I am a very disappointed 1st and last time customer. My dog was not ready in the quoted time frame, then they charged $80 grooming, an additional $10 fee + another $5 fee for a grand total of $95! For grooming on a small 15lb wheaten terrier. Never returning and do not recommend this place that will overcharge you and not inform you until you pick up your dog. Suds N Pups Sucks!

I would give a no stars if I could. Bought my labradoodle in for a wash and haircut. They shaved all of her hair off, including the face and eyelashes. Would never come back or recommend to any fur family.

I am so happy to have a self wash option close by. The staff is helpful and friendly. Although my GSD, Sugar, prefers to be washed by Mom, I've seen the staff be great with the pups they were grooming.

5.5 hrs later, dog still only halfway groomed. Had to pick up due to plans, but they did offer to finish. They charged only half since only halfway done. Clerk on phone making appt said 2 to 3 hrs. If they would've estimated closer to 6, we could've changed plansPlan at least 4 to 5 for a medium dog at 48 lbs. Maybe a suggestion, do not take walk ins that I overheard in a.m. during drop off.

Glad to have a new location for this business that is closer to home. This is our go to place for self-service dog washing. Staff is friendly and helpful and their dog wash basins are well equipped.

This Groomer has two locations. One in Allied Garden and one in San Carlos. I used the one in San Carlos. Nice and clean. I use the self service dog wash. They charge based on what you use. They have towels shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. The less items you use the cheeper the cost. There are cheeper places in town, but this place is east in east out. Once your in, they leave you alone until your done.
