The ladies where great and did a good job on my girls however one of them had a knick on her inner back leg, which I know can happen but would have been nice if they mentioned it. The joint is rundown and old but they were sweet to my girls which is more important.

First off, this is a filthy location. Based on my first impression. Yuck and going against my judgement,I left my dog to get groomed. When I called to make the appointment, they said it was going to be $40 for the appointment but I was instead charged $45. When I questioned the girl behind the counter about the price change, she was very aggressive and disrespectful. At home, upon closer inspection, I noticed burn marks, the tail and ears were cut uneven. And worst of all, her right eye was swollen shut. So upset, never going back, and if you love your pets, stay clear of this location. You have been WARNED! Such a dirty place.

Ive taken my dogs to Art's since the original owner had his location across the street. My dogs are very shy and always loved going there. I thought that they were acting weird after the last time I took them in, but nothing prepared me for the horror that I experienced this final time. Not only was I charged double what I had been paying for years, but my dogs came bak sore, bloodied and scared! When I questioned the girl at the front desk about what had happen, she gave me complete attitude and stomped to the back of the store. After multiple hang ups and ignored calls, I finally gave up on trying to contact the owner with no avail. I will never take my dogs back to them again nor will i ever advise anyone to take their dogs in.

I will never bring my dog back here again. This was his first visit, and aside from burning the top of his nose, he came back with his privates all burned & irritated. Has been traumatized all weekend & isn't his normal self. Checked on BBB & they aren't even listed. I don't know how this place is in business. So if you're thinking of bring your pets here, don't.

I have been taking my 3 pups to Art's for a couple of years and the staff has always treated my dogs with kindness and professionalism. My Roxie has temperamental issues and they have always been able to handle her. I'm very confident that my dogs are being treated well at Art's Grooming..

Took my yorkie to get a hair cut and he was so scared and his eyes Crying I did an inspection on him when I got home because he kept licking his paw and they had cut his paw his balls where very red and his anul was out abit so I will never ever take my dog back there again its a horrible place so beware I'm giving you heads up ....

I took my two dogs to this grooming store. Surely before you know it I found out my two dogs had scratches and were bruised up. They cut one of my dogs Pennis with the Scissors. One of my dogs won't stop shaking it's been a week and his still shaking. Now he is recovering from what they did to him. Just overall it is bad service they won't tell you if they accidentally hurt your pet or anything they do worst experience ever! Never coming here again save your money and find a better grooming store because they will treat you dogs or cats with the worst care.

If I could give zero stars I would!! They have injured multiple animals as seen from the reviews! My friend’s dog was returned with MULTIPLE bloodied scratches and burns!! AWFUL!! They should be shut down. Do NOT bring your animals here! So upsetting

They do a good job my cocker spaniel smells good but I noticed the 2 times I took her the girl is not very friendly with my puppy and she stays crying😢😢but other than that I like the job they do.

This is by far the best place to go get your pets groomed,staff is nice aswell..other groomers will still let pets fur smelly and don’t do a good job like Arts does 👍🏼For all the bad reviews don’t let words fool you just saying I’ve been taking my dog for almost a year and they been great to him...

I called in the morning they got my dog in fast and had a full oatmeal bath after a couple hours he was ready. He looked handsome, shiny and super clean!! Thank you!!

Worst place ever! I took my dog there for the first time, I was told that I would get $10 dollars off, and it's not true. The worst thing ever is that they cut my dogs dick with scissors!!! And he has other cuts around his body. Never again!

Just not satisfied I took my elderly doggie there and I was charge 60 she’s not big but I was ok then as soon as I come for her with such an attitude I get told next time I’ll be charge more because she wasn’t easy I told them she has back problems and all never again will I go there
