Paid for a check up on my dog… doc didn’t tell me anything I wanted to know!! I felt like I paid $57 just for the doc to check temperature.. place smell awful inside ( there was no pet) seem dirty

I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews but let me tell you my experience coming here. It was awesome and I felt like my pregnant english bulldog and her pups where taken care of very well. I didn't feel worried or skeptical on how they cared for my pets. My dog was in labor and they helped her with her last two that she couldn't deliver naturally. Her c-section went well. She was given all the necessary meds to get better and for lactation. She healed up fine and her pups are doing very good. I don't know about the wait but I was always seen right away maybe 10 min wait in my car till she was next. The vet tech that carried my dog lorelei while in labor was so kind and compassionate I was in awe with how he treated and cared for her and her pups. I drove to this location from lancaster and it was well worth it. Thank you dill veterinary for your great services.

Upon paying for a procedure that cost us $420 in the past was jacked up to $610 WITHOUT any knowledge of a price increase and was NOT informed BEFORE the procedure of any increase. Nor was there any postings of any increases in the office nor was there any mention of a price increase on forms I signed giving authorization for the procedure…… then new owner Amber Oliver (?) and I got into a heated verbal exchange….. then she told me to take all my records and get out! Not at any time did she suggest, or come up with an amicable solution as no mention or knowledge of a price increase was evident or given……. Horrible customer service and business ethics. After 4 years of spending a few thousand on our pet Dill throws us under the bus!!

I found a boxer in my front yard without a tag or collar. My grandson had to go home so we took the dog with us. He called Dill to ask if they had a chip reader, they did. I took the dog there and they came outside and scanned her. Lucky she was chipped. They have me he chip# and we reunited Bella with her owners later that evening. Thank you for being so kind and considerate.

Terry Johnson is so sweet and kind. Very thorough. She does not price gouge. My boy cat is better thanks to her suggestion for which foods to give him. We are so lucky to have finally found d someone we can trust in. Believe me, I have been to 2 other vets and they were not what we hoped.

The front office lady is the lowest class of human. Her inhuman treatment, language to a client, attitude and mannerisms are things I have not seen in 50 years of business. Please give me 5 minutes in a room with her, and she would leave a far more empathic person. After taking our pregnant mom for blood work, she not only got into a HEATED argument with my wife, but called her CRAZY to her face. That alone, she must be terminated. My wife came back hysterical and was that way for the entire day. I called immediately to discuss this with Dr Johnson, and 5 weeks later, no response. It is a pity, as Dr Johnson is a GREAT vet. But it does seem apparent that the fish rots from the head down.

Waste of time. Came with medical records of shots and they didn’t know what other shots it needed. . They were asking me like I was suppose to know. Then they wanted to give some corona shot and I was out. Wasted my day.

This place was recommended by a local low cost vaccination place. Couldn't be more happy! The vet here is fabulous and takes their time explaining things. You can tell there is a love for the animals. I had the most difficult time finding a satisfying vet since I moved back to CA. The staff is wonderful!

I've been here a few times and every single time I've gone the service is great. All the staff are very friendly and caring. Whenever I come here I know my puppies are in good hands. Also in my opinion they're very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

It was great they closed at 4 we called at 345 with an emergency. We live 15 mins away from the place so they booked us at 355 just so we would be on the schedule befor they closed . We got there at 405 . They were closed but let us come in and helped us.. it wasn't expensive either

They've been great to us and our dog since the first day we walked into this place. Compared to most Vets, they aren't that pricey. They also accept CareCredit as a credit card for your dog. I absolutely love that because it's like I have a health credit card for both my dog and I.

Awesome Dr's and staff. Visited the office on this particular day to put my 17 year old boxer/pit bull to rest in heaven. The Dr and assistant were so patient with me. They allowed me to spend as much time before and after as I needed. So caring, patient , consoling and completely in dearing. If you have a chance to just visit this establishment, do so. When I departed I was hugged and felt like family. Also, I know the economy is outrageous but they are very reasonable. Thank you Dill Veterinary.

Dr Hare is an amazingly knowledgeable vet, he takes time to explain everything in detail and answers all questions you might have, he is great with animals too, they take to him right away which is unusual from my experience.His staff is the best, everyone there is professional and friendly and eager to help you with anything, they LOVE the animals and treat them very kindly which means a lot to a worried human.Dr Hare is our vet for life now, we are so glad we found him and his staff, I no longer worry about my cats needing a vet because we finally, for the first time in decades, have a place that we can trust with our animals health.Surprisingly the prices are not expensive either, our complicated and critical care for our cat is probably less than other vets and surely less that the past vets we saw.

Brought my 20 year old Black Lab mix because he was having trouble getting up on his back legs. We did have to wait almost all day to see the vet (covid issues I'm sure) but we were glad the vet would see him. My original vet had not seen him in years so they would not take him. We do regular care with a vet that goes to the pet shop. We thought our Kilo might have to be put to sleep but no the vet gave him so medication and recommended a special diet which is helping him tremendously. He is up and running, wagging his tail and playing with our young puppy. Everyone in the office from the person on the phone, the guy that took Kilo from the car and back and the vet was very nice, patience and helpful. We will be bringing our pets here whenever they need to see the vet.

Since Dr. Hare sold the practice everything changed. Prices went up and service went down. I went there with my beloved dying cat who was obviously in great pain. I begged them to put her to sleep fast... as case of emergency. I was told to wait just a little. Well... I was waiting 2 1/2 hours beforethey called me in. There was obvious chaos in the hall. They could not find the injectable solution for about 20 minutes. Then I clearly could hear discussion about the charge for the service. They could not come to the same total amount. Unbelievable! I was in tears all the time yet not a bit of compassion was shown from any of the staff members. NEVER EVER I will return to this place again!

I took my cat here and he is a very gentle loving animal. I get they had to hold him to draw blood, but one of the vet techs was just holding his head down and my cats eye was already damaged. I told the vet my cats eye was bleeding and he said "it's ok it's going to come out tomorrow" I forgot his was my former vet and they did not treat my pitbull very nicely. I'm never going back, just went here, because i had to hurry for a blood panel and I needed it that day.

Very comfortable taking my Ragdoll kitten here. I was attended promptly and the service was very good. Prices are okay and the staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely taking my kitten here for any future care he needs.
