I’m so happy Ted’s opened up in the neighborhood. Their shop is clean & has lots of good quality food & supplies & the staff is friendly. My little dog has hard to cut nails & she gets scared. But they have done a terrific job with her. She is so much less nervous than she has ever been anywhere else and her nails are now the shortest they’ve ever been. I especially like that they do charity for pet organizations.

Worst grooming place I've ever tried. As soon as I got there the guy at the front desk called the "stylist" to check on my dog's mats (he is a maltipoo and he had some at the tip of his fur), the girl looked at the front and she seemed just annoyed, she even rolled her eyes when she was walking towards the counter. Right then she told me that she was going to shave some of the spots because it was going to take to long to brush off the mats and there was an extra $10 charge per every 7 minutes of brushing. I said - I'm not worried about the price, I just don't want him to have really short fur- I clearly, clearly, said "NO SHORT FUR" to me it looks like she just went straight for the shaver!! She said that it was gonna take 2 hours max. but 2 hours went by and I didn't hear back from her, so I went back (because there's another $10 fee is you don't pick up your pet within the next hourafter they called you, considering that they call when there's about 15 more minutes left for them to finish with your pet). I walked into the store I saw the stylist brushing the fur on my dogs face aggressively while another woman was holding him. (I knew there was going to be another $10 because if the stylest is not capable to do her job by herself and needs assistance from another employee there's another fee). He was shivering, and when she saw me she had the nerves to said "it tooked me hour and a half to brush off the mats!" My dog is practically bald... apparently the girl was supposed to be off at 5:30 PM obviously she was more concerned about leaving on time instead of doing her job right. The fur on his face is uneven and the worse part is that he won't let anyone touch him right now!!! I just paid $80 to get my dog traumatized!!! I don't need to, I don't want to be contact by the owner what he needs to do is find himself a good team that truly cares about their job but most important about animals!!

Friendly, fast, and excellent with pets. Called at 0830 to schedule for nail trim, had both cats done by 0900.

been taking my dog to petsmart for year's but had a bad experience the last time i went so was looking for a new place boom ted's opened right down the street everyone was very friendly and my dog never looked so good just an excellent place all around welcome
