to give him a huge thank you because I needed that vinyl wire for a job the next morning. He could've did the whole "let me find someone in hardware" and then disappeared. BUT he didn't. He got the job done. Thank you again.

Problematic to say the least.Where to begin...So -My 71 year old mother purchased a portable AC online and set up instore pickup for April 7th. To help her out I of course go to pick it up and then install it.Problem 1 of 2:I went to the store to pick up the AC. First problems right off the bat - they couldn't find it in the pickup area. The person assisting me was very friendly (so there's the 1 star). She eventually told me I could come back later when the..movers?..find it, OR I could go to the aisle where it should be and pick it up..physically..myself. This all sounded goofy but I obviously decided to go get the AC. The staffer wrote down the aisle number and SKU for MY ALREADY PURCHASED PRODUCT.I went to the aisle. It's up on a shelving unit. I return to the desk and let the staffer know that I'd need help since I'm not going up a ladder to get a product that should already be in front of me.She sends me back and over the intercom pages a staffer to assist me in the aisle. I wait 10 minutes. No one. 15 minutes. No one.I go find a ladder and do it myself.I get the receipt and leave.Problem 2 of 2:I go to install portable AC today. I notice as soon as I open the box - this unit is absolutely WELL USED. Like, literally damaged and scratched up. There is no indication on the purchase order that this is some kind of returned/refurbished product and this thing cost over $300 -If you've ever installed one of these portable ACs you can tell how used this thing is, it likely already went through a whole heat season in someone's apartment.Dirt and spunk clogging the vents, literally someone's matted hair near the drain plug, scrapes and scratches, foam stuck to the vent from previous install, a weirdly crumpled vent tube...Pretty insane honestly all around. Won't return and will reach out to the manufacturer to let them know what's going on at this place.

There Employees Are Very Nice Person's And They Will Help You With Everything.The Only Think They Need To Have security In The Store And Around The Store Because They Stilll To Much Because I Was Doing Some Work In That Store And All My Tools Got Stolen and I Lost some Hundred Dollars And I didn't Got Nothing Reimbursed Back

This is a good home depot with plenty of inventory and good service I've come to expect from Home Depot. I really don't like the parking here. Always crowded. Staff is friendly, store is well lit and clean. Prices are average.

Usually has what you need. You can usually find an orange Apren at this one, that's the 4 Star Logic on this review. Staff is really helpful and in good spirits overall. A lot of airplane traffic directly above the location if you are into that sort of thing.

I came to this home depot to do a curbside pickup on my order. This was the first home depot that actually had a person sitting in the curbside area and greet everyone who parked there. Since I already checked in through the website, she went inside to get my order. I was bascially out of there in like 5 minutes so I was very happy with the speed.

Fed up with being solicited by thieves in parking lot homeless people in bathrooms and my tags on car have been stolen 2 times in a few years and driving thru no less than a few hundred fake day workers in parking lot is a pain but I am forced to go here for my supplies 5 days a week or drive to a much better store in thousand oaks

Great selection of building materials. Worse place to come and shop at this is the only Home Depot I’m ever harassed at I own a commercial card and they always expect how I look like if I’m gona steal every single time I come here they always give me attitude and a hard time as if I’m stealing when I have a commercial card would not recommend this Home Depot to anyone they accuse everyone and assume everyone who is hard working is stealing again this is the only Home Depot I have this ongoing issue with judging me because of how I look

