Absolutely horrific experience with the pharmacy today. My husband was there almost all day trying to get ONE prescription filled. The pharmacy refused to call the Dr and the Dr refused to call the pharmacy. I'm home sick with pneumonia so my husband offered to go pick up my medicine so I'm not coughing to the point of vomiting anymore. Instead he was there waiting on the most incompetent pharmacy techs I have ever heard of. A very nice woman on the drs end of things tried her best to help. He ended up there for almost 2-3 hours and is STILL THERE TRYING TO GET MY MEDICATION. Absolutely livid at this situation right now.

Great pharmacy staff. Customer service is good all around. Store is well managed and the conveniences of services they offer such as Western Union and photo printing, are all up to date and IMHO is the most efficient and safest way to do these things. Been going here for over 10 years.

Usually a good place but super condescending cashier just dismissed the lady in front of me for wanting her nickel kept her waiting and then mocked her for wanting the nickel after she left. Apparently this young lady has never been broke. Would be one star if the pharmacy wasn’t so friendly.

All things considered, not the worst pharmacy in this quagmire we call Healthcare. This is a really busy location, so lines are pretty long at all hours of the day. Staff meets expectations when compared to other local pharmacies, just don't expect it to always be easy in easy out.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to and I’ve been coming here for years. (Sadly) They have the worst cashiers and staff. It’s obvious that they hate their jobs and never even offer a simple greeting or smile. Unprofessional, super long lines, not enough items, incompetent, etc. This location sucks. I’m upset that this is what we residents in City Heights have to settle for.

My family has been a loyal customer of this location for 3 years since moving to the neighborhood, but Pharmacy Management provides poor customer service. Staff is friendly but not allowed to support customer needs, which caused me to pay double ($77) for a prescription that I had a doctor provided coupon for.Not a problem for me, as there is a CVS two blocks away, which I will use as my primary pharmacy moving forward.

Worst Walgreens in AMERICA. When they say your prescriptions are ready for pickup and you get there they say oh sorry come back next week. When they say you have to wait 5 minutes for pharmacist approval that means 50 minutes. The pharmacists here don’t know the difference from their a$$ and their elbows. What a constant black hole of wasted time every single god forsaken time I have to come here.

I arrived at the pharmacy before they closed at 7pm on Monday, April 19th today. I was at work and made this pharmacy my primary pharmacy because it's close to my work. It's just 6:57 and I arrived at 6:52. One of the Asian employees with a short haircut at the pharmacy came up to me (I was the last one in line) and he cut the line off to the lady that was in front of me and asked me to come back tomorrow. 1 person was being helped at the counter and there were 2 people ahead of me. I told him that I live down in national city and that this pharmacy is closer to my work and that's why I made this one my primary pharmacy. He then proceeded to tell me that I could just do a prescription transfer from pharmacy to pharmacy to the one closer to me but I transferred all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy because I don't like the Walgreens down by national city because of poor operation over there. My review of the one at 885 euclid explains it all. He did say something like "I know you just came right now" but I was already waiting in-line......I don't have work again until Friday and I just really needed to pick it up already.......I don't understand why this dude had to cut the line to the lady in front of me when I was just there to pick-up a prescription and that only takes me 5-minutes to do so......what the heck!!!! Cutting-off the line to the lady in front of me even though I was already there on time before 7pm!? What the heck!!!!!!! They should've just helped all the customers that were already there before 7 instead of just cutting me off!!!! When I got there before it even closed!!! That gentleman could've explained the situation better instead of telling me that I could just do a pharmacy to pharmacy prescription transfer to the Walgreens that's closer but the Walgreens near me sucks and it also looked like a lot of people were sitting down and probably waiting for prescriptions to be prepared......ugh!!!!!

Just want to say that they are depending so much on their computer automated system that we don't even know what word to use to talk to a live person and then when we do they usually refer us back to our doctors and they're so busy and so fast that they can barely handle us when we do get a human being. My roommate is transferring all his prescriptions and services out of your pharmacy for this reason. I actually watched his face turn red and I thought he was going to cry dealing with that robot!

The pharmacist does not care for his patients. He rushes every interaction and refuses to speak loud enough for you to hear him. He always assumes you have no questions even with a new medication and rushes you away. Despite the pharmacist rushing through patients there is still a line that takes at least 30 minutes to get through every time I go to pick up my medicine.

