Twice I have driven to a much bigger store chain to get something and twice they didn’t have it so I had to try here. Both times this little shop had exactly what I was looking for. Love this place, will try to only go here for home and yard needs.

Very friendly employees and clean store. Lots of clearance in a cute little clearance corner. They had the product that we looked up online to make sure it was stocked before we made the drive. Parking was easy in and out

For the most part this store is great. The only drawback is it is too small, if you need anything immediately, ordering something is not practical.

This spot has CONSTANT top notch service, full stop. Head and shoulders above any other store, period. Don't believe me? Stop in and ask for....ANYONE, they are all really nice, attentive and really look to help. I know absolutely nothing about hardware but this place makes me feel comfortable and I get the job done! Yay, wife's happy! Long story short, give them a shot 🙂

Overall I have a mutual position regarding this hardware store. The overall vibe I get when I go into this place is kinda stuck up and snobby. I have continued to shop here so it isn't that bad but still enough to make me hesitate going in. They are the closest hardware store to go to in the area. Also their prices are more expensive than many if not all other hardware stores I have been to. Home Depot prices are much more affordable but I guess I'm paying for convenience. The store is clean and the workers can be helpful it's just they feel like they are on a high horse and asking them to get off their horse to help is not something they want to do unless it's convenient for them. I base my opinion off 5-7 different times I have shopped there.

Love the customer service but can't understand why they aren't selling window screens till February or March so had to go elsewhere to get my screen. Plus the store looked like they were closing, weird!Received a reply from the owner and he explained why they didn't sell screens till February and why the place looked empty due to remodeling so I changed my review to a 5 star cause they are worth it.

Everyone there was great and helpful accept the older lady working the register. Her lack of customer service and salty attitude left a sour taste. I feel like the gentleman that helped us after the lady did his best to make up for her poor attitude by being personal, helpful and just overall nice. I wish I got his name because he deserves the acknowledgment.

I made an online order and stopped in to pick it up to realize it wasn't quite what I needed. Paul jumped to my aid and called someone who might know and even called Dixieline to see if he could get answers about their stock as well just to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I ended up leaving having exchanged the item for something that seemed a better fit and I am so grateful to Paul for going above and beyond to help me out! I was very pleased and impressed.

This Ace Hardware is the best one I have been to. The customer service is great. The manager was very helpfull and went above and beyond to assist me. He wanted to make sure I had a good experience, even though the issue was out of their control.

Placed an order for curbside pick up. There were 2 parts to my order and the first part was ready almost immediately. Picked up 2 days later, and Miranda made it super easy, and was super nice. Great communication from everyone involved. They let me know the second part would be available next week. Thank you for making my shopping experience as safe as possible.

Excellent customer service! Always helpful and usually have what you need. If they don't have it, in many cases they will order it. We always shop here first before going to the larger home improvement stores. Also a great selection of unique gifts and stocking stuffers.

Amazing experience! Called about a product that was listed on ACE’s website as “in store” to verify availability. Clerk however couldn’t physically see it on the shelf yet was kind enough to find it in the nearest ACE. Before I could even depart, they called me back to say the product is actually available after all. The item was less than $15. All the folks working in the store had been very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks y’all.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I needed a bolt cutter and was about to pay $40 for the tool, but the guy who was helping me told me I could just rent one from them for $6 instead. It all worked out great.

Update 05/12/20: shortly after posting my initial review Mike, the owner of the store asked me to call him and give him a chance to make the situation right. Mike was very apologetic, told me that he spoke with Mikey about his behavior and loaded the pool into my car when I stopped by to pick it up the next morning. I love supporting small businesses, and this is why! The issue was quickly addressed and corrected. Thanks MikeAwful, awful, awful. I placed an online order for a pool for my 17 month old and received an email about 15 minutes after I paid saying that my order was ready for pick up. I loaded my kid into the carseat & left to pick up the pool. When I got there, there was a sign in front of the door saying that the store was closed for the day. While I understand our circumstances are different due to Covid,I was obviously disappointed when I saw the sign but also saw two associates standing inside the store. I knocked on the window and told one of the associates, a woman who claimed to be the owner, that the pool sitting right next to the door was mine. The woman asked me what my name was & I told her my name. Before she could say anything else a young man by the name of Mikey YELLED across the store “no no no we’re not opening the doors absolutely not”. It was so rude & obnoxious I laughed at first because I thought he was being sarcastic. I looked at the woman and told her I received an email saying that my order ready for pick up. The woman claims but she called me, however I don’t have a missed call or voicemail from today at all. I then brought up how extremely rude Mikey was and asked her if she was okay with her employees talking to paying customers that way. She tried to give me a sob story about him being stressed and overworked. Okay?? I guess stress means you can be rude to a customer now. So much for “we are all in this together”! I will be canceling my order since obviously these people are giving customers the run around and are OK with speaking to people in a degrading manner.

This store always has good personnel to help with repair and remodel needs. There is a huge selection of hardware, paint, key blanks, plumbing, electrical and household nick knacks. They are very knowledgable about their product lines and even have a list of people that help with tasks.

My mini Hulk toddler popped the screen off our door and finally decided to get it fixed. David said it would be no problem. Before I knew it I had a brand new screen. He and everyone else I spoke with was so helpful and friendly despite the heat wave combined with busted AC units and weekend crowds. 10/10 would recommend and come back.

I think John and Steve are correct. The employees are always friendly, eager to help, and can find the items you are looking for. The warehouse stores can't find anything with a map to go by. I know where more of their products are than the employees do. It may cost me a little more to shop at Ace, but as far as I am concerned, it is worth it. Mr Black, I am sorry you had a bad experience, give them another shot, it might be worthwhile.If I need lumber, I go to Lowe's. My last trip to Lowe's cost me 30 minutes while I waited for a forklift to get out of the way of the product I needed.

Horrible experience!!!! Called to make sure they had a product. Said they did. Then when I got there they did not have it. Then the lady who I’m guessing is the manager gave me a bunch of attitude. “Saying we have tons of boxes back there. If you wanna go through them you can. I will NEVER shop there again. It also like a thrift store.

Outstanding experience! Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. I had 4 cans of paint mixed and I was in and out in record time. Even greeted by 2 adorable and friendly store dogs :)

Tried to make a return. It took them over 20 minutes and 3 people to tell me that you can't all make returns at any ACE hardware only sometimes special returns. I honestly still have no idea how a company operates this way. I will put my bets on ACE being out of business by 2030 unless something changes in their management, organization, and operations. I'm now done with ACE forever and will buy my hardware from a better hardware store.