At the beginning of my visit I had a horrible experience due to losing my gift card that I was given by Home Depot employee for a return I had (without a receipt you get a gift card). It was only minutes after we walked away from counter to roam around store to pick up a few things we needed when my boyfriend realized the card had fallen out of his pocket . Since it had only been less than 15 to 20 min I went back to the sales rep that helped me so the return and she basically said we can’t do anything. She wasn’t that helpful at all. I asked if she can just put a block on it she said no without even thinking twice or being friendly. I walked away very upset to go start looking for it aisle by aisle since it was $115 dollar gift card . While I was looking through the aisles I realized I should talk to a supervisor, I mean I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years and the meaning of customer service is going out of your way and trying to help the customer. Not by giving attitude . So I saw an employee in one aisle unpacking merchandise and I went up to her asking if I can speak with supervisor . She went ahead and paged manager then manager referred her back to that first rep that said no to me. I told the second employee (Niury was her name) that the lady that their manager referred me too was rude and said there’s nothing she can do. Niury was an angel. Totally simpathizing with my situation she walked me over to an empty station and started to see what she can do to help me. Long story short Niury and another employee Karen were my hero’s of the day. They made it happen and gave me another gift card and canceled that one. The point is maybe it is their rule that they can’t but the fact how both Niury and Karen handled the situation and went out of their way to make customer happy when they saw how stressed I was means they truly are the definition of amazing customer service! Thank you sooo much! Haven’t had such an incident happen in a long time that an employee of a store quickly changed my stressed day to happy!

I love tools and Home Depot is the place to buy Milwaukee. 4 stars because I feel it is important to support smaller, local stores. Also I know my way around the depot so much, customers often ask for my assistance (thinking I’m an employee because I wear a tape). I don’t take offense, since I usually know the answer and how it’s difficult to find an associate at some of the HD stores.

The find all and get all of shopping places. I like seeing what's on clearance and then getting off course of the goal you were looking to complete. I go to see which colors of ,'oops paints " are available for $9 a gallon and discounted big containers of paint. Their "oops plants" are 50% off and are in much better condition than those you can purchase at the other big box hardware stores.Getting help is hit and miss there's lots of folks wearing vests walking around, but they rarely make eye contact. But it's worth the visit, they are usually well stocked. Since the pandemic I've started ordering online and having it delivered. On one occasion the delivery person thought it was ok to drop a delivery of a 50lb bag of sand into a wire cart I have to receive lighter weight deliveries, I contacted the store and they easily replaced the cart, so their customer service when it comes to returns is very good.

I love this Home Depot. Sometimes it's hard getting help and other times the employees will go out of their way to help you. Today I bought a hand free rise mop and bucket. It was a tad bit pricey but maybe it will be worth my while. I will try to send photos of Home Depot another day.

I came here today morning and ask at the front for a tool and she told me on aisle 16. When I got there a older gentleman helped me, he was very sweet then I asked for insect spray and he directed me to aisle 1. The 2 women there were very rude. One even of them even left me talking to myself. I went around 11:45am. Finally the self check cashiers; there was a young girl very sweet helped me with my items, she was polite and professional. Overall please make sure some female (aisles 1)staff take classes of how to treat customers. All male staff are always very helpful and polite.

I ordered landscaping rocks online for a curbside pickup. My order was quickly processed, and an Home Depot employee brought all items to my vehicle. However, 6 bags of heavy rocks were different from what I ordered online. Pictures did not match products. SKUs were the same, but products weren’t. An employee named Angel helped me dragged incorrect items back to the store, issued a store credit, picked the correct ones, advised what would be best and helped me picked the ones that I had ordered before. He also brought the correct ones back to my car. Also, due to mismatch on the website, he was able to match the online price. He went above and beyond to help me out with my order!! I’m very satisfied with todays experience!! I’m coming for more rocks this week hoping Angel will help me again, this time I’ll be coming to Home Depot store and purchase rocks at the spot so there will be no more mishaps online. I love San Fernando Home Depot, I shop there on regular basis - THANK YOU!

Time posted on google is incorrect. Showed up at ten as well as ten other people that I counted while writing this review. It is really upsetting I drove a half hour all the way across the valley to arrive to find this out. that they do not close at 11. They close at ten pm. Tried calling upwards to ten to fifteen times to let them know they need to correct this and could not get through to anyone, the guy I spoke to told me “ well it doesn’t say that on the Home Depot site” who checks Home Depot’s site to find out the store hours??? No one.

Because of shoplifting some of the items are chained and you will be frustrated to wait for 30min to find someone to open up the cage or the chain. Thanks to the worst governor of the world to bring all criminals to the twon and reward them by wrong decisions
