It seemed fine. It was a relatively organized, relatively clean Rite Aid and it was nice to be able to pick up my Amazon packages there when I'm moving around. Rather than at home. I did find that the person at the counter was very friendly and that's always appreciated.

The employees at this rite aid are so sweet and helpful. They were so patient with me while I tried to find the items I needed. They even offered to carry my items while I shopped. They are the best!!

We've been shopping at this rite aid for years now and I can't say enough good things. Friendly staff even under pressure,a compassionate caring pharmacy team and one of the cleanest most beautiful rite aids I have ever shopped at! I drive past 8 rite aids just to shop at this one!

I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I have experienced. If your insurance doesn't cover a medication that has been sent there, they lead you to believe you can't get it. They don't call or text to inform that the medication is available, and they don't reach out if they need more information, either. I will never full another prescription here.

Rite-Aid has is all - for pharmacy needs. I am always amazed at the huge variety of cosmetic items that these stores have in stock.This store has a large variety of sundry and food items. It is well organized and clean. The household items are not up to the quality that I usually in this area.

Keep an eye on the cashiers. They quickly reached over the counter and added a $0.50 donation while we were getting payment out. Shady practice.

Whenever I am up in the area I stop in for things on my shopping list or just to pick up a drink and snack for the road trip back to East county. This store get some items way before other stores. And the staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for making this one of my favorite Rite Aids.

They never ever pick up their phone and good luck getting ahold of the pharmacy. Just glad I use cvs Caremark now. The one time I had to use this pharmacy, i remembered how terrible it is. Get it together and hire people.

Great store and great staff. CARRIE has been working at Rite Aid for years and she is a fantastic employee. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely should be promoted.Also, the staff in pharmacy is great. People like Chrissy, Mehdi, Leila, and Naz deserve to be recognized and commanded on jobs well done!

Great environment and super helpful staff. The young man named Dimitri helped me out and he is truly a godsend. He knew everything and extremely helpful. I have never seen someone so on top of things. Couldn't be happier with my experience here.

It says it’s 24 hours. It is not. I found out about this at 4am, trying to buy kids tylenol at this place. It was closed. Very deceptive.

Solid Rite Aid. Vast selection. The pharmacy is usually very busy & they handle it like professionals. I fill a grip of meds each month & I enjoy the alerts & communication. Whether I wait for one, they fill it quickly. The unfortunate part of this location is watching how poorly some customers behave & how they speak to employees. I get that it is a pharmacy. People are sick, tired, dealing with doctors and filling medication(s). Sometimes it is difficult to deal with. That said, treating the staff poorly is a bummer to see & hear. They are trying to help. I generally feel happy when I visit the store. I feel like the staff communicates well & are supportive. The selection is great & they are fast when they have to order a medication that has run out of stock. Great pharmacy and store. Excellent location. Thank you. Cheers!!

The staff is nice. However, even if you call in a refill they don’t refill it until you physically come to the pharmacy. I was told “they don’t even look at the call ins”. I’ve never not waited in a line of at least 5 people. Today there are 10 people ahead of me and 1 cashier. So you have to wait in line to refill and then again to pay after you wait 30 minutes for your refill.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever had the experience of dealing with sadly. While the staff are friendly and helpful whenever I've been there in person, there is usually only one person serving, while 5 or 6 are behind the counter doing whatever. The lines have often been 8-9 people deep, taking 20-25 mins to get served at times. Oh forget about calling too. The majority of time I call to check on a prescription that I haven't had a notification for yet, the phone just rings. No one answers, or I get re-routed back to the automated greeting, or sometimes just straight up cut off. The staff here need a lesson in customer service.

I’ll go out of my way to come to this Rite Aid. Clean, friendly staff, and quick service every visit. One of the managers Troy Gibby took care of an outdoor American situation in the restroom. Not all heroes wear capes.

I seldomly am able to get a hold of the pharmacy by phone, and my prescriptions don't always get filled via the app option. It can be very frustrating and stressful to be worried about not getting my prescription filled. You have to wait a long time on the phone before connecting, too... only to get thrown back into the queue again after three or four rings.

Customer service is EXCELLENT. When you ask a question employee doesn’t just point they walk you to what you need. Explained new rewards and helped me sign up. Nora is particularly helpful and goes above and beyond. Employees familiar with all stock and services.

This Rite Aid is the best Rite Aid, if anyone says otherwise is wrong. Jamie is one of the best managers I have ever met and makes the experience at Rite Aid all the better. 10/10

The least responsive pharmacy I have ever been to. They never answer their phone, so you have to go there in person to see if a prescription is ready and wait in their line which usually takes 30minutes just for them to tell you they have to order your prescription still. They will offer you text services that in my experience are unreliable. I will go there days after a text and they say it’ll be a wait still or that they actually need to reorder it. If you are someone with a chronic medical condition requiring monthly refills, save yourself the added stress and do not go here.

**This review is primarily regarding the pharmacy located within the store**I honestly wish I could leave a 0/5. I have been using this Rite-Aid pharmacy for the last 10 years. It's gotten so awful lately I would rather go anywhere else in San diego than across the street from my home to this one.Prescriptions are never filled after being sent from my PCP, even if I show up 3+ days later. I have to go in person to have them start filling them and return the next day to see if they actually did it. And forgot trying to call ahead, they never pick up the phones. The pharmacy lines frequently stretch to 10+ people so I've spent about 30-45 minutes just waiting to see if they've done their jobs. It's so bad I've asked my pcp, dentist, child's pediatric office and neighbors in the medical field to black-list this location for prescriptions.I am ashamed it took me so long to decide enough is enough and to never waste another second trying to give these people my money. I hope others heed my warning.In conclusionsPros:+Cons:-SLOW. I counted 6 techs working the back + 1 on register but it still took 30 minutes to clear 6 people in lime ahead of me. There were 15+ when I left enpty-handed since my prescription still wasn't ready (2 days since sent in)-Long lines at pharmacy-Perscriptions are NEVER ready same day-Second (or even 3rd) visit necessary to pick up a single perscription. Even for refills-Text RX notifications never works here since the techs never bother using it
