My daughter took her Golden-doodle to get groomed for the first time. She was very clear as to what she wanted done. Just a trim, cleaned, "teddy bear" / round face trim. Specifically told them NOT to cut her lashes, "JUST A TRIM." They seem to have understood however, when my daughter went to pick her up, she was so disappointed she wanted to cry. Not only did they not do what she asked, her hair was cut very short, lashes were cut, and snout was trimmed so short that she looks more like a poodle. Attached are the before and after pictures of her dog... When we called to speak to the manager, all she said was "I'm sorry, I can't give you your money back, all I can do is give you a free wash." We can care less about the money, it's the principal. If you can't do what is asked, then you should be clear and not cut the dogs hair at all. As if that wasn't bad enough our baby was kept there for over 2 1/2 hours and was very thirsty when she was picked up. OMG... I'm so upset, needless to say, we'll never take our dog here again.

We have been there twice and both times he came out very cute, using two different groomers. They seem to handle the dogs with great care.

I'm disappointed and hurtMy appointment was at 2 pm and I had received a call at 6pm saying they had only gotten a bath. My dogs would have had to wait 2 hours more for them to receive haircuts. That's 6 hours!I was told that in the morning they lost a grommer. They should have at least called to the later appointments of that day to reschedule. Why make the later appointments wait extremely long on a hot day. It's tough on the dogs and the groomers! Because look at what they did to my dogs paws!

I was very disappointed with today. My dog has been there before like 2 or 3 times. His appointment was at 11am. I mean honestly what’s the purpose of having an appointment if his not going to be seen until 2 more hours aside of the 2 hours that he was already there for? It was going to be 4 hours of wait. I called telling them I was picking up my dog. I picked him up and in 10-15 minutes and I. That little time they did EVERYTHING, I don’t get it. This was my first time taking him, NEVER again.

My dogs had an appointment at 11am, I was told they’d be ready in about 3 hours. I called at 3:30pm and I was told they were barely going to be next! I show up at 5 assuming they were almost done. But I had to wait an extra hour and a half. My dogs were very stressed afterwards. They were there for a total of 7 1/2 hours! So what’s the point of having an appointment? If you can’t do that many dogs at a time don’t book so many appointments. I will not be taking them back.

Liah is a small grooming service with amicable employees. They seem to care about what they are doing and how they handle your pets. I can not say for certain because you drop off your pet and leave; however, I did not get a bad impression of the staff. Pricing for the services provided is reasonable compared to other groomers and mobile services. I had to give them four stars because the trim they did on my pup seemed to be an afterthought. It's possible my pup (10 month golden) was a handful, but it just looked like they started and maybe just gave up. For a sanitary trim, there was too much fur on his rear, and paw pads didn't appear to be trimmed. I honestly wasn't sure what the sanitary trim included, so I could be off.

First time I took my daughter's bunny for nail trimming. They were so nice and gentle with her. They were great and fast. I also took my dog today and they did their best to leave him the way we asked for. They were sweet and so gentle with him, too. They were quick in notifying me that he had fleas and they took care of this by giving him a flea bath.

I was waiting outside in the parking and I saw some employee from there walking a poor German shepherd in circles on the hot pavement for a while. It was 96 degrees out and you could see the poor dog kept lifting its paws too because it couldn’t stand the heat. The guy was just on his phone the entire time and he kept pulling the dog along with him.

Really disappointed with the terrible grooming they gave my Yorkshire Terrier today. I took her in for a trim and other normal grooming they do for dogs, but they hacked all of her hair off and tried to claim her hair was matted, when I had brushed her before I took her inthis morning. When I arrived at 12:30pm they were very busy with all three groomers wrestling with the other dogs and seemingly overwhelmed. I should've left right then, but against my better judgement, I handed her over and didn't hear back from them for over 3.5 hours, for them to tell me she was matted and I asked them not to take all of her hair off, but when I arrived she had been completely shaved except for the long puppy dog ears she already had.I took her here a couple of months back on a week day and they did exactly what I asked them, I'm not sure what happened on this busy Saturday, but I won't be bringing her back here because I think they just didn't want to take the time to give her a proper cut.

AMAZING!!!!! Thats how I describe this place... My husband and I are super happy with the service they provided to our “kids” so we call our 2 German Shepherds. They did such an amazing job, its sometimes hard to try and find a place where they will take my babies being large dogs.... but we definitely found a sweet spot for them... will most def continue to bring them here. I truly recommend bringing your pets. Very nice and clean place with quality care.

Literally called to ask if they had availability for 1 dog and the amount of attitude I got over a question, literally seemed like they didn’t like their job. Told her “never mind , you have attitude” and hung up. Will not trust my dog with someone like that. A Bad impression over the phone is just not good.

The prices are okey , the hair cut was fast but not the best quality. I rather pay $ 10 extra somewhere else and have a better job done on my dogs . This was my first and last time taking me dogs to this place .

My dog went in for a grooming and came out with a cut across his tummy (which I didn't realize until he started showing pain when we arrived home), and they handed me his license and name tag with the sprung ring from his collar but had no explanation. We had to take him to the vet for a medicated spray and pain medication. You should never end up having to go to the vet because of a grooming. I thought I'd feel better after he healed but didn't so i called with my complaint. They said because i didn't call right away, they can't do anything about it. No apology or acceptance of what happened. Never again!

This was my 3rd time taking my bichon in for grooming there, and specifically requested a bichon style cut. The other times, no issues as it was a different groomer cutting her hair, which I had found out was no longer there. So I made sure to ask who would be cutting her hair and whether they knew how to cut that style. I was assured by the girl at the front (assuming the manager) that Carlos was good and could do that cut. They informed me that her hair was a bit matted and asked whether I wanted to cut her hair and give her a summer cut or pay an additional 30 dls to dematt her hair. I agreed to pay additional in order to keep the bichon look. However when I went to pick her up, she didn't have the bichon cut. I didnt even recognize her as my dog.They gave her what seemed to be a teddy face look with a bichon body. Very disproportioned and not even to the size of her head, and she just looked aweful(imagine poofy body with small head). Especially after knowing her head was not matted i couldnt understand why they cut so much in the head? I was so upset because that's not what I had requested or expected. But rather than apologize, the girl in the front was so unapologetic and seemed bothered, and still tried to charge me the additional 30 dls. I have never been charged so much money for such a lousy job. Had I known they weren't going to give her the bichon look as i requested, I would have just paid to have them do the summer cut (regular fee). After some complaining and being visibly upset, they reluctantly agreed to "fix" her hair so it wouldnt look so bad. I left, and came back (again) 45 min later, only to find her worse. They proceeded to cut MORE of her head and face instead of cutting on the body to even the look out. My poor Cookie looked like someone in grade school had cut her hair. My dog is 13 years old, and never have I ever in all the years that ive taken her to groomers, have i seen her this ugly.My thing is, if you don't know how to cut a specific cut, say something. They had told me next time to bring a picture. And that after "googling" the picture of a bichon, they understood what it was that I wanted. Well that was a little too late. My thought is, if you are a trained, experienced groomer, when I ask for a standard bichon cut, I should not have to bring a picture, and you should know how to do it.. At the end, I did not pay the additional 30 dls and walked away upset and disappointed.

Very good with my 12 year old chiwawa has cataracts n just about completely blind but they handled her with loving hands and go her completely cut , bathed and nails clipped without a problem which the other grooming place couldn't get her completely done Definitely taking her back. ❤🐕