It’s annoyingly that every time I’m in here the staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing or how to help coworkers. They barely stock anything and move without caution. Then I go to be rung up and I’m told they don’t have the deals advertised on their shelves, which makes absolutely no sense. Staff doesn’t know how to use the register either. Shouldn’t workers care about giving good customer service at a decent pace, and giving the customer the best deals? This establishment disappoints every time I walk in.

7 people waiting in line and they didnt call for another checker. Very typical for this store . 9 times out of 10 be prepared to wait in line. My most recent visits make me wonder if this is a retail Rx or a womens social gathering club due to the fact i typically see groups of female employees chatting away, nothing about work, vs. Helping the line.

There are 2 girls who work at the counter that are very rude and unprofessional.One of them wouldn't let me read the description on an item that was under lock and key.The other kept yelling at me to do something on the payment screen that was not showing up.If they really hate their job that much, they should quit.

Had a call with the pharmacy to check on medication status and the employee who picked up was impatient and rude... I understand everyone can have a tough day and all though, this was still early in the morning, and their tone was really discouraging. I ended the call with a "thank you" nonetheless, and they replied with an "alright".

Do not go to this pharmacy! First (and last) 2 times I've been here for pharmacy they all behave like it's their first day on job. After being told my item is ready for pickup and driving all the way there, they tell me they are "out" of that medicine.. yep. Twice it's happened. I gave them another chance unfortunately... Did I mention they don't answer phones? Yeah that too and more.. Just stay away and save your sanity.

This location is close to my house and convenient until I was informed I cant bring my dog in unless it's a registered companion dog. That is fine, except for the fact that I was in long enough line to wait around 5 minutes til I was able to check out. When I had half my things checked out was when a manager I noticed standing close by the whole time, decided to tell me then I can't be in the store with a dog. I found it odd that he took awhile to tell me, in fact right when I was checking my items out was when I was told about no dogs. My dog is well behaved since I trained her that way since she was a puppy. For the manager to take his time to tell me and inconveniently spoil my shopping experience was not right, he should have told me as soon as he saw my dog, not several minutes later. I do not particularly like the early evening manager that manages this place. I will probably head to a CVS from now on.

I feel disappointed how the pharmacist was disrespectful to a customer. I’m going to be traumatized by what I experienced there. The woman on the face time live was shaking her hand because she had seizure. The pharmacist got irritated about her condition. I tried to asked the pharmacist that I do not appreciate how she talked to a sick person and that she was kind of rude . What she said to me was not professionally said.

I called and waited over 10 minutes on hold, then was hung up on. I called back, waiting another 10 minutes on hold and was finally answered by a man named Cheu (not sure that's the spelling, he didn't want to give me his name). He was extremely rude and unapologetic. I kept asking him why my prescription wasn't in and I received an email saying it was delayed. He was absolutely no help and I didn't appreciate his attitude. I will be going to CVS from now on.

Your personnel here are really careless, I purchased a Google Play Store card last week and tonight as i was about to redeem it, Google Play Store said that "couldn't redeem card" and when the Play Store called me they said my card hasn't been activated yet. How can you sell these cards when you don't even activate it? I have bought tons of these in the past and this is the first time they haven't activated mine and since it's been a week, of course i already lost the receipt. Thought you should know how careless and ignorant some personnels are at Walgreens. $10 worth of hard earned money wasted 👎🏿

I go here all the time to get my prescriptions as fast as usually ready in 30 minutes or less you can call your prescriptions in on your phone or use the Walgreens app .ready when you come to pick them up people are nice and friendly it's convenient they have everything you could possibly want to drink eat and personal items and everything everything not only is it a Grilli good pharmacy the great story go shopping into

In town to take care of sick friend who lives within walking distance of this Walgreens. Went there 3 days in a row and each time as soon as i got through the front door an announcement was made for that help was needed in cosmetics. I passed by that dept as soon as i walked in. No one there. Is this the code to watch black people?

Seven going there for 7 years it has his problems but all in all is so convenient for me I can't stop really expensive use your points helps out get the Walgreens card get to go Walgreens Master charge whatever could help but it's so convenient for me it saves me gas and I have a little problem with the pharmacy but they're willing to accommodate it it was my my problem mostly switching insurance company insurance companies but patience is the understanding you know everybody's

Nobody cares at this store. Management is rude, employees wander around aimlessly, they don't ask you if you need help, things that should be in stock, just don't seem to be. The only nice people at this location are the ones in the pharmacy.

Went into store to use western Union,to get money,asked a worker name Vincent if there was a western union knowing the the system was down and made me wait in line,to later tell me that system was,,I waited a half an hour,His reply was you didn t tell me you where receiveing,and it wasn t his problem.Very rude device!!!
