Bummer. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've come into this store for a specific Petco-stock product (only because it's either closer/more convenient to where I am at the time than any of my nearby Petco stores, or because I happened to need multiple errand stops that I could hit all in this one shopping center)... which was the case on this most recent visit.In fact, a Petco PALS Rewards Member coupon for "Buy one, Get one Free" treats for a brand and type that I've been wanting to try on my pup was the SOLE REASON for our trip on this day!! But, once again... they don't stock ANY of this line of treats!! The overall brand- yes (though a pretty sad selection, to be honest); but not the specific line of treats that the coupon was for (and for which we haven't tried yet), and of course that was my last day to use the coupon- which is why I made the stop in the first place!! 😖Sure, they offered to honor my coupon... sort of. I guess they "did as best they could," by offering to sell me any two of the same brand of treats each at 50% off. Problem is, I had just (over)stocked up on those from another recent deal, and their selection was so poor that I simply couldn't find any items of interest... plus I wouldn't have to spend quite a bit more than I was originally planning to. What would have been optional for me- the loyal customer, is if they could have possibly given me a raincheck on that coupon-deal price for the items I actually wanted, so that I could have gone to an actual Petco store the following day to pick up something from their stock for the same deal price. But that offer was apparently NOT on the table 🤨So... Bummer. BIG bummer. Tough to make a trip here for anything specific- because their stock is so limited from the larger Petco stores 🙄

Was out of the usual size and type of dog food, employee was very helpful and made things right, so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere. Impressed with the awesome customer service that's kind of hard to find these days. Will most certainly go back.

Wonderful staff! Huge selection compared to other Unleashed store. Training available. Easy to access location.This is my new go to store for specialty and specific products/toys!

I love this store so much more than the local petco. The staff here are so wonderful and knowledgeable. Everytime we visit we leave happy. They are always helpful and obviously animal lovers!

The store is fine, it's little so if you're looking for the full selection of items it is better to go to a full Petco. The guy working was on his cell phone the entire time we were there, so the customer service was poor.

I called to see if they had an item in stock. They answered right away and the associate who answered was very knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly. He even pulled an item to the register to hold until i got there!

Great staff, very helpful. I just don't understand the point in going to a smaller store with less products available, when the main Petco store carries so much more.
