Worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to. Kids play place was so disgusting. Not one clean table, paper and napkins thrown all over. Trashcan over piled. It was raining outside and there were leaks In playplace. Once we got our food they told us they had no ketchup, barbecue or ranch. Hamburger wrapper was covered with mustard yet no mustard on actual burger. Outside bun was full of ketchup. Wanted to take pictures of play place but to keep the confidentiality of the kids/customers I just took pictures of my burger. Never again!!!

Went through here New Year's Day evening at about 10:30 in the evening, I used the McDonald's app got the Big Mac for free by just purchasing a $3 order of fries, which they made both of them absolutely perfect,

Ordered on app. When atrempted to pick up an employee thought it was funny to say i was at the wrong mcdonalds. The app said 1955 glenoaks and she claimed their address was 1055 glenoaks and sent me away. I called via phone and manager confirmed they are 1955. I complain about the situation. She says she will refund me and to pick up the food. I inspect the food once im home and it appeared to have a bite taken out of one of the patties. They refused to do anything. Corporate didnt care either. They didnt even want to see the pictures. DO NOT GO HERE!! Always some funny business with the night crew here.

I always have to drive back to this McDonald's after a drive-through or pick up order. They never have the correct condiments in the back and take forever when I go through the drive-through. They always ask me to park forward or in one of the pick-up parking spaces.The staff is friendly and try their best, but for some reason, it's always backed up and missing something in the bag.

Excellent service and amazing customer service! I used to work for McDonald's as a Swing Manager back in 1998 (yes, I’m that old! haha), and it was great to come across someone with a friendly and professional attitude like Manager Brandon! as it’s not expected in this type of fast-paced environment during rush hour. Thank you, Brandon, and the whole McD’s team!

I hate this McDonald's! Only reason I go to it is because it's the nearest McDonald's to my home. WHATS THE POINT OF A DRIVE THRU IF THEY'RE GOING TO MAKE YOU PARK ON THE SIDE AND WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD! ITS NOT LIKE THEY MAKE YOU PARK BECAUSE YOU HAVE A HUGE ORDER THEY MAKE YOU PARK BECAUSE THEY CHEAT THEIR SYSTEM BY MAKING IT LOOK LIKE THEY'RE FAST AND PUSHING OUT A LOT OF ORDERS QUICKLY BECAUSE THEY COMPETE AGAINST OTHER MCDONALD'S. THEY PARKED ME FOR A COFFEE!!!! NOT ONCE OR TWICE BUT MANY TIMES. FOOD IS GREAT BUT THEIR DRIVE THRU IS HORRIBLE.

Those of you writing a 5 star review to this Mc Donalds quit your lying this place will never even take the time to improve, they always like it never fails they always get the order wrong or even don’t put the right food in the bag sometimes even the food is undercooked I don't know why I even give them the benefit of doubt just saying is they should improve their work or just plainly shut down cause its only a matter of time till someone eats the food and get severely sick

Nice clean McDonald’s. Food was good but they seemed under staffed. Friendly staff but they were very busy and could barely stop to catch their breath.Kids play area is clean and nice. Very easy and ample parking and good handicap parking.Parking: Lots of space, not cramped or stressful to park. Eat in the car if you want in their lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility and handicap parking.

this is the closest Mc Donald’s to where i live but i think i’ll start driving to a different one. Every single time i come they have messed up every order i’ve had so far and this is on top of having to wait and extra 15 mins in the drive thru. i keep being hopeful but every time is the same situation and the extra time one has to wait for the food.

You guys should be careful what you guys are eating & make sure it’s well cooked! This wasn’t slightly pink it was completely raw. Always check your food. This McDonald’s lacks there very slow. Always have tons of cars parked outside waiting & they always mess up your order! 100% guaranteed!!

This is one of two McDonalds I frequent in Sylmar. This place has definitely improved over the years. I have yet to receive incomplete orders or unwelcoming experiences as of recent memory. I do like the self service kiosks I just hope the screens get wiped down occasionally. I also like how they make presentable food.

I was happy with my dinner tonight. There was no one in the drive thru at 7PM so I was able to order my big mac meal right away and take it home. This McDonalds actually filled my large french fries all the way unlike other McDonalds and they didn't miss anything. Overall I was happy with my visit here.

Worst AND I MEAN WORST McDonald's ever. They have no people in drive thru and parking and they've parked all the cars that ordered food. Always like this. And they always forget food. McDonald's should really consider just closing this one and launching a re opening cause these employees are trash except for the one girl they have running to deliver food and noah. They both always give good service.

This place is very slow and they always forget to give you your order correct. Ice cream machine never works. Also order I ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal for my daughter after school and they gave her a sausage patty! Discusting! McDonald's please get your shyt together!
